I’ve been taking my dog to Heather for several years. It doesn’t matter what instruction I give, he always comes back looking very shaved. I would always say ‘it’s hair, it’ll grow back.’ He also never ever smelled clean, which, after having a bath, he should smell clean! I even brought my own shampoo for them to use and he came back smelling the same. I was traveling recently through El Paso, TX and found a groomer to take my dog to. The groomer did the best job on my dog ever! He not only cut my dog the way I wanted, my dog smelled clean and fresh!

These people are amazing. Heather is one of the best groomers Gems has had. She is extremely friendly and you can tell she loves all animals. You cant beat their price, so I always tip.

I can't imagine life without Heather! She is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have been with her for at least 6 years maybe even more. She is attentive to detail and Layla goes CRAZY when she sees her which further more confirms that she feels safe and love Heather just as much as I do. I highly recommend her!

I absolutely love Good Dog Legacy!!! They do a wonderful job on my doggie and they are always so nice.My favorite part is that I don't have to leave my dog there for hours. I drop her off, they cut her and call me to pick her up within an hour.

Only 2 employees. Heather complains about lifting a 30 lb dog. I always have to help her lift them. This time she cut their claws on the floor . She said she can only lift small dogs then why is she even working here? Ourr dogs are medium size. She was very rough with our dogs and she seems to get aggravated very easily. This place has really gone down hill. We have been going there since they were at the other location. Since they moved to this one they keep downsizing looks like they're about to go out of business. I will not go there anymore and put my dogs through this.

I took my 16 month old puppy to get groomed because ha was terribly matted. It was our first visit & I had been referred. Heather never came to say hello or goodbye. Never set eyes on her. Very disappointed. I will not go back.

We have our 2 Shih Tzu fur babies (Willie and Sadie) groomed with Rebecca every other month. She does a great job and the dogs look so cute and happy when we pick them up. I would highly recommend Good Dog Legacy.

Beautiful facilities, great service, and very helpful and kind staff. Good Dog Legacy cares deeply about the care and safety of my dogs. Their experts also recommended a new diet for my pups which completely stopped them from scratching. I love this place!

BEWARE- Rebecca groomed my ShihTzu and it was the worst experience I’ve had in 14 years. My pet was traumatized and her eyes were injured. No accountability taken from this place. Ms. Elisabeth who owns the place will let you know real fast that you are to blame. Really!!!!! I only have one word ‘KARMA”
