Rude self check out employee came change bags at our station while trying to check out and was all in our way didn’t even say excuse me or nothing and we just had to wait there until he was finished. Mind you, there were plenty of bags left and could have waited when no one was checking out there. We were also in the middle of scanning items and had to just stand there and pause in complete silence for foolishness that could have waited. Everybody at this Walmart lacks customer service skills and needs to be replaced. Disgusting people skills.

Came in for just two items to find that there was no registers open. I spotted one girl finishing up at her register and asked her if anymore were going to open and she directed me to self checkout where the lines were already backed up. I politely informed her that I don’t work at Walmart and went to customer service to checkout. Please get some cashiers..nobody has time for this mess.

I always get stupid stressed out when its time to ring up my order due to my mental health disorder, I drive from Arnaldville to come to this store because they never make me feel like I'm doing something wrong when I continuously ring up the same product 30 times. They just help me do it with out judgment and when they offer to help me do it my stress just melts away like hot butter.

I went into Walmart just to pick up some things for my apartment and found so much more because of the season that helped me out a lot more. The decorations and clearance items were greatly priced and there was so much to choose from. Things were in the garden shop and clothes area and everywhere. This store had everything that I wanted and needed. Always something different here!

Bad service with pick up process.. actually I entered store let them know.. waiting for 20 minutes but I see said press then on the way and wait seat but they don't have a chair! I do press/ scan again 2nd nobody coming ..10 mins nothing then 3rd times.. an associate told me go to customer service.. the lady said no, and can't help me ( they told me to come here but I'm deaf ! ) made me struggle walk back and on.. I walked back to pick up service still nobody so I called on phone .. I explained and told me go park behind the Walmart where pick up parking alot. I told them I did ! I came back still no one responds..I drove back to parking lot I decided walk to the associate who uploaded to car next to me. She was puzzled and why? I said three times, app, etc I saw she clicked on phone puzzled why three times and wait for 45 minutes! Plus 20 minutes in store including customer service associate don't do anything...! She walked back to pick up and looked for my order etc for 5 mins and walked back to me.. finally! What is wrong with your associaters! I tried to communicate or explain on my phone. They knew I'm on disability! I feel like want to sue them! The pickup board said press etc but bottom press for help nobody comes to me ! 45 minutes! And no seats provided!

1 ⭐️ because the store is open. Walmart carencro needs to HIRE CASHIERS, BUTCHERS AND RETRAIN MANAGERS AND WORKERS TO BE RESPECTFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. No managers on floor⛔️, staff knows nothing⛔️, two cashiers with long lines⛔️, too many self checkouts with long lines⛔️, meat is cut and wrapped then ship to store and it tastes refrozen⛔️, the man in deli and hot foods and staff is FANTASTIC⭐️, a lot of fruits taste like they were gassed and still sour⛔️, women’s clothing department NICE⭐️, dressing room RUDE⛔️, they need a pricer at all times because no prices on merchandise⛔️, no help in hardware⛔️, no help in garden⛔️, register never open in garden⛔️, no help in toys⛔️, no help in makeup⛔️, electronics is RUDE⛔️.😡pharmacy is RUDE, 😖Store needs a new manager or district manager. 😖Staff needs to learn their department(s), 😖stop putting the heavy merchandise at the top with no staff to take it down, 😖you need to hire a couple of strong boys to help load purchases into vehicle at all times. 😡HIRE HUMAN CASHIERS! This Walmart is super nice. I was surprised that it was Wal-Mart. This particular store, when you walk in on the grocery side, reminds you of an upscale grocery market. It also carries products of a higher quality, such as some of the aged cheeses that you don't get at other Walmart stores. And it's huge and clean. I wasn't there long enough to go through the entire store, but I will go back. Also the workers were friendly.

Went today to return an item and the lady was beyond rude! Then again there was only one person working at costumer service. But there was no need for the rudeness. Only plus side was the lady waving and wishing me a good day when I walked out.

Working at Walmart was horrible.Some of the managers were very unprofessional, one particular Nikki.She was messy and would talk about the employees to other employees. I would never ever want her as my manager again.Some of the employees was messy as well.I did meet some great people their that became good friends. Joy and Nathan was the best managers I ever had.I wouldnt recommend this place to work to anyone, not even if you are desperate unless they seriously change things.

Ummm, Walmart. Everyone knows the deal. But please fix the ac unit on the roof near the syrup area. The humming is so loud and brain rattling that i cant stand behind around that area. Been like that for months.

Lololol Urban central! Its so funny how they hover over you when ur at self checkout. Hopefully they get more self check out stations, which would limit the need for front cashiers and CSMs!! HA HA HA They need to be ghetto at their apartments!!!

We pulled in around 7:30pm with an RV and security immediately pounced on us telling us we couldn't stay in the parking lot. I politely asked why and he said it was the store policy. He was nice enough and gave us a 40 minute grave period to leave. The problem is there is no signage stating anything about an overnight parking policy. The store management could probably save a lot of time and money by putting up a few signs instead of having a guard knocking on doors. It's just an unnecessary hassle for everyone involved. I was so frustrated that I didn't even go in to buy groceries. Super 1 Foods right next door got our money instead.

2 registers open out off 12 with a store full of people on a Saturday at around 1:00pm. The self checks with no infeed belts were open but we had a cart full of groceries. Ridiculous Walmart. Took over an hour to check out.

This is from the Walmart in Carencro. In my opinion, the best organized and helpful Walmart in the area. I have no problem driving an extra few miles to visit. Electronics and clothes has a lot of clearance. They also have clearances in the garden section, for you planters. The staff is friendly and they actually have registers open lol.

This store has a pretty poor electronics department, but to be fair, most Walmart locations are weak in electronics. Also has next to nothing in the collectibles section within electronics. Overall, it's what you expect from Walmart. They'll have a lot of the things you came to get, but they're out of a lot as well.

The service at the shop is terrible, possibly the worst in the entire US.I was there from two in the afternoon until 6 for an oil change and when my car came in at 6 pm they told me they didn't have the filter, without words.
