It takes 15 mins in drive thur to get your order and when you pull up the window, you are told to pull up and wait another 10 mins for your order. Most of the time your order is not right. My wife order 2 apple pies she was told no they refuse to heat the pies up. This place is very slow customer service if horrible. I will not be coming back there no more ever.....

This is the WORST SERVICE EVER! I normally can from Plaquemine just for better quality, but after you ruined our family outing last weekend and again tonight, I’ll never come again. Hope you’re staff is happy that a special needs child didn’t get his order. All you had to do was take my money, give me my change and hand me my order. It went south when your cashier told me she was only giving me 30 cents instead of 33 cents. Now, normally I don’t care. By here lately I’ve kept up with the frequency of said issue. The past 20 visits (2 months), I’ve been told the same scenario. I usually eat the 1-4 cents. When I asked for the correct amount of change, your entire staff came to the window and laughed at me for it. Even the cooks. Trashy. Nonetheless, I didn’t trust the food from such terrible workers, and just drove off when they all came to food window wen I drove up. My special need son can do without it, no thank you. Screw you!! McDonalds are thieves, eh??? My last $6…hope it was worth it! Hope you are ashamed of the footage if you even care to check! The order: A LARGE FRY AND A KIDDIE DRINK. Ridiculous

The night manager DENARD is HORRIBLE. Usually this location is ok until you come and he's there the other workers seem to be nice. The Manager DENARD (short, pudgy, bald head) is so rude to the customers for no reason. Me and my daughter arrived to the drive thru around 9:00pm after waiting in the line close to 40 min (multiple cars drive off) we made an attempt to order on the speaker no one said anything. So we drove to the order window he was angry with a nasty attitude we simply attempted to order but he turned red and was very hostile he told us to drive around we then drove off. Every time he's at work he never takes orders he have you just waiting at the order window. Four cars drove off bc they were tired of waiting but seems like that what he wants the customers to do drive off. He's HORRIBLE I don't understand why they just don't get rid of him he really makes this business look bad.

Avoid going to this location. I used to eat from this location a lot when I was living over here. I decided to stop here and place an order to pick up at the front counter due to the lines being long. The doors were locked and when I went to the door to get my food from inside, the little girl looked at me and continued to play on her phone like I wasn’t even standing there and so did the young boy working there. I had to pull out my phone to show them that I had an order for someone to come and get the door. When I got to the front counter, the first question I was asked was “who let you in” instead of how can I help you. That is horrible customer service and I won’t be back.

The food is pretty much always good. Besides the fact that they seem to get bigger orders wrong a lot, and the ice cream machine for shakes and ice cream is never working! Also, the lines are always very long during lunch and dinner hours, but they do keep the lines moving pretty quickly. Lastly, a lot of the workers often have bad attitudes.

The customer service was horrible!! Ordered a mobile pick up for drive thru, pull to the speaker, no one answered. So now I’m skipped twice by two other cars in line one. Drove to the window, the young lady put my code in. Got to the next window and the staff got upset because I refused to pull up. The car behind me had not paid yet, my order was skipped twice so why do I need to pull up! The employee gave me my food and said something smart as I was pulling off. I backed up to speak to the manager, General Manager-Erica came to the window with the same nasty attitude because i refused to pull up. Keep in mind the car still at the first window trying to pay throughout all this. Then she had the nerve to want to argue with me

At this McDonald's we experienced the worst service we have ever had. We arrive too order to dine in. We stood at the counter for several minutes and no one even bothered to take our order. I tried getting someone's attention only to have someone respond to be very rudely saying this register is closed. I asked is there someone that could take my order and they walked away. Through another customer they told me that I would need to use the Kiox. Never have I used one before they would not help. I finally placed my order and on the screen it asked to enter my table number for what purpose as you will see. My order was ready and the manager came half way from behind the counter to where me and my family were sitting to call out that my order was ready. I thought he was going to bring it out to us as we are custom to at other McDonald's. He never brought it so I got up and asked why he did not bring our order and his response very rude was I don't have anyone at the time to take the order. I told him "you walked have way and then walked back behind the counter and just stood there. One of the girls working there said to me that they don't have anyone to take the food to the table and I asked her why she couldn't do it if she had been just standing there doing nothing but talking to other employees. The manager then told her to go back to her window and not argue with me. In the first place no one was arguing but they could of displaced more courtesy, politeness, or even just listening before opening there mouths and make themselves look and sound very unprofessional. They should not be allowed to work in a restaurant with that type of attitude. I believe the managers name was Brandon and this happened around 7 pm this day. This hole thing could of been avoided if they would of had the courtesy of saying to me that the counter was closed.

Horrible! I pulled up to drive thru at 920 pm. At 9:40 pm the young worker says come to the second window and I will take your order. At 9:50 pm I am still behind 3 cars who are also waiting to order. I drove off and went to the Sonic drive in. Sonic was about to close but I ordered and received my food within 15 minutes. Kudos to Sonic! ALL of the McDonald's evening shift workers are NOT getting the job done!

Ordered mcdonalds on doordash from this location. They put the drink in the bag and just set the lid on top without closing it. When I tasted the drink, it tasted like it needed to be replaced. It was just off. Disgusting. Then I noticed that the drink had gotten all over the inner and the outer bag. The inner bag with the food in it was soaked through and the bottom had a gaping hole in it. It ruined the bottom container of the burger we got. Absolutely atrocious. At least our dasher was great.

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:40, at least 1 worker was sitting out in car on a Monday night, I was told to pull up to the first window to give my order. Then the worker yelled me that they are only serving nuggets and fries. I asked what time they close and she informs me that they close at 12:00 and they already put up all the meat and stuff. Really???

I stopped by this morning for breakfast. I stayed at the speaker for 5 minutes with no greeting. As I drove around to leave, there's a worker just standing at the counter. WTH. Be lazy on your own time. Meanwhile, there are people trying to get breakfast before they go to work. Do the job you're getting paid for.

Service is absolutely horrible people are rude as all get out. Inside is just nasty. They definitely don’t clean it all. If you come over night they only accept cards and serve drinks. Takes forever for them to get you order if it’s correct!

I loathe this place and today's experience was no different. First they didn't have sweet tea, then they didn't have sweet n sour sauce, THEN on the seldom few times I try and pay with cash they could only accept cards. They are always either on the phone while they are at the window or goofing off and taking forever. The food is hardly ever fresh and they are never friendly. You're experience may be different so don't let my post detour you from going but I don't plan on going back. I will gladly drive the 8 minutes to Plaquemine or head on into BR.

I ordered 3 chicken nugget meals and was told to pull up for the fries . After waiting for 10 minutes I sent my son in to go get the fries. I'm not sure why we had to wait 10 minutes to begin with because the fries we received were cold and fried in old grease. When I called up to the store to see is this the way that they serve all food the manager's said he could offer us fresh food and that's it. This was a waste of $30.

I ordered a cookie and they told me to pull forward to wait. I waited 30 minutes & got back in the line & asked if it was ready.. they told me yes and to just wait in the drive thru line.. after waiting another 15 min, I got my cookie. All of my frozen groceries were melted as I did not expect to wait 45 min for a cookie. No gift card or extra food was offered.

Worst McDonalds in the State of Louisiana. Very long wait times and very inconsistent. Got to the drive through and sat for 10 minutes. No one ever came in mic to take order. Left and went to Sonic. I will never return to this establishment. The corporate office needs to be contacted and new management is needed right away!!!!!

The wait time was horrible. The young lady in drive thru kept asking to repeat our order. Finally we just pulled to the window to place the order. We always have a large order due to our family size. After receiving our order we discovered they forgot the kids meal. My husband had to get out in the rain to go get the kids meal. Then as we were pulling off we realized they forgot one of our drinks. Due to us traveling and timing we couldn't turn around. I called the restaurant and they said they will take care of it on our next trip there. We ordered 6 meals. The buttermilk chicken tenders were small and hard. The French fries were fresh and extremely hot. Everything else we ordered was okay.
