Do not. I repeat. Do not waste your time with this pharmacy. I called ahead and was told my RX would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes later and was then told it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. Not cool. Will not use them again.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever experienced. If you can get someone to answer the phone, they are rude, impatient, condescending, and have a poor ability to communicate. They lose prescriptions. They need new management.

They have the most unprofessional and irresponsible pharmacist we have ever dealt with. They need to be fired especially that supervisor of theirs !We went in and handed the prescription to one of the techs there and they told us come back in an hour it’ll be ready . TWO hours later we return and they can’t find the prescription! We asked for the supervisor they told us to wait a moment while they looked and all they said was “sorry we can’t find it but if we do we’ll give you a call” in no way shame or form should they be working as pharmacist if they are losing prescriptions like that with no explanation!

Service was a little slow and I had to find someone to handle the photo/FedEx counter... maybe that's par for these places. I don't do pharmacy stores much, but I kind expect there to be service when I approach a counter. In the end I did get taken care of. Definitely had worse service elsewhere!

Medications are not available when needed and can't even tell you when or if they will be getting it. Health is not a priority here

This pharmacy has really gone downhill this past year. On multiple occasions now, there's been a problem with one of our prescriptions. No one contacts us, but the app tells us there's a delay. When we try to call, we go straight to hold until someone at the pharmacy eventually just hangs up on us (you can hear them pick up the phone and hang up). When we finally go in to find out the problem, we find out it's some minor issue that takes the pharmacist 1 minute to fix.

I love the employees here. They are always smiling and pleasant to speak with.Now, I will lower my star rating for the pharmacy. Here I will only give them ☆☆ (2) stars. Majority of the time the employees there have bad attitude or on the side of being rude depending on their mental aptitude at that moment. There is maybe 1or 2 that always have a pleasant mood and smile.

I’m a local and use this Walgreens often. Especially pickup being that I have 2 kids with me at all times. We have given this specific Walgreens employee several chances to fix the ongoing issue that we have every single time we come. The same lady is rude every single time. There’s only 3 pickup spots and if they are full even though there is no one in the cars we park next to it and they get an attitude for us not parking in the spots. (Again, they were full) she has been rude to myself and my husband. Do better Walgreens. Have some hospitality.

I just left the pharmacy at 1830 on 1/10 and I did not catch the names of the people working in the pharmacy but they were doing amazing. It was so overwhelmingly busy but your employee's were flawlessly running from phone call/to register/to window to keep it flowing.I work in a pediatric emergency room and staff has been beyond burned out since Christmas (the new wave). We are easily seeing double the amount of patients that we have ever seen a day (many for Covid swabs). It has gotten beyond overwhelming and frustrating at times and has left all of us feeling worn thin (especially since it is just another blow after the last few years). I just wanted to say that I truly appreciate y’all and your employees contribution to keeping this barely under control. Until I saw it, I did not realize how much of a contribution the pharmacies are making to helping people get tested so they hopefully don’t have to come to the emergency room. When I walked into the pharmacy and saw everyone running from task to task I felt like I honestly felt like I was looking at the ER, and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your employees hard work.To patients who are experiencing long waits, delayed results, problems with prescriptions, and/or short attitudes please just be as patient as possible. Unless you are working directly with the public in some facet of healthcare you can truly not understand the strain we have all been under. While everyone else has been enjoying the last 3 weeks of the Holidays, healthcare staff has been reacting to a new level of pandemonium. We are all beyond tired from the last few years before this new unimaginably insane wave hit and brought most of us to a level of burn out that we could not even imagine existed. So please just try understanding and try to be as patient with us healthcare workers as possible. We might be employees and in customer service but we are also just people who are stretched thin beyond max and just trying to do what we can to get through every shift as safely and efficiently as possible.I really do hope these workers get this feedback because they definitely deserve it. They made me feel so much better than I did before I walked into the pharmacy (which is something I never expected). Thank you for your contribution to keeping the latest disaster under control.

The level of incompetence and complete unprofessionalism in that pharmacy amazes me. No one knows where anything is, no one seems to care to even look or try to do their jobs for that matter and it is disgusting. I truly hope the find professionals who actually care about their jobs because I can’t see that location being successful. Do better.

Came in for my C19 vaccine and got met with terrible attitude at the pharmacy. Older woman with salt and pepper hair pulled into a bun and tacky glitter nails seemed to not be happy to be at work today. Stay at home if customer service is an issue for you.

Communication has been an issue. Several days before the hurricane my dad called in a script and was told it would be ready the next day. They were closed the next day. Then of course they were closed because of electricity. Then they opened drive thru pharmacy but not walk up. The only way to get a decongestant is to go to the pharmacy and I figured I would get my dad's script and the decongestant. I waited in that line for a very long time to be told my dad didn't have a script ready and they can't sell the decongestant thru the drive through. No signs saying that. I'm very frustrated.

Ive never had such a hard time getting prescriptions in my life...literally no other pharmacy has ever had this many issues with insurance approvals so frustrating. Now i have to go across town because it take them weeks to get anything done IF they have the medication at all.

Tried transferring my prescription to a new walgreens and the girl cancel and paused my prescription! She was very rude to my mother when confronted to fix the problem. Called the other walgreens, seemed in shambles and very unprofessional, uneducated.
