Although this isn't the biggest location of Lowe's this store is organized and clean. I always have trouble finding stuff here and I can never find an associate to help me yet that may be just a me problem. When I was here with my daughter we were shopping for a few things in the garden center and I was very impressed with the selection of plants that they have here. I was not impressed by the fact that pedestrians do not have the right of way in the store to the store equipment so when visiting this store you'll have to be careful about not being hit by the equipment the workers are driving around.

I went in looking for appliance paint. The person working in the paint dept, Kelsey, was VERY helpful. She stopped what she was doing and took me directly to what I needed. She was extremely personable. I think everyone in this store could learn something from her.

Great selection for the most part. The garden center is well stocked and plants are well maintained. Employees' helpfulness can be hit or miss by the department. Their customer service still has not improved, seems like everyone just wants a paycheck for nothing.

I have two awesome Kobalt 40Volt cordless weed-eaters. But Lowes in Crowley didn't have replacement string heads for them 😲. Miss Layla saved the day when she showed me a Husqvarna T-25 head which fitted 99% perfectly with only a tiny modification (which ANYONE can do). The Kobalt head (if you can find one) is $35. The Husqvarna head is $20 and you can buy them anywhere. It's much better quality too. Thanks, Miss Layla.

Just had to explain to the fork lift driver that i needed some 2x4x100ft welded wire 4ft tall off the top rack. He says there’s some on the ground, i had already checked and noticed there was not and explained that to him. Told me he’s loading one guy up with rocks then coming get my wire. 10 minutes later He comes and put the rest of the rocks on the shelf, looks at my wire on the top rack only 20ft away then looks at me and says “I’m going load someone else then I’m coming”That’s how you lose a loyal customer.That’s absolutely pathetic.

The worker Gabe was great! He was so helpful I had told him what I needed ans he took me straight to everything I needed. He checked me out at his station and even went to my truck and helped me load everything up. Than you for hiring such sweet and helpful people.

I had my receipts and could prove the contractor returned my flooring and put it on his account several times. Lowes tried to lie about it even though I had the proof. Be with your contractor when you return items and make sure he doesn't have a daughter working there. I had all my receipts, copy of the contractors receipts and Lowes still wouldnt give my money back. Crowley has no manager so all the co managers claim to be the manager. I also saw them follow a contractor that was dirty all over the store like he was a shoplifter.

The used to always be so helpful and most are. Today we went and an employee named Kaleb was very rude that we asked him to cut some wire for us. He made comments like, “That was simple enough, don’t you think.” We also asked them if he could point us in the direction of something else we needed but he said they didn’t sell it. We found it two isles over. He was just very rude and unhelpful

This location has some of the more/most helpful employees among the Lowe's locations along I-10 in Louisiana.Standard pricing and availability for products. Tool selection is a bit better than most. Parking is easy to access with a trailer.

We had a great experience buying laminate flooring and tools at Lowe's in Crowley. Both Lowe's in Lafayette were out of what we wanted, but Crowley had plenty. Darrin in Flooring was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and provided excellent customer service, helping us load our vehicle with boxes of flooring twice! Other staff members were also helpful and friendly. The store is clean and well-organized -- well worth the trip!

Faster and easier to apply for military discount in person rather than online. Was able to use discount for purchases today instead of having to wait 48 hours and got all I need for some home repairs. Very satisfied with my visit there today.

They don't always have what I want, but the employees have always been very kind and helpful. That's a big factor in keeping customers. They always actually try to find an item if it says it's in stock and they've literally looked high and low for me. I appreciate all of your help.

I had a lot of storm damages, I’m loyal to Lowe’s for lots of reasons. I chose this location because it’s closer to my home and work and I figured it be easier for my contractors and I. First visit I should have known I’d have trouble when I had to explain too many times why my check was typed out....Hint hint it’s a claim and it’s a contract sales that I’m doing after 5 pm when I’m off. However, I ordered more stuff we needed and provided my debit card information over the phone without a problem. Trouble began when my contractor tried to make a return with a copy of my receipt. When I spoke to the assistant Manager Chris, I emphasized how I was displeased with the service that Gwen at the customer service desk had given. He seem to care less. Let me remind you I purchased the things he was returning with $500 cash and the rest on my debit card, so it was a large amount; and what we were returning was only $350-400.Chris told he did not care if I continued to shop there, he said it’s up to you. Well Bye Bye Chris.

I called the store on Sunday, which is next to impossible to speak to someone. I wanted to see what time the store closes, the automated phone system stated 8:00 p.m. so we went to store, we got to the store at 7:00 at the loading doors at the building materials. The door was open we started to walk in and were told the store was closed. I called the store to see why it was closed since the phone system stated 8:00. I spoke to the manager Jeff, I asked if I could purchase a few bags of quickrete that are outside and he told me no since their cash registers were shut down. It was about 7:15 at that point since I had to wait to speak to him. I asked him why the store was closed and he stated it always closes at 7:00 on Sunday and that since the Lafayette store closes at 8:00 their phone system also states they close at 8:00. I got the impression that Jeff really didn’t care that we came all the way to the store to make a purchase. So Jeff you need to appreciate when customers come to your store and try and give you their business and not turn them away. I am almost sure that others were still in the store shopping that had not been checked out yet. Jeff learn customer appreciation please.
