PetSmart was the perfect place to introduce my new babies. They have been serving my pups from day one. I really like the fact that Banfield Veterinary Clinic is in-house. That made EVERYTHING so much easier to get high quality care from Dr. Cameron, Alexis, Kristen. I have peace of mind should any emergencies occur.I like the fact that because my pets are important to me, they are important to PetSmart and Banfield. Thank you and keep up the good work!

A bit hard to locate workers and oftentimes a good percent of their fish are dead or ill, but besides that it’s wonderful! They do an amazing job maintaining the enclosures and helping as much as they can once spotted. I’m very thankful for the few that do work here to keep the store staffed :)

PetSmart has become our go-to destination for all things pet-related, and for good reason! Every visit to their store is a delightful experience, both for me and my furry friend.The grooming services at PetSmart are exceptional. My dog always comes out looking and feeling like a million bucks after a grooming session here. The groomers are not only skilled but also incredibly gentle and patient, making the experience stress-free for my furry companion.

I was lied to on the phone , I was told they had a product that they didn’t. I fought the awful traffic to get there, and they didn’t have it. One of the staff there was very unfriendly and dare I say rude. The 3 stars is for the first young lady that assisted me who was very kind and compassionate. She is the only reason I purchased a product that may or may not work.

This will unfairly reflect poorly on the store, but Petsmart in general should be ashamed of their policies which make ZERO sense.I attempted to purchase a kennel for a family who I am sponsoring to adopt a puppy. Petsmart instantly processed my CC for the purchase and I received a notification moments later that they were preparing the order. Fast forward 15 minutes later and I receive a cancelation notice with ZERO explanation. I contacted the customer service desk and asked for an explanation. I was told that since this was my FIRST purchase online that it was suspected fraud and was canceled. This despite my CC being verified and processed. When I asked how I could ever complete a " first purchase " to get beyond the fraud question, customer service had no answer. I tried again and was again met with failure in attempting to purchase. I guess I'm labeled a crook and will never be able to successfully shop online with Petsmart. What an absolute joke and embarrassment. So long Pet NOT So Smart and hello Petco or Pet Supermarket.By the way, Petsmart still has not reversed the charges to my CC.

I scheduled an appointment for my pet to have a first time grooming appointment, my main concern is the hair growing into her eyes my request was to clean facial areas ; low cut for the body . I was notified two hours later by salon manager Kayla my pet was too nervous for facial services . I explain upon booking I included this was a first visit and request an employee to assist ;Kayla refuse services . I was placed on hold 12 minutes later assistant store manager picked up phone stating my my pet is an animal and they become nervous so we won’t do the face . I believe this information should have been provided before the appointment . So I picked up my pet and attach picture is the results . Not only was the face untouched so was the body not groomed . Kayla states she has ten years of grooming experience,this picture did not justify it . I will never return to this location .

Got a grooming appointment scheduled and answered all for he questions while telling them about my dogs heart worms. No issues there and they allowed me to book the appointment then the day before they called back saying he can’t because he has heart worms. How can I book it a appointment and answer all questions and informing them of his heart worms to then cancel it a day before. Will not be going here even when it’s cleared up.

DoorDash delivers via petSmart now! This was very convenient for me because my hedgie, Piper, has an appointment mon and I needed a carrier for her. I bought an adorable pink carrier, really made for cats, but I wanted her to have plenty of space and be comfy. It’s adorable and we love it! It was delivered literally an hour later to my house! 😍

went in about 45 minutes before closing the lady at the front register greeted me I inquired about some goldfish for my pond to eat the mosquito larvae and she said it would be no problem that she would have somebody meet me by the goldfish tanks and I waited for about 30 minutes so her check all the customers out and then saw another associate chatting with her so I went back and ask for help again and the other associate called somebody, there is another lady waiting for fish and the young girl that came to scoop the fish was very unfriendly the other lady asked for a certain fish and the girl told her that they can only sell goldfish 30 minutes before closing that they can't sell any other fish which was absurd and my opinion. the reason I find this a bit unacceptable is because there was nobody else in the store except for me and the lady waiting for fish. it look like there were approximately 4 employees there and it took me over 30 minutes before someone finally came to help

Took my baby in for grooming have always been pleased until today ... they charged me extra because he's excited without calling me first. He has went here almost 2 years and this has never been an issue !!!Then advised to come when they are not so busy ( what about my convenience)tried to sell me a harness trainer, and obedienceschool. Get my baby home he has a cough that he didnt have before spending 4 hours there. ... I will NEVER take him here again . Be aware who you book for the appointment is not who will do the service ...completely unsatisfied customer
