I can’t recommend this organization enough. You have made service dog training simple and ACCESSIBLE! The PSD training course was incredibly helpful; brief but super informative lessons written out in simple, straightforward, *effective* steps. As an AuDHDer, this made training very approachable and manageable for me, while providing me the necessary information and tips to train my dog. Also, every phone/email interaction I’ve had has been very friendly and helpful.

Getting certified was easy and and everyone was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Matthew Pfeiffer was a wonderful and caring therapist and the process was very easy. The only glitch I had was having to wait 30 days for the certificate due to the stringent laws in California but the company was great. I've already referred 3 friends.

Kinda disappointed in the expectation originally set by the organization. I paid almost $400 to register and get the letter for my pet. I was under the understanding that it would be a one time fee and would last her lifetime. I figured there might be some small paperwork fees and such afterward as I move and such. However, they are expecting a payment of $280 every year to renew her letter, that was not made clear originally.

I would like to thank US Service Animals, but most importantly to Sean Bass. She was so kind from the beginning, VERY informational on everything I needed. She assisted me from day 1 al the way to the end, and after. She was personal and sweet, and consistent. Working in/ with customer service is sometimes a challenge but, she helped me feel safe and secured in the entire process. Thank you! 100000% recommend!

My husband is disabled & needed to be “housed” in a motel for several days while we were in the process of moving. Having the cat registered as an emotional support animal enabled this process to go smoothly; having the cat to provide support during this unsettling time.Renewing the registration will enable the next move go smoothly as well (building a house in the country- will need to be “housed” in a motel again during the final move.

Staff were very professional and were great to work with. They were always informative with all your available options and made everything simple and easy what i could not figure on my own. Their services are beyond excellent. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing an excellent service animal training program. There is so much support here ready and available. I spoke with a HAYDEN over the phone and made quick and easy work of the online navigation thanks to hayden. There were no hideen fees and hayden was very patient without rushing me and listened to all my needs making it all so smooth. Great service

I would like to commend Daniel M., in Customer Service. He was incredibly helpful. I found him to be patient and interactive in his efforts to clearly understand my needs. He was also very knowledgeable - ensuring that I understood the difference between a service animal and a support animal. Lastly, he is very personable. I enjoyed our conversation.

My process with the company representatives and the customer service line was awesome. I do, however, have a huge issue with the licensed therapists they outsource for their certification process. They’re assigned randomly based on where you live, and I was assigned a woman named Nancy Spitzer. She was rude, was rushing through the call, and very clearly did not listen to anything I said. She denied my request after only talking with me for 3 minutes. I understand after some research that these licensed individuals are just random therapist that can make some extra cash from these calls, so their goal is so get through them as quickly as possible. I was not impressed and would not recommend paying as much as they charge for this poor service.

This service was extremely helpful to me & extremely kind. I appreciate everyone I spoke with and highly recommend ANYONE to get their dog registered through them, this process took 2 days, veryyy quick & satisfying services. They really care for your problems and listen. I was having issues with my landlord saying my dog was on the restricted breed list so i got him certified ESA. I couldn’t be more happy my boy gets to stay with me! :)

I bought the service, but refunded it for financial reasons, however, the people i talked to were incredibly nice. Especially Chris at customer support, give that man a damn raise. Responded incredibly quick, very professional, and very helpful. Understood my situation and made my day 100x better. I hope you never get in the shower before it’s warm enough, hope you never forget to charge your phone before u go to bed, hope your pet(if u have one) lives healthily forever. what a mf guy🤝

I wanted to register my dog as an EPS, and did not proceed to check out because I was not ready to purchase. I received about 15-20 calls over a week span, multiple calls a day, from various phone numbers. All the voicemails said to give them a call with questions, obviously I did not have any… additionally, one of the voicemails left sounded like a commercial and then it changed to a birthday song and ended with the automated company voicemail script.

Scam!! Here’s the scam: weeks after your order they tell you that they had “insufficient address” and that the item was returned. You call, they apologize try to send out again. Then when you say you want your money back they say its been 45 days so they can only offer a small refund (about 1/2).. but you receive nothing in the end

Scam- you do not need to pay for a service animal- it is fully free via your own personal psych professional. There is no national database, this company has emailed me for years and every time I've asked them to stop. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! Spend it on a real service dog, not a fake certificate. There are no certificates for service dogs.

Getting interview and RX for support animal was stress free and I was all wound up about it unnecessarily. Everyone I spoke with was super kind and understanding. The psychologist was amazing and super empathetic to my plight.We are working on the service animal training and that has been a process to try to start with confusion of how and where the program is. But, chat option is the was to go and hopefully we can start that training soon.

Very helpful explaining what my rights are for my service dog and letting me know that I am not alone on protecting me and my service dog, .because she is a pitbul mix and black she would get treated like a vicious dog. Know I can travel anywhere with confidence and it feels good that their are people that understands what we go through in are daily lives. I would not have lived if it weren't for my dog.

I needed to bring my dog to work with me to keep me calm as he helps my anxiety. I called the number and within 10 mins I had all the paperwork I needed and am now able to take him with me. I still haven't received the hard copies but I was able to print up what they gave me and send it to my work and brought him in the same day. All my supplies for him come from Amazon.

Thank you both Krystal and Theresa for helping with the my purchases and easing my mind. My apartment complex is wanting to get rid of my baby Cookie cause she is classified as an “aggressive breed”, even thou she is gentle with literally every thing. Theresa took me through the steps on what was needed of me and to be aware of what is next. As I was awaiting for a call today by the doctor consult. I began to worry as most places and doctors offices close are 5pm est. I called back in to inform I had not yet received a call and Krystal insured me and put my mind at ease as the doctors office did not close until 8 p.m. Cookie and I are thankful we found you guys.

These guys came in clutch. First apt I was moving to was fine with just the ESA letter but the second apt I was looking at and decided on needed an additional letter from a provider before I signed the lease or else I’d have to pay the $500 per pet fee. The clutch factor came in where I needed it in less than 3 days and US service animals were able to get it to me in 2.Everyone I spoke to were good listeners and didn’t bombard you with other services and actually helped you with what you needed.You guys saved me in a time crunch and saved me $1000 (500 for each of my cats)Sincerely thank you, will always recommend you guys to any friends/family

It's a total scam. The product is worthless and not accepted at hotels, though we were assured this was what we needed by their customer service representative. The "staff of lawyers ready to help you" disappears after you pay. When you call customer service to request a refund when the product fails to deliver any results, you are told that no refunds are forthcoming, so sorry.Save your money. In our case, they were aware from the initial contact that we were disabled seniors on a very limited income. This didn't deter them from stealing our money. Shame on them!
