My two female pups have been getting groomed at Bonnie’s for 5+ years. They are truly the best - hence why it’s so hard to get an appointment! I know my pups can be too much to handle sometimes and Bonnie still lets them come back!When they leave Bonnie’s they are always smelling good & looking better with their nails painted & bows in their hair.

I can't say enough good things about Bonnie and her awesome team! My babies always come back so cute and smelling great. Both of my babies had surgery at separate times and Bonnie and her team were gentle and patient with them. I love the fact that I can book my appointments for the year. We moved 35 miles away from the shop but it's definitely worth the drive. Thank you for everything you do for Dixe & Duke ❤️

When my dogs hear we going to see Ms Bonnie, they go crazy in a good way. Bonnie knows her fur clients so well she can recognize them even after long periods of not seeing them. My sister's dog was stolen so Bonnie had not seen her in over five years. One day a new client brought her dog in to be groomed. Bonnie recognized her as the missing dog after all those years and my sister got her dog back. For that reason we will forever be loyal to Bonnie.

Bonnie is the absolute best. Our Fifi girl loves her monthly trips to see Bonnie. She has even brought stuff to our attention that was beyond what she has to do as a groomer. We will always be a regular and book a year at a time.

My black lab, who I rescued, needed to have his nails clipped and I brought him to Bonnie's Pet Grooming. She knew what to do and how to handle a puppy his size. He was going into distress mode and Ms. Bonnie was able to calm him down and finish the job. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to pets. We were visiting New Orleans while traveling in our motorhome and our 2 pups really needed grooming. Bonnie’s Pet Grooming in Chalmette was highly recommended and now we highly recommend them as well! They fit us in to their schedule and did a really good job with our pups!! They probably thought I was crazy because my separation anxiety is just as bad as my dogs' (maybe worse lol) but my girl looked really good afterwards and was done in no time 🙂 just had her bathed but it included conditioning, ear cleaning and nail trimming and I was satisfied with the price/service

Had an appointment for 8:30 to bring my aunt’s dog in. On the door it says they open at 7:30, no one was there!! I waited an hour and no one showed up!! No note was left on the door to say no one was coming in! Second time this happened. Completely unprofessional!!! Wouldn’t recommend! Too inconsistent!!!

Our dog got a summer cut which resulted in severe razor burn on her tummy. The wound became infected ( necrosis of the tissue) which happened very quickly. This ultimately resulted in surgery. We suspect that they don't clean thier equipment between pets. Also they promised our dog by noon we got her at 4:30. " Next in line" was not the case.
