This place has the SOFTEST SNOBALLS. They are not stingy with the syrup and make it fresh to order. Every single person that we talked to was super friendly and the outdoor seating area was super clean and mostly shaded.

I tried the Strawberry Cheesecake snowball!!! It was absolutely delicious. The flavor (down to the last sip) and presentation were outstanding. It was certainly worth the trip. I will definitely be back. It was worth every one of those calories!!

The best snowball I ever had I find myself there everyday. Very courteous and looks out for their customers. Never knew they gave out reward card receive one today with 4 holes punched im sure I’ll receive my free snowball in no time

WOW!!! I love snowballs and the one I just had at Meltdown was hands down the best snowball I’ve had in over two decades. The ice was incredibly soft and silky smooth. Maybe all snowballs stands in this area have ice this good but I’ll never know because Meltdown is my new absolute go to. It is now the snowball that I’ll measure all others by.Oh, and the service was great too. The young lady behind the counter even helped me carry the snowballs to the car.I look forward to my next visit.

The place was busy upon my arrival, but I didn't have to wait long. The staff was comprised of enthusiastic teenagers who were prompt and efficient. I ordered a blueberry snowball with sweetened condensed milk, and received it within a few minutes. I tipped the server, and she was very appreciative. (There was no tip jar) I highly recommend MELTDOWN. It was a refreshing treat on a hot day!

I was so satisfied with my visit, that I returned later that day to get 2nd sno ball! The ice is sooo soft and plenty of juice. Some of the best costumer service I’ve ever had as well!

My first visit to the stand was very impressive. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable explaining the rewards card. My snoball was delicious and the ice was soft...just perfect! Their prices are very reasonable I feel like I should have paid more lol. I will definitely be returning.

Cool Tiger Ice has always always always been my favorite spot! Not any longer! The snowcones here are so very delicious and so very soft. This is 1000x better! This is now my favorite! Love it!
