I love this location. I think the other Walmarts should be trained by this location. The store is always clean and there are workers around when you need something.I usually do pick up and I am beyond impressed with the pick up department and workers. The workers are always nice and my orders are almost always correct, the few times there was something wrong it was fixed immediately and they were nice about it. I will always use this location!

This Walmart is one of the better ones in the greater Lafayette region it’s clean and well organized with staff tending to the stock, the produce is decent compared to other Walmarts I’ve visited and it’s not too packed most the times I’ve visited. Opportunity for improvement: both the check out and the pickup process have a lot of waiting from the aspect of a Lean business this adds a lot of waiting and can deter the customer.

Worst Walmart in Louisiana, walked in at 8:50 and was rudely greeted with "i'm locking my doors in 9 minutes" when the hours say they close at 11. Fix your hours online, if you close earlier than other walmart's......

I love this store, ALWAYS stocked and can find everything here.The only thing I don't like is the employees at the front watching video games or tik tok and getting paid to be on their cell phones being lazy. Where are the managers? Then got nerve to ask to see receipt upon me walking out, i kept moving, if they was so worried about "watching the store", they would see i paid for my itens and had receipt. Train your employees customer service, not to be on cell phones when there is plenty to do.Thats my only issue here.

Walmart has the worst produce. There are never enough checkout lines open. They lock one of the doors early in the evening, but don’t tell you on the way in . Lots of the plants are dead.

There were about 10 barber cars stacked up with the yellow sticker on it process at 41.83 if I remember correctly. So I grabbed one and get to the register to find out it was 15-20 dollars more.

Is everybody knows Walmart would be much better if the owners would not be such greedy capitalist and instead hire more Associates so that each department would have at least two employees that can assist you and I'm sure that this would also stop some of the theft that occurs so that in itself would help the store. Walmart should also hire people with intelligence and not people with issues that would not necessarily allow them to work at other places. The reason they do this is because they know these people have no place else to go and will be forced to stay working for Walmart and accept lower wages because they have no other choice the whole system is just full of corruption and manipulation

Out of the three walmarts. Two in Lafayette,one in Broussard, this is the worst. Quality of employees, (demeanor, attitude) is all time low. Customer service counter is horrible. Not one word out of the one cashier I found. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Won't be back.

30 minutes in LINE to GET into the parking lot for pick up! A line that wasn't moving and people were cutting.We've been to Walmart all over this country for pick up and have NEVER seen anything like it.If you don't have the staff DON'T TAKE THE APPOINTMENTS!

Stopped in for a few items. The store was clean, the shopping carts were full, and the greeter was nice. A couple of things that I needed were out of stock. I did get a little irritated because I was on the app to locate an item. When I went to the location, it was not there due to the Halloween/Christmas being set up, causing things to get relocated. I understand, I do work in retail, but there needs to be some system to either update the location on the app or have some sign or tag stating where the items were now placed. Just a suggestion.

It's Walmart...They all run about the same. Store is normally pretty clean. Shelfs are normally stocked well. Staff is always helpful when you ask.

Store was clean. Most customers wore masks and were socially distant. Good selection of clothing for plus sized women and lots of clearance items. Only thing...the temperature in the store was too warm. When you start sweating, it's time to go.Overall....4 stars

Who ever is working self checkout today. I noticed she helped everyone who needed help. Helped a guy when the waiting line had a few people waiting until, they had freed up more self checkout registers, then helped me count my noodles lol when normally I go, people just stand around and don't ask if they need any assistance. So good job to her! I didn't catch her name. But she is very helpful!!

Went through the pickup at St Nazaire rd. in Broussard today. I've always had a good experience here. Very busy today, but as always the employees step up the pace and get the cars loaded fast. Today Mika brought my items out. She was friendly, professional, and got me loaded and on my way fast. Great employees and service.

Horrible experience at this location. The tire tech damaged 2 of my lug nuts and claimed it was like that when I brought it in. I ended up having to spend $80 at the dealership for a set of lug nuts (no other auto part store had them). After they finally finished replacing two tires and rotating the other, I paid and got ready to leave, only to notice that they had damaged all 4 of my rims. There are visible scratches and chips in paint.I then told the service manager on duty Charles about the issue, and he went out and looked at them. After a few minutes of him trying to dodge responsibility, he reluctantly agreed to call over another manager so I could fill out a claim form for the damages. That's when I met with Shaun, who introduced himself as a Walmart coach and began the claims process. Shaun insisted that I go home, and he would finish up the claim and call me with the claim number, I refused. Instead, I stayed until Shaun provided the claim number. I ended up leaving just after 7:30 pm after being there since 3 pm.At no time did Charles or the other tire tech apologize for the damage done to my vehicle. I urge anyone reading this to stay clear of the particular Walmart tire center unless you'd like them to damage your vehicle.

Very poor customer service. Check out lines are ALWAYS a mile long! While in self check out, an associate grabbed my phone and started scrolling through it. She never asked me for permission or even told me hello. She literally said no word to me and grabbed my phone. Very unprofessional and rude!

Although the layout and product placement within the store has changed there was one star employee named Sarah who was on the ball and knew exactly where to find anything! Truly an asset to Walmart while they are rearranging the entire store. Shout out to Sarah W who is the real MVP and got me in and out of Walmart on West Pinhook quickly !!
