Our cake was amazing, it was exactly what we were asking for when discussing everything for our wedding. I give props to my niece in law and my wife for envisioning the cake and give utmost props to the bakery for delivering our vision. In my honest opinion, going with the sheet trays for cakes is the best way to go, because the cake was a perfect size, but also visually stunning.The only upsetting part was that my wife and I were extremely busy and moving around, we each only had one bite of the cake for the cake photos and that’s it. However, from our guests at the wedding, they said the cake was absolutely delicious, and my wife and I definitely agree. If you’re having a tough time deciding on which cake vendor to go with, 100% pick this place, they’re amazing.

Absolutely amazing!My grooms cake was a functional whiskey barell that poured actual whiskey and had no left overs it was so good.Every layer and flavor of our wedding cake was moist and delicious.Our wedding topper after being vacuum sealed was still so good a year later for our first anniversary, we were mad we didn't have a bigger topper.

Posting a bit late. We hired Mad Batter for our wedding in November of 2021. They were extremely easy to work with and we absolutely loved all THREE of our cakes. I feel like guest don’t normally eat the cake at weddings but all three of our cakes were all eaten up. The presentation and taste was phenomenal all around. Best king cake we’d ever eaten. Would 100% recommend for wedding cakes! We saved a tier of our cake for a year later and it was just as delicious as we had remembered.

I called less than 24 hours before needed to get a heart shaped cake made for my daughter. I was so surprised when I was told they would be able to help me because every other bakery said no. Not only was the cake made swiftly it also tastes amazing. They have gotten a customer for life. Thanks so much for making my babies sweet 16 so special.

I had a great experience here when I went for a cake tasting. We had been looking for a bakery with good Gluten-Free options until we found Mad Batter Bakery. They had so many options to choose from. Between the cake flavors, fillings, and icings, I had a hard time deciding because they were all so good!Dietary restrictions: There was a good selection of Gluten-Free options which is very hard to come by

Our wedding cake was amazing, each layer of our 4 tier cake had everything we wanted in it! Our groomscake, however, was missing our cake toppers to our surprise. We did not find out until we saw the cake at the reception. Anne had asked us to drop off the cake toppers to mad batter. So my husband tried dropping the toppers off the day before which was okay with Anne. My husband got there before they closed according to their hours online, but no one was there. So we’re guessing they closed early that day. With that being said, my husband left the toppers in the mailbox and we let Anne know they were in the mailbox. She emailed me the next day (the day of our wedding) telling me to have the toppers there by 10am. I let her know for a second time that we had left them in the mailbox the night before. We show up to the reception and there were no cake toppers. This was very upsetting to us. I emailed her the next day saying how upset we were and asked her if she wasn’t able to find the cake toppers and I got no response. I emailed her again saying we wanted our cake toppers back since we spent money on them and all she said was that we could go pick up the cake toppers from her. No apology. I do not recommend this bakery to anyone especially for your wedding!!!!

Casey is absolutely incredible! She made these awesome cookies for my friends dogs 18th birthday and we were amazed by them! Not to mention how delicious they tasted. I had to bring a couple home for my roommates. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

The Mad Batter Bakery did a great job with our cake! The experience we had with the cake tasting was wonderful - we were able to try different combinations of cake flavors, icings, and fillings. We were able to ask questions and get an accurate quote. They kept in contact with us throughout the process and delivered an amazing cake that was exactly what we wanted. Would recommend!

Excellent, beautiful cakes. I've ordered five very different cakes from them this year and they've all been amazing. Most recent was a German chocolate cake that wowed everyone at the birthday party I brought it to. The prices are reasonable and the owner goes out of her way to "make it right", even with our demanding needs. Amazing bakery.

Purchased the Italian cream king cake at the King Cake Hub earlier for the first time. The dough appeared to be very light in color, as if not baked long enough. It was also grossly underfilled. Only the areas 'injected' with the cream had any filling. So disappointed and will not be spending $24 for their King cakes again.

We got married at the Audubon Aquarium, so our wedding cake and groom's cake were both octopus themed. They did an incredible job replicating the photos I showed them from the internet. Would definitely recommend using them, especially if you have an unusual request!

We Just purchased a baptism cake from here and was very displeased. The cake started to lean, crumble, and fall apart not long after getting it and they said it was our fault. It was super messy and not at all like what was requested. Absolutely poor service and will never waste another dollar here again. Wish I was able to leave 0 stars...
