Last night while grocery shopping I purchased 3 12 packs of sodas. When I got home while bringing everything in the house my 23 month old daughter got ahold of one of the cases and dropped it. So of course it busted. I called the store today to see if I could exchange the busted ones and was told no. I find this to be completely unacceptable. So instead of paying for a 12 pack I ended up actually paying the price of a 12 pack for 4 sodas.

Spent 45minutes trying to get someone one on the phone to ask a simple question do you have spiral cut Honey hams. They would pick up the phone then hang up. When I tried to call back got a busy tone.
