While the carhop was kind, this is what I got in my bag... My mom and I spent $20 on this, a fry and two drinks... because we were starving... We should have just got walk ons... At least the food presentation would look better.

This morning I decided to stop and eat breakfast at Sonic in Brusly and I am so glad that I did! The customer service is second to none. The quality as well as the presentation of the food is really immaculate. My food was fresh and hot, I truly enjoyed my experience here. They move quickly and are all very professional, Marcus who happens to be the manager has excellent customer service skills, he runs a tight ship. Marcus is an asset to the company because he exudes professionalism to another level and that is what makes a business thrive! Nevertheless, if you're looking for a great dining experience, great people and fresh food at Sonic please do yourself a favor and visit Marcus in Brusly! I give this location 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When it comes to fast food restaurants, unfortunately, I prepare myself to be disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service. I don't visit them often, as a result of the disappointment and the lack of healthy choices. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how satisfying the visit was. I ordered food for two children and an 18 year-old. The associate got the order right the first time and the delivery was very prompt. When she delivered the food, she smiled, the food was hot, and she provided napkins without me having to make a request. To provide consistent quality food and service, has been the norm for a few fast food restaurant chains, in my experience. This Sonic visit made the list that's titled Try Again.

This location doesn't want to give you YOUR receipt. It's good to have your receipt so that you can double check to make sure they didn't charge you extra for stuff. Cause one time they charged me for cheese that already come on my burger. I ordered a number 2 only ketchup and cheese they rung it up wrong and charged 90 cents for cheese. So CAN Y'ALL PLEASE make it a HABIT to at LEAST ask a person if they want their RECEIPT and stop assuming that Everybody doesn't.

Beef all american dog was cold & sloppy. Wayyyy to much ketchup & mustard. To say i only ask for chili & onions on it. On screen it shows the steps to the process. When it says order is on the way still waited 13.6 minutes before asking for refund in which she then brought my food. She was a sweet young lady that took my order an also brought my order. The process and wait is what got me boggled.

I go through the drive thru today.I ordered a 44 oz unsweetened tea with lemon.The car hop brings me sweet tea with no lemonThen I tell her what’s wrong and she replaced it.I drive back to work when I open my cup there is a long hair wrapped around the lemon.Is anyone awake at this location?GROSS!How hard is it to get a glass of tea correct With NO HAIR IN IT!I tried calling the managerNo answer

Great food. But needs more help. When I arrived I push my red Button on #4 spot. Waited 22 my nuts and still no response. Went on the app and ordered after the long wait. Got my food 10 minutes later .

Do not go to this location. This location is terrible. The girl was rude to my wife. She also forgot my drink we ordered 2 drinks she never rung it up and them proceeded to blamed it on me. Also forgot my wife's honey mustard sauce. My wife had asked her for it and she acted as if she couldn't hear her. We will not be coming back to this location. Ever. No napkins in the bag, no ketchup. There was too much lettuce on burger. They forgot the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. Do not go to this location.

Did not actually eat here, second time in a row that no one would take our order. Went next door to McDonalds, food might not be as good but at least they will take your order.

Service here is about average for a Sonic or typical fast food restaurant. Food quality is also typical Sonic fare. Staff is hit & miss; sometimes you get a really friendly server, on point with napkins, straws, etc. Others, not so much. It's usually not real busy after lunch, so wait time is pretty short.

Service is really slow. Expect a 20 min wait.Update: kids wanted icecream. Showed up for half price shakes. 45 mins later we got our order, and it was wrong. I'm scared to have it corrected. I may be spending the night waiting.

I attempt to go to this location on as a last resort when my wife wants something. I have had so many issues and tried many friendly ways to bring them to their attention. I finally got in contact with a manager and tried to explain the problems but I am met with the same level of poor and rude service. Flat drinks, burned burgers, liquid shakes, under cooked corn dogs, over cooked eggs, and I am not sure how I they are able to give me mozzarella sticks with no mozzarella but there is always 1-2. I either have the worst luck out of around 50 visits (48 bad and 2 satisfactory) or something is seriously wrong with this location's ability to follow sonic's business model. I have decided to boycott this location and see if I can change this review next year with no hard feelings.

We ordered from this place twice.The first time the girl was rude. She was also rude the second time.Idk who she is but she has terrible customer service not going to mention her here bc she doesn't deserve to have her name even on this paragraph. The second we visited here. She forgot the marinara sauce for the cheese sticks and acted like we forgot it and even forgot our second drink which she also acted like we forgot to order but we did in fact order it. She just didn't ring it up at all. She also acted as if she didn't hear me at all forcing me to get out of my vehicle to talk to her. Do not go to this location. They also forgot napkins. They forgot my husbands drink bc I had mine. There was also no ketchup in the bag at all.

Used the express drive-thru, the service was awesome! They are really upping their game; the server that brought out our food was so polite and social, my mom and I both tipped her! Also, the drive-thru server was very professional, clear, and upbeat. I even mentioned to my mom how great he was with our order and his mannerisms.Our wait time was short, food was fresh & warm, and the drinks were cold and crisp. If they keep this up, I'll be going there much more often.Thanks Brusly Sonic!

I've stopped by the Sonic each Friday for almost two months now. The service is horrible. It takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to receive your order, if not more. Any time that I have ever asked for any variation to my order, it was not done. Hold the pickles? Forget it, you're getting pickles! Add onion? Forget about it! These incredibly slow food robots don't know how to make anything but the stock recipe! I hate writing reviews, but this place was so bad that I felt it would be an injustice not to. Beware of this Sonic!

Had to say hamburger 5 times with NO CHEESE. They took 30 minutes to bring food out and guess what? You yep there stood in all it's glory CHEESE. If I am ever in plaqumine parish I will not stop at that Sonic on La1 S.

I really like using the app to place my order before I get there, and you can pay for it when you place your order. You pull up, put in what stall your at and your order is brought to you in a few minutes. Great app...

Absolutely disgusting i ate from the brusly location today after eating here i got really sick soon after i ate their food I ordered the #12 which is the popcorn chicken with Buffalo sauce and a chili cheese fry they are not clean and the chicken was very hard and dry I’ve been throwing up and diarrhea since eating from this sonic i will NEVER EVER !! eat from this location again

This is the slowest sonic I have ever been to. The fact they are on the west side of the river should mean they are convenient to people living in wbr parish, but it is probably quicker to drive to Baton Rouge and go to one over there. If u do stop by this sonic I recommend turning your engine off while you wait on your food as you will surely run out of gas before you get your order

Sitting at drive thru for 10 minutes and no one answered then moved to stall and whatever they have working here still never answered. If the place is closed put a sign somewhere. I won’t be back to this location. It’s the worst ever
