My name is Bonnie Walker from Columbia ,LA. I Shop at your store in Columbia a lot.I purchase electric heater for my sister that's in the nursing home,. I was told by the cashier that I had an hour to bring it back or I couldn't return it.I have never heard of such in my life. I got it as a gift for my sister.I ask other roses and was told as long as you had recipt that it could be returned. MANAGEMENT IS horrible at that store.not friendly at all. IM asking as a fellow customer to please address them....Thank you.

The assistant manager is extremely rude and unprofessional to customers and employees alike. She has a terrible demeanor and attitude. The other employees I encountered were pleasant, but the woman bold enough to boast of being the assistant manager was a horrid representation of the companies values and for that reason I will not return or recommend to others

I bought a pregnancy test and a pair of headphones today still have receipt and headphones didn't work and pregnancy test was invalid no refunds on anything angry and will never shop there awful place bad service done with it all.

I Love this store I wish they could have more like this and one for kids only aswell for parents and grandparents to buy kids items during holidays and birthday’s since it isn’t a toy store in our location anymore like Baton Rouge, LA
