These people are very good at misjudging and shunning their best customers. They are at the whimsical winds of gossip, Believers in Gossip as the absolute truth. I had an amazing relationship with Julie. God rest her soul 🙏. But it will take them 1 second time to be the ultimate truth in the matter. Dont risk being labeled for nothing. Go somewhere else! They will also let your private information go out to anybody and everybody they have no care in privacy see period.Even after it was proven they would not choose to see the proof that I had not stolen any of the items that was sold ever, over hundreds of items.

Great customer experience!!! The tall gentleman is always very kind and helpful not only to myself but also to other customers as well. This is a great place to do business and is leaps and bounds above their competitors when it comes to both customer service and inventory. This is a true testament to both store management and upper management within the company.Also, I just wanted to add that the 2 ladies are pretty cool too !!! 😎

Do your homework about gold prices on the day you go there. Sold them 16grams of 10k gold. As an afterthought I checked and I should’ve gotten $415 instead I got $260. They were very nice but you can get shortchanged by them if you don’t know what gold is selling for because it fluctuates. I called and was told I was the “ middle man “ and they had to make a profit, none of the “deductions” were on my receipt. Just be abreast of what you items are worth.

Tried to purchase an item from their BUYA store but initially my credit card flagged the transaction as fraudulent. After confirming the charge with my credit card company I called Pawn Depot to let them know things have been cleared up. I offered to pay for the item over the phone, or place the order again through BUYA. The manager was generally disagreeable then said they were not willing to sell the item to me regardless what I did and hung up the phone.
