I shop at this store mostly because it's right around from my house.I was there the other day and I noticed a few young ladies in line was dressed nicely. So i complimented them on their outfits. Then i said everybody's dressed so pretty today and (she)The older white woman behind the counter said, Yeah unlike you right. Now how rude was that. I've always been very nice to everyone working there. Somebody needs to find out what her problem is.

I love shopping with their mobile coupon app. My husband and I went one time and spent 85.00 on paper goods, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies and with the coupons we had clipped we walked away with only paying 38.00 for everything. Great way to saver if you know how to shop smart.

They didn't have some things I was looking for on the shelf and it was cluttered but it's like that at a lot of these type of stores. Workers are underpaid for all they have to do. Prices are fair but it's worth it to compare prices else where. The cashier was polite and helpful

Always check the cooler drink dates. They have been months past due before. When I would notify an employee about it, I was told it was the job of the drink stockers. I have not had that problem recently, but I always check. An employee should take out of date ALLmerchandise off the shelf once notified, so customers do not have access to it.

Went in did my shopping,got done went to the register to pay,all the things i had were around 40 something dollars,handed the lady a hundred dollar bill it was the only money i had on me,she said she couldnt take it. i asked her really? she sano and gave it back to me. And i told her this is a store right? and she yes its a store not a bank. ill never go back.

Very friendly employees! But the corporate office should hire individuals to strictly stock shelves when trucks come in, to make it easier on cashiers or give them double pay becaude they are doing double work!!!

There is only one nice worker there her name is Alice. But everyone else is rude. There is one lady that wouldn't help an elderly man grab his bags. It's disorganized and filthy.

Most days I go to this store, there are boxes all over, and there is never anyone at the registers. Possibly, a self checkout would benefit.

Some of the employees are rude.. new manager and she great. I would like a job there cause I live right across the street.. they used to not be organized but since new manager they are getting it together..

I gave them 1 store only because there was no zero stars. They do not let people use restroom-even the elderly. My 79 year old father and mother in law can not use restroom. They said they are always told it is out of order. We come from Texas to visit. I stopped to purchased something and needed to use restroom. Had been driving several hours. TOLD OUT OF ORDER!.Went to funeral last month, stopped to Family dollar in Opelousas to purchase items told the same. But the elderly?. In Crowley my 79 yr old in laws have to leave items in shopping basket, leave store to go elsewhere to use restroom and come back.Is that how Family Dollar treats their elderly patrons. Shame shame shamefull!
