I had a question about the price that I was charged for fries that I ordered because their sign said $2.19. I was charged $4.38 for them. My fries were cooked too long and some were burnt. I asked to speak to the owner because the manager caught an attitude and it was no getting through to her. She then closed the window. After I drove off she rushed to the back and came outside yelling at my car saying her name is Barbara. She was very unprofessional ! I will never buy from crispy cajun chicken again!

Service was ok, but the burgers were outrageously overpriced, the staff did not follow my instructions on how I wanted my burgers. They tasted like they had been setting around for awhile, as did they fries. Two Burgers, fries and two drinks was 33.00 dollars. I ate 2 bites and threw my burgers away, my wife had 3 bites. Fries were nasty, I only ate a couple, same with my wife. Yuk. Food used to be great. Mcdonalds would have been an upgrade.

Home of the BIG Chicken is an understatement. Best place in Bunkie, LAUPDATE: 04/26/23Worst customer service EVER. I have been here for 3 weeks visiting and each time I call one particular woman puts me on hold and never come back. Today they're open until 8:00 but they won't answer the phone. However, when they did answer the phone by mistake I was hung up on. You can only do business like this in a small City there is no way you would make it in Los Angeles. No more money from me.

Found this little gem on our way from AZ to New Orleans it was amazing! Popcorn shrimp basket with this awesome dipping sauce was my favorite, but the fried chicken was perfect!!!

Great food. We've NEVER had anything that was not delicious. The chicken is perfect and the onion rings are a favorite of ours. You can't go wrong with the fried fish or shrimp po boy either. Cheers!

Amazing fried chicken. Stopped in by chance taking backroads. Very impressed with food quality and price. Staff was extremely friendly. Service is quick and with a smile. They really want to ensure you enjoy your meal. Will certainly return.

Very nice staff, lackluster interior, decent enough burgers, I'd rather eat the styrofoam from the dumpster than the chicken.The owner gave me no choice but to dispute an erroneous charge at the local bank to the tune of 240 dollars. This was after he refused to return any of the Three hand written messages I left with manager at that time, nor did he return Any of my Many Many phone calls FOR TWO WEEKS.The Only reason I finally managed to get him on the phone was to call right at the end of a busy lunch and he just happened to be the one who picked up that day.I politely explained that I completey understood what happened, that the the charge should have been 24 dollars, not 240, and that mistakes happen. He never apologized, said he would look into and call me back. He did Not call me back, ever.I caught him on the phone a week later in the same manner as the first, asked him for an update. He became Hostile as all get out and started yelling at me. I lost my temper and hung up. Capital One refunded my money within two days.

DONT STOP HERE Second time ordering some fried livers and there were none thawed to cook. At the time looked as if owner was in the place which he was. The lady placed my order and refused to inform me that there were no livers she stated that they could replace my order with something else. I informed the lady that i did not want nothing else but what i ordered. Asked for a refund so the owner decides to say they were cooking the livers and they weren't performing heart surgery which i found to be very rude. The lady at the register says that a refund is something she could not do when the owner had already stated he would refund it. She asked him to refund me my money out of his pocket because she could not go into the register and refund me my money. I paid with a $20 my change was 9.25 she asked him to refund me $10 which he also short changed me. So while refunding me my money he threw it on the counter as i told him i did not throw it to the lady at the register and you shouldn't throw things to your customers because its bad for business. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE OF BUSINESS SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Ohhh whew!! They were right...best darn chicken period! It was delicious. It is worth the stop! Not only was the food good, but just some down home good customer service! I give it 5+ stars.

The owner was very rude as well as the waitress, the food was also very horrible!!! Will not be going back to this one and I don't suggest anyone else should either!! They even burned the potato!!! And I shot the bird at no one. That's exactly what I mean about being rude. I don't know who shot you the bird lol but apparently I wasn't the only one who didn't like your service!! 😂😂

I drove through the drive through to get some “Big Chicken”. I ordered a 12pc with fries and rolls. Some kid came to the window saying “here”. I was like, I don’t think that’s for me. Because it was in a small bag and I ordered a 12pc. She came with my box of Chicken and told me that the white bag was my fries. I was like, my fault. We’re I’m from they usually put all the chicken and fries together. Then she caught an attitude for some reason. Mean mugging me while she swipe my card. The point is, the customer service is horrible. The chicken was ok though. Needs more seasoning.

We enjoyed it alot we drove to Bunkie just to eat at my husband Lucas favorite place to eat when he has to go that way to get to Donaldsonville . We drove from Colfax, La and do it again soon.

i pulled into drive-thru and a closed sign was hanging, I assumed it was just the drive-thru considering it is a Monday at 5:30 and the establishment closes at 8. I park to go inside and door is locked, a man is sitting at a table on the phone. He looks at me and continues his conversation and never acknowledges me. After about a minute of him ignoring me I leave. Great customer service

I was deployed to Gonzalez for hurricane Ida with 2 Ambulances. Stopped in for a quick bite. Service was great. Food was awesome. Thank you all for a great meal.
