I have brought my Australian Shepherd here for grooming with Alicia multiple times and will keep coming back! My boy requires a lot of grooming care - bathing, deshedding, and trims. Not only does Alicia do a great job and make him look super handsome, but he's always so happy when I pick him up. I KNOW she treats him like he's her own!!! The price point and ease of communication is just a plus to the great service.

Dr. Saylor has seen my pets for many years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Her and her team are genuinely super sweet and helpful and they will always call me to let me know what's going on and ask if I'm okay with doing something before they do it, for example getting an xray, shots, etc. Which I appreciate. She really cares about the patients in her care and my pets were usually healed quickly after leaving. I highly recommend Pelican Landing Pet Hospital!

The surgeon did my dogs spaying perfectly. Don't know how they did it or if it was just my dog but I didn't even put a cone on my dog and for the whole week of recovery she wasn't bothered by the stitches from surgery. The people here also are very understanding and easy to work with.

The new receptionist with the glasses got our names' wrong, our dog's name wrong, and told us she gave the groomer a print-out we had asked for earlier; but, when we went to go retrieve it like she told us to do that turned out to be for the wrong dog, too. Not once did she apologize for anything she did, as Claire would have. Please let her know that regular customers who spend a lot of money there deserve better treatment.

Dr. Saylor and her staff were wonderful with one of our pet rats, Dr. Pepper.He had to have a wound area excised and they made sure he got the best possible care before, during, and after surgery. If you need an exotics vet that is familiar with rats, please come see her.We have had some HORRIBLE experiences with vets who CLAIM to be knowledgeable with caring for rats, and she understood. She took the time to listen to what we had to say, and also to explain what she was going to do and why, etc. She is wonderful, and you won't regret coming to see her.

Our terrier mutt mix pooch loves Dr. Saylor and her staff. During the recent Covid pandemic the clinic was still open and operating in a reasonable and safe manner. Something that was very much appreciated and respected by me. We groom our dog every week...in the beginning he did not do so well, but the patient and caring grooming staff did a great job of getting him comfortable and now he looks forward to his grooming day every week.

I am very disappointed in the grooming that my dog received today. He is an Australian Shepherd and I brought him to get his hair cut. I told them to cut his hair short, but they shaved him down! This is the second time he has a haircut so I did not know that they would shave him down! In the future when a dog who has a beautiful coat that has no mats comes in and states they want him cut short, the groomer who deals with dogs all day should confirm that they would like the dog shaved all the way down. It was a misunderstanding, but the groomers are way more knowledgeable than the consumer and for a dog that you can clearly see has a nice coat that is when they should clarify that you want him SHAVED down! In my opinion shaved and cut are two separate things and I didn't know trimmed and cut are not the same. My poor dog!

A fine and professional staff. Friendly, welcoming and very concerned about my green cheeked conure and I. They trimmed my baby's wings and trimmed my baby's nails. They were extremely careful with my conure. I brought my conure home and his wings were trimmed ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. My baby had just enough to lift to catch his fall and then some. The doctor was SUPER genuine and concerned about my recent loss of my 22 year old wonderful green cheeked companion named "Bisquit" that just passed away two weeks earlier. I am devastated. He was my life. I HIGHLY recommend Pelican Landing Pet Hospital. A+
