Alyssa is amazing. I switched vets this year to rivertown to have one closer and on this side of the river because my poodle is 16 and showing some decline. She has only had one visit there but when I called late in the afternoon today with concerns of my baby having a bladder infection she immediately accommodated me in every way possible. She could not have been more compassionate and caring!

I have got to say dr Leblanc is hands down the best here always so helpful n as a breeder she has never once let us down and goes above and beyond with all my babies!!! I also love all the ladies who work here who are so helpful and sweet over the phone and in person !!

Always friendly. Always can squeeze my pup in when he's sick. Doc always takes time to explain everything very well. Close to home. Affordable. They even keep my pup throughout the day when he's sick and I need to go to work. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been a client here for three years and had, until now, decent experiences. However, i adopted a new kitten recently. I brought him and my other two cats in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The cost of getting him fixed, and all three cats examined and vaccinated, cost nearly $700 dollars. I gritted my teeth and accepted it, even though that's pretty extreme for a neutering and three basic sets of vaccinations for otherwise perfectly healthy cats. I was told to bring the kitten in 3 weeks later for his boosters. We went in, and were done in less than ten minutes (about five of it was spent with the cat waiting in the exam room). The total cost was nearly $70 more dollars. Seemed expensive for a single round of booster shots. Upon reading the invoice i saw that $40 of it was for an "exam"- when i asked when checking out they couldn't even tell me how much he weighed, and they certainly didn't give me any documentation of an exam having been conducted. We weren't even there long enough for them to make sure he didn't have an adverse reaction to the vaccines. When i called about it later the receptionist kind of blew off my concern "oh, we looked in his ears, etc." See, this was a follow up. Even my dentist doesn't charge for follow up visits. You'd think that, after spending SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS, refunding a $40 fee for an exam they (supposedly) did as a follow up to keep a previously loyal client would be worth it. But it's apparent to me now that immediate penny pinching profit is worth more to them than the thousands of dollars they'd have earned from keeping me as a client for years to come. They get 3 stars for previously satisfactory experiences, but i'll be finding a new vet after this. I don't feel i can trust this clinic to have my pets' best interests now.

Great place with friendly staff. Love their new location. They all handle my pets with care. They're not open on Saturdays but they do have a drop-off program that works really well. Drop your pet off in the morning and pick up in the evening. They'll work them in between appointments. Definitely recommend.

This was our first time here. Although I was not allowed inside of the clinic with my boys due to COVID, I was a little apprehensive at first. The girls that work there quickly put my mind at ease. They came to the car to get my boys one at a time. We have definitely found a new vet. I would highly recommend them.

The current vet there is friendly and seems knowledgeable. That hasnt always been the case. The rest of the staff are not all that friendly and are not into chit chat. More snooty I guess is the word. I find they are on the higher side, expensive, never walk out of there for under at least couple hundred dollars, but vets are more limited on the west side. Even when I tell them money is an issue, I find they do tests, etc that aren’t necessary. And they will do these without talking to me first, just do it and charge me. I like to be consulted on these first and respect my decision if I decline. Also discovered that the shots being done twice a year are for more money. Strictly rip off. Shots are needed only once/year. They do not need these so called boosters.

This group is very knowledgeable, explains things well and genuinely cares. We've been utilizing them to care for our 2 old kitties.We came in late on a Friday with one of the cats who had given up eating and drinking. The exam showed that her temperature was low which indicates that her systems were failing. Dr. LeBlanc took all the time we needed to discuss things even though they were very busy. She was very compassionate and focused us on what was good for our girl and ourselves without trying direct our choices.The team at Rivertown managed all of this while still providing a safe environment by limiting access to the building. No small feat to provide personalized service during these challenging times, but they are doing it well.

Started bringing both of my dogs to Rivertown since it is conveniently located on the Westbank. I've never had to wait when I arrived at Rivertown. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'm thankful to have a great vet available to my pets close by.

Highly recommend this place, all stuff is friendly and nice, even the king cat of the hospital is nice, even he was trying to get my cat number but she didn't fall on he's meows

Dr. Le Blanc is caring and compassionate. She is a wonderful vet. Her staff is so helpful and friendly. I am very fussy about my dogs. I feel 100% when they see Dr. LeBlanc. Thanks for all you do!

Boarded my dog here for 4 days! She was perfectly fine when we brought her. We asked them to bathe her and clip her nails as well. When we went to pick her up she was not bathed not clipped, they said we never asked which was a LIE!! Then my dad looked on her backside and there was poop smeared all in her fur. We proceed to take her home where she has constant diarrhea, we have to bathe her multiple times. Today it has been 48 hourse since we have picked her up and she is still having constant diarrhea and has thrown up a few times. I dont know what they did to her in there but she will never go there again and I suggest all of you to do the same.

I've been to many vets for my animals, but Dr. Laurie and her staff are the best bet I've found by far. They actually take the time to get to know the animals and you can tell they really care. I would recommend this place to anyone who really cares and their animals.

We LOVE Rivertown Animal hospital. LeLe, Daisy and Ping Pong (our pups) are well taken care of. Dr. Laurie pampers the pooches and kitties there from the time they walk in to the time they walk out. Soraya, Stephanie and Morgan greet me at the door with a smile and take care of all questions.I have healthy, well cared for pups who almost don't mind going to the vet.
