Horrible experience. visiting family in Bunkie, LA and decided to use the App for curbside pickup. Food was undesirable and thrown together like trash. Absolutely no standards... NO STANDARDS! When food was taken back in... the manager refused to handle the situation and sent a teenager in her place. Where are her managerial skills or training? Bun was smashed on filet of fish like a tent and tarter sauce in carton. Finally get a replacement and there is NO cheese. That was enough for me and I threw the food in the trash. I travel all over the United States and this location is the worst by far. Please train your managers, the City of Bunkie deserves better. I'm attaching a picture of the replacement sandwich.

We stopped by this McDonald on our way to New Orleans. Quite crowded and understaffed McDonald was clearly pushing their employees the limits to entertain the customers. We didn’t find and napkins or straws in defined dispensers. Drinks counter was dirty and staff looked stressed. Surprisingly even with all that they managed to bring out real fresh meals and fries. Good job and hats off to whatever the employees were able to do.

This particular McDonald’s makes nearly every vehicle pull up to wait for their order and it’s a safety concernParking: Due to the fact that they make everyone pull up to wait for their orders so they can meet their goals. The drive thru gets congested with other customers waiting on their food. This is a daily occurrence

Sadly, this location made my small list of negative McDonald's experiences. The service wasn't what we are used to at all. The fries were burnt. Who burns McD's fries!? My son only got one of his fries in his happy meal, he chose two instead of apple slices. He's 10 so the small cheeseburger doesn't cut it for a growing boy. (Not that I'm complaining that he didn't get them, but we didn't get what we paid for.) My big Mac didn't have any pickles, coming from a chick who loves her big Macs, pickles are a must! Don't play with me and my pickles. 🥒🥒 Either way, we will not stop in Bunkie in the future, we'll drive the extra miles to Alexandria in the future when on our way home to Arkansas from BR, LA.

Mcdonalds is my toddlers preferred place to eat so I frequent for him.... This location has NEVER got my order correct. Not 1 time! Not exaggerating.... Literally...Not 1 time!

Used app and ordered ahead. Payment through the app. Friday was perfect fast and easy. Thursday exact same order as Friday but the app, the store, and I had lots of pain and irritàtion. Almost dumped the app with that bad experience. Nothing ever charged to my debit card so the next day, Friday offered to pay when picking up that order but manager said no worries and handed back $10 that I had handed over as previous day payment. App still hinky but Carencro store still the best accuracy and service. Nice people there too. Very happy.

I ordered Big Breakfast. I thought it comes with Hot cakes. However told after waiting forever for food and there was only two other people in line with me that I had to specify that I wanted the hotcakes. Didn't get asked if we wanted condiments. I had to get up three or four times to get what we needed. Not going back!

They told me to pull up and wait for my granddaughters fries. Three cars that parked after me got their food. I asked a girl to go check. She came back and v said they had forgotten about me.

Due to COVID, the dining section was closed, and the line went to the street. They had workers getting out in the heat to take orders to ensure things went smoothly. Regardless of the hectic scene, my order was correct. They were very accommodating and super nice.

Received no receipt with my order and when I asked for it I got tons of sass. Received no straw for my drink. No napkins. And oh, more sass when I asked for two creamers. She handed me, I'm not joking, 15 of them, and when I reiterated that I only needed TWO, yep, you guessed it, more sass. Look y'all, it ain't rocket science working at mickey d's. I know it's not a super fulfilling or well paying job, but you could maybe get better management in here to help the workers understand that if they're sour to everyone, it actually makes THEIR day worse as well. Food for thought. Pun possibly intended.

I’m giving 3 stars because of the outstanding young lady Kiera for getting my order correct after the young lady at the drive through window was rude and messed up my order. Also I went to the window and the manager was kinda of rude when I said I didn’t want the crispy chicken sandwich I wanted a butter milk crispy chicken sandwich and the manager said they don’t have this item on the menu.My nuggets didn’t come with the sauce I ordered with them.Shout out to this young lady Keara because I watched her check on every vehicle that was pulled over to the side and corrected everyone’s order with a smile and was very polite. More workers are needed like her. My second sandwich was burnt also and I didn’t receive my fries with my meal nor my tomatoes.She offered to go back and get my fries and tomatoes. At this point I’m frustrated. If it would have not been for her I would have not given any stars.

We stopped in on our way out from camping. We got the big breakfast and everything was cooked deliciously. The restaurant was clean. The staff wasn't super friendly but they weren't rude or anything either. We will definitely go back here when we're in the area.

I got my drinks they didn’t even have ice my fries were cold and hard because they were to lazy to fix more and also they said the ice machine was broke but she told me that after she gave me drinks with no ice probably just too lazy to go fill the ice machine with ice. It’s simple if you don’t like working at fast food then don’t do it because I’m a kind of person that likes my food fresh I don’t want to eat something that’s been sitting there for a while. So very lazy workers!!!!!

I wouldn't give this place any stars. But I had to give them one in order to write this review. Walked in and went to use the restroom and saw that it was absolutely disgusting!!!! Urine all over the floor, paper towels and dirty toilet paper everywhere. I couldn't use the restroom there let alone want to eat anything from that establishment.

Always get your order mixed up with others and if you late at night and you ask for them to make sure its fresh they'll drop the stale fries or chicken nuggets back it the grease...any type burger gets microwave... But they are sometimes nice when giving you stuff out to you.... The ice machine is also always BROKE.

Some employees have bad attitudes when you ask them to read your order back to you at the drive- thru. The younger workers stand around doing nothing . And they don't put all your food you ordered in the bag. Majority of the orders are made with the wrong condiments.
