Friendly folks here in Columbia La. Helpful employees. I'd like to personally give a ata girl some folks say a shout out to a new hire in the bakery, asking her about the frosting bucket if she had any empty and if so could I have them. She and I visited over her stocking the chocolate chip cookies. She said mam, let me check with my boss man and see? As I went about my shopping only to be so impressed at how clean and well stocked everything was. Great Prices Also .Their meat looked as if I were in the finest butcher shop I had ever visited which would be Mr. Ronnie Hattens Meat Processors in Liddeville La. And the (3 ) Sister's Deer Camp and Fishing Hole in Hebert LA. Seriously this Location is by far the Very Best Shopping Center in all Five Corners of the Okla,Tex,Ark, La, Miss ! She came located to let me know,Yes I could have them. The young cashier and Peyton also Went out of their way to be kind and helpful. I worked for Brookshire's in West Monroe and Love it. I was trained in the Sandwich Deli. That professional courtesy and Knowledge has stuck with me my whole life.Just wanted to say Thanks to Everyone that makes this Happen. They usually always have what we need - between our “Club” visits every 2 weeks. They’re accommodating when asked to carry certain Vegan food items that’s not at other stores.

We really enjoy our visits. They are always very helpful and friendly....also they carry several gluten free products and when you travel in your job like we do, that is a wonderful thing! The deli is delicious as well. We go through every Mon. and Wed. And stop each time. Excellent experience each visit!!

This place has really good service but it seems like it has a high rate of employee turn overs in the front. Very FEW people in front are same faces and as a customer I heard the manager getting on to one of his employees in front of customer.. not very good business to me

Good selection of products and very friendly and polite employees. I gave it 4 stars because not all products on sale can be bought at the sale price without joining the Brookshires's club membership, which is free.

Customer service is okay. They just don't keep the baby food OR formula stocked well at all, and it's a pretty important to me to be able to get my child the things she needs without having to go to three different stores to do it. Also, they don't allow the baggers to accept tips, and I don't think that's okay. If I want to give someone a few extra dollars for helping ME bring my groceries out and put them in my car, then they should be able to have it.

I always have a great experience at my local Brookshires, but today I heard a young punk stock boy talking trash because there was so many people on the store. He was saying to two other employees that the nerve of all these people coming in today, that we had had a week to prepare for this weather, I did speak to a manager about this and he said that he would take care of it. Not sure about everyone else, but because of my work and so forth, today was the only day that I could get to Brookshires, I hate that we inconvenienced this young man so badly. But maybe Macs will enjoy my weekly business.

Had a amazing experience being from out of town! Had to have help from the managers with some product issues and the chasher kristy made my day! Not to mention the bagger who kept up a conversation and put my groceries away such a sweet girl I believe Georgie was her name but had a amazing experience! Loved every second of my visit!

Outstanding service especially a certain cashier that has learned my family by name in my 3 weeks in the area. Selection is decent for the rural area and the store is always clean and tidy. Only thing keeping from 5 stars is this location does not seem to have my brand of bagged cereal Berry Collosal Crunch.

Great local grocery store. Has a good wine and liquor selection for such a small a store. Sometimes the variety of fresh veggies is limited for anything out of the ordinary. Recently remodeled.

I forgot to order a birthday cake for my son's party! And it's Mother's day. But the ladies in the bakery at the Columbia store were so helpful, saying they would try to get one done by party time. I got a call short while later from Nicole saying cake was ready, so I didn't have to leave party to pick up cake. Thanks for the extra effort even though y'all were busy.

Great selection of products throughout the store. "Thank You" card which is not a credit or debit card & is free to get saves you a lot of money on purchases in the store as well as earning 1 point for every dollar spent & keeps track of them for you. When you've accumulated enough points(100) you can use them to save $0.10 per gallon of gas up tp 30 gallons per visit at locations with pumps or you can use your points(500) to save an additional 10% off the cost of your groceries. You can also sign up for various store clubs like pet & baby to save you additional money, even some free items. If you sign up for them you also get coupons loaded automatically to your card with text notifications sent to your phone to help you save even more money. There is also the free rotisserie chicken, buy 8 get the next one free. Your card keeps up with it, you don't have to remember how many you have bought. Inside the store is also a bakery & a deli. Not to mention the services available at the office; Western Union Financial Services, Entergy Bill Pay, great price on tobacco products. All of this on top of friendly & courteous service.
