Two stars because the desk lady was good and the a/c was great. Unfortunately the rest of room was a disaster! The shower faucet was broke, water pouring out all night. Closed the door and it fogged the bathroom up. Which in turn revealed the nastiness of the bathroom! The toilet was even worse...didn't take a picture. There were no blankets on the beds so I went to the desk. There were 3 other people there saying they didn't have blankets. Breakfast was an insult really. A packaged pastry & mini frozen sausage biscuits in a little white lunch sack 😢 no coffee cups in the room either. For the money not worth it.

The staff was great and nice except two workers one at the front desk and there manager we stayed for 9 weeks and 4 days and didn’t have a problem till the last week with them two I stayed in 5 different rooms first one was nice but small but I was waiting on the room across the hall it was two rooms we got in that room and not long after the ceiling was leaking so moved to another small room waiting on another big room to open I was hoping that be my last room but it wasn’t I was in that room 5 weeks then went to pay for the next week and she billed me for 5 days instead of seven so I asked why she said I will have to change rooms cause there was a reservation for the weekend so we moved again once in the next room I cleaned it like all the others before I let my kid in the bathroom while cleaning it she came in the bathroom with a needle thank god the needle was covered went to the front desk lady acted like it was no big deal and normal so we found another motel to stay at as soon as we could sadly two workers over all made that motel uncomfortable for me to ever think of referring that place sadly the other nice and helpful workers have to work there with these two also the last room had a roach infestation up stairs none in any of the other rooms that I seen and the manager acted like that was no big deal eitherRooms: Clean but need updates and sprayedWalkability: To Sammy’s good little food place

Stacey changed my broken toilet seat after second day stay there because it wasn’t changed the filling day. Stacey went above and beyond got her own tools out of her car. The room needs to be painted carpet needs cleaning has a smell in the room from AC smells musty And bleach like all my clothes have that smell now. The night desk clerk very nice, the clerk gave me a different rolling chair mine was broken and filthy dirty. Chair in corner of room very dirty and worn I didn’t even sit in it. Tv has lines until it warms up. I stayed in room 107. Door isn’t flush with door jam light coming thru you can actually see the carpet in hallway because I was concerned when I shut the door put latch light shining in crack I was scared of people looking through crack. Being alone I didn’t feel secure. Back door not secure most of the time. I was very Leary the first night wanting to leave. The People and all the staff were very nice that’s the only reason I didn’t leave. Very nice guests that stay there very respectful. Great conversations and friendly from guest and staff. That made up for the condition of the room but really needs upgrading. Also you need a snack vending machine. People don’t want to go to your store after getting there just for a snack. I would recommend this hotel only for the staff.

Stayed here 4 months while working. No hot water unless you call and ask them to flip the stitch, ac leaked and soaked the carpet, roaches in the room and the washing machine flooded the floor every time you washed clothes. Company was paying and is the only reason I would ever stay there. Drive a little farther and find a decent hotel.

Honestly where do we start. The front desk one girl was super friendly and great then the night person came and she was not as friendly and when we did complain about the smell of Marijuana in the halls and how smoky it was she gave excuses! About a different room doing it when clearly it was a room located next to ours. Very ride and disrespectful especially when it clearly states and signs all over that smoking is strictly prohibited. The breakfast was not that great. Clearly overpriced hotel that was worse then a motel 6 but motel 6 is cheaper. Messages were written over the shower that has tried to be cleaned but you can definitely tell it's there and was written in sharpies.

Service is absolutely fantastic. It’s a bit dated, and in need of some repairs. The handicap (107) room has a bench in the shower that has become loose from the wall and, has broken titles. The room was clean, and the Entrance was nice and clean too. Again thank you so much to the very nice lady that checked us in. Extremely nice!

Just keep on driving. Carpet had burn holes, dry wall missing from the walls, tables/desks were dirty. Bathroom vent didn’t work and their were a bunch of small roaches in the bathroom. Sheets were dirty feeling, and the room was funky. We went out and bought blankets and Lysol spray so we didn’t have to sleep under the sheets. We had originally booked two nights but only made it one. Complained about the room the first night and they moved us from a double to a single king. The single room was better minus the toilet not being bolted to the floor, but had to put 3 people in one bed. Got up the next morning and drove to marksville and gladly paid for a room at the casino. Staff was helpful in swapping us into the smaller room.

This hotel needs to be torn down for unhealthy and unsanitary conditions. Mold is EVERYWHERE. There was a LIVE bug in the bed, dead roaches in the light fixtures, NO HOT WATER, stains and/or holes in the towels, rust and mold in shower, shower faucet COMPLETELY detached from the wall and the linens are paper thin and this is the short list of nastiness. I started to complain but I realized majority of the rooms are like this so why bother? Management appears to be very aware of these deplorable issues and doesn't care. If I could give less than one star I would!!!! Thank God I only was there for one night; however, I vow to NEVER return to this nasty cesspool and my prayer is that it's shut or torn down SOON!!!! Although the rate was $64, it wasn't worth $6.40 and the hotel has the audacity to cost more but we got a so-called discount. DE-PLOR-ABLE!!!!

Had a long term stay here while I was working in the area for about 2 weeks and for a 2 star hotel it was not terrible though I have a few minor complaints.Room was clean and stocked nicely when arrived and all the appliances were working but there were days I returned to a room with no fresh towels, no cups for the coffee machine and trash was still in the room and had not been changed.The card I was using for my room was constantly malfunctioning requiring me to have to go to the desk multiple times during my visit for it to be reprogrammed. Not great when you are carrying multiple bags.Staff was very helpful when I needed them which was very appreciated. Overall an average experience but definitely room for improvement.

Size of the room grande. Comfort yes. However, the prices i was given online were for two weeks ahead so when i got there at 3pm it was over $100 for the night. Booked online and it came out to $85. Couldn't get a refund. It was secluded but i woke up at 7pm to the sound of spanish music playing. Smells like pickles and smoke. No place to jog. Checked out and hit the road by 9pm. Kind of a rip. Book far ahead to save cause its like the only hotel in the middle of nowhere. No bugs. No dirt.

Super friendly and very courteous I stayed there last night and was very impressed by how clean the room was and the lady at the front desk made sure my room was ready and clean before I checked in. Not clean. Used wash cloth on shower rod, floors were dirty, lamp shades missing, no bed skirt, crayon mark (obviously child drawing) on wall, coffee pot covered in dust, shelves where towels stored covered in dust, “clean” washcloths brought were stained. The so called breakfast was yuk. We don’t complain about stuff but this room was just plain dirty. I wish I had taken photos.However, the employees were very nice. We give them 4 stars.

I was totally shocked with the room. It was way better than expected. Large room with a very big bathroom, but a kiddie toilet for some reason... Felt like i was falling down every time... I sat down hahah.The king suite room is UNDER the stairs and by the office so it can get loud, but with earplugs it was a very good night's (2) sleep. The breakfast is ok but had no hot eggs... The front desk lady was very nice and the room clean. Bed was very good woth 4 pillows, AC blew frostbite cold and the room is dark... All meaning a good night's sleep. I will stay here from now on. Oh yeah, the restaurant by there is TERRIBLE... see that review. Go into Bunkie where the good places are.

Room service was excellent did an great job. Receptionist was very nice and helpful with directions. Breakfast was very good.Eggs sausage gravy bread or biscuits plus they had fruit and muffins.Room had fridge and microwave plus it's located next to Sammy's Truck Stop. Very good food. Steak was excellent. This is my 3rd time staying here. the King beds are very firm. Queen beds are extremely comfortable.

Mold on the ceiling. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. They only had conditioner and lotion. My room was right by the entrance and was woken up every 20-30 minutes by extremely loud talking. It must have been someone working there since it was usually the same person talking. Poor soundproofing. Someone with an access key tried to loudly get in my door at 6:45 AM. Luckily I had my slide bolt on. The AC was horribly loud when it clicked on. Worst hotel experience ever.

There is no service in the hotel but the wifi actually works. They do not serve waffles in their breakfast and the French toast sticks were horrible but the biscuit was good once I heated it up and put jelly on it and the sausage was pretty good. When I went to take my shower the handle came off that makes it hot and cold. The pillows are small so I had to ask for extra. They are literally half the size of a normal sized pillow. The beds were a nice size though and they were pretty comfortable.

So our stay was actually fine. It’s what happened later that I’m upset about. My daughter left her limited edition plushie( that we got on the first day it was released and then it sold out so getting another one isnt an option) in the room on the side of the bed closest to the door. We KNOW exactly where she left it. So the fact that it magically disappeared and they can’t find it, is very upsetting. My daughter has been in tears for the duration of our trip( we were driving through on our way to Destin). I understand it was our fault for leaving it but y’all have some thieves on your staff. To steal a little girls stuffed toy is a whole new level of awful. On a side note the manager I spoke to was very pleasant. And I understand there’s no way to prove that it was stolen or taken by the housekeeping staff. But it was.

The photos speak for themselves.. needless to say I removed the plastic from the tub and the other bed which is probably the one changed more often had no hair on it. But this place has went drastically downhill since we was her last when owned by Best Western. And we will not be back

Unfortunately the opportunity to experience a stay here was instantly ended upon entry. A reservation was made and a confirmation was issued but after traveling in for a special event my wife and daughter were turned away and told that they had no room available for them. The reservation was for a later check in which put them getting there after dark and in an area that they are not familiar with. An attempt to contact upper management to resolve the issue did no good at all and we were told that the manager would not be available over the weekend but we could try to contact Mr. Hinson on Monday. Because of my wife and daughter’s commitment to the event and the town the chose to get a room at a hotel that was about thirty minutes away. Special events can mean a lot to small towns and impact their communities future dollars and tourism. Bunkie is a great town with great people and few hotel options but the quality of service at these few options will make considering a future stay unattractive.

My first and last stay at a Knights Inn! Uncomfortable pillows and bed. Carpets need a deep cleaning, and everything you touch feels dirty. I was told breakfast was served at 5am and that didn’t happen. There was nothing. Very bad experience!

This is a budget hotel, it is clean and the staff is friendly. The towels in our room were worn and mismatched. We had 3 guests registered but there was only one bottle of water in the room. I would stay there again
