My wife read an add in paper stating albertsons was giving a 10% discount for veterans on veterans day. So she went there and bought $400 worth of groceries and when she showed them my military id (that add stated to provide) they told her i had to br present to get discount.

Curbside pickup poorly executed due to in store technical issues. Unprofessional interaction regarding check in after 20 mins of waiting. "Manager aggressively accused us of not checking in despite us showing the app confirmation with code to provide associate" It was somehow our fault? Never again.

I give it two stars, I have rarely bought in that place..sometimes the products were wonderful..but yesterday I ended up disappointed, I got a little fresh meat..only the front part was red and the bottom part was in a gray tone. .and I also got a baguette bread that tasted as if it had passed its freshness time..the other products were good..my comment is not to harm the place..only so that their employees are more aware of the freshness and quality of the products..

I went to ur store recently to purchase a Strawberry Boston cake. I use to buy these cakes all the time & loved them cuz they had so many strawberries on top with alot of glaze. The one I picked up today had 4 small strawberries & little glaze. Did yall employees give up on Pride? (See pics of today's cake)

I visited last sunday night. One of the cashiers was Friendly. He smiled and greeted me but I can't say the same about the set cashiers when I went to check out. The caishier could've been more friendly and the cashier in nlthr next lane could be more patient. I paying for my items when she said excuse but before I could register that she needed to pass and move out the way she bumped pass me to get out of the way.

I would never advise people to go to this albertson the WORSE , and advise you if you people of COLOR DO NOT !!!!!!!!! It’s a ABSOLUTE NO . The blonde hair guy with the glasses & the WHITE lady right behind him on lane 5 not friendly AT ALL EITHER she has to be one of the leads cause he walked up to her to say something .

Back in the meat and seafood department I always get shrimp and have it steamed. There is a lady back there that is so rude it’s almost unbearable. She doesn’t acknowledge you, you have to say something even though she knows you are there and when she asks what you need she ignores you and walks away as you are talking. Last time she did this, I left without getting my shrimp because I was so livid. Today I had to have the shrimp so I put up with her. She took my shrimp and as I was trying to tell her how I wanted it seasoned, she turned her back on me again while I was talking and didn’t acknowledge that she heard me. I needed to make sure so I called out to her and she looked up and said “I heard you” in the most sarcastic voice. I’m not exaggerating. I am sure others have voiced their opinion about her. That’s how bad she is. She should not be working there. I wish I had her name. She is a small lady with glasses and was there today at 11:00 a.m. I am sure you could figure it out. Im a very nice person so people like this really get to me but I kept my cool because I didn’t want to say something I’d regret.

They cut back on checkout persons. I refuse to use the self check out with produce. Now always a long wait. Terrible, was my favorite grocery store. What a shame.Update, remodeling again and not for the better.

The store is always clean, neat and organized. There is a decent selection of organic products as well. The level of cleanliness maintained and good selection helps to justify its comparatively higher prices..The meat department employees are always willing to help and glad to custom cut meat upon request.The liquor prices are 25-35% higher than other liquor stores in the area. The manager of the liquor department is not the friendliest guy, and often reserves specific bottles for a select few customers. The selection of liquors available here is also incredibly stagnant and fails to change frequently. Furthermore, the inconsistency between the Albertsons app and the actual availability of certain liquors in-store is frustrating and misleading.

My second go to store when super 1 doesn't have what I need. Great customer service, great meat department amazing sales and selections. UPDATE: the app is super useful! Between rewards and convenience when shopping sales and using coupons, I'm always saving money at Albertsons!

I live three towns over, but I always shop here. I really miss Mrs. Darlene, she ran a great store. Mrs. Barbara( I think she's been there since day 1), Ms. Vicki, the ladies in the deli and Bryan in the meat department are all great. The sushi is also alway fresh, and because I have allergies, the nice chef cleans everything and makes my rolls without my allergens.

Everything looks nice on the shelf but the prices are so high. Bought a watermelon 6.99 when I got home I opened it up and it was no good. Customer service was helpful and I returned fir another one.

Great variety, some things are more costly than our other grocery store. But Albertsons has a better selection of everything. Today I was able to cash in on points & hit a sale, my $150+ bill was discounted to less than $115.

Store very clean and organized. The store was peaceful as I shopped . I was doing an instacart there and everything was fast and convenient. I'm very thankful for the great customer service. It would be nice to see more than one cashier and the only cashier was a little slow . Checking out was the only very slight problem I had with this facility.

I love their seafood department and they just have many things you don't see in other grocery stores. Their deli rocks too! TV dinner?? No way, hit up Albertsons deli for such an awesome variety of ready to heat up and eat meals. Don't go as much as I would like, prices are a lil higher. But you get what you pay for or are able to pay for when ya can.. It's worth it:)

There is always someone to check you out. I miss the bakery. It’s just not the same. The team members back there aren’t even friendly or willing to assist you. The baked goods are overdone most of the time and the selection is poor. Love the sushi bar. Overall I’m still a committed shopper.

I love this location. Im even more in love with the sales and rewards on the Just for you app. I enjoy waiting for their weekly ad in the mail every week.My only concern at the moment is, would someone please tell whoever makes the simply sea salt tortilla chips in the cafe to STOP soaking the bag in salt. I had to throw the whole bag away.

Staff are always helpful and they always have exactly what I'm looking for. During hurricane Ida when all other stores were out of supplies, Albertsons were fully stocked and working hard restocking when supplies ran low all while still serving customers with a friendly smile. I highly recommend this Albertsons

The young butcher here is truly outstanding! They were out of a specialty marinated chicken that I like and he came out and checked and confirmed they were in fact out. Instead of letting me leave, he reached out and asked if I would like for him to grab a pack and marinate it for me! I said absolutely and thanked him tremendously! That was on the menu for dinner! I will revisit because of this young man! God bless!
