Their customer service should always greet you with a smile and be willing to help you. Several times I've asked employees who are walking about to guide me where I could find a certain product. More often than not they respond by saying "that isn't my department" and continue on their way. I'm thinking I would want all my employees to be familiar with the products I'm selling and know its location, right? It can be very frustrating!

The item we wanted is behind a locked door. Every employee we talked to said they had to page someone. We didn't hear a page and never got any help. They missed the sale and missed us as repeat customers.

Ordered a car seat online they said it was ready for pick up, my poor parents waited outside for 20 min. I finally called and pressed 4 spoke to a man in that dept, they said they were bringing it outside. Five minutes later they cancelled the order for no reason and said I requested it. Called to report their error and not a damn line answered and when they did answer they transferred me to another line that rang forever. What a joke of business.

The order was scheduled to be delivered between 2:00–3:00pm. I got the message stating Bria is out for delivery with your order. Bria arrived on time and delivered 3 orders to me. First bag was tagged with JS, 2nd bag(s) was tagged with JG and the 3rd bag had my name on it. Needless to say NONE of the orders were mine! The 1st and 2nd order belong to two other customers. The contents of the 3rd bag, with my name on it, wasn’t what I ordered. I called online customer service at the store and was left on hold for 55min. While waiting, I called online customer service from another line and a young man answered the phone stating he had just walked up to the area, heard the phone ringing and answered it. I explained to him that Bria had delivered groceries to my home but it was the wrong order. He stated that was definitely an issue and handed the phone over to a lady who I assumed was over customer service. I explained to her what happened. She calls Bria to the phone “ No understanding.” She kept saying that she put the wrong sticker on my order. I couldn’t get her to understand that yes, the order you delivered to contained a bag with my name on it and two others but the contents in the bag is not what I ordered. This employee is yelling in the background “I gave her the bag and she took it and said ok“, “I delivered her order, I made a mistake and put the wrong sticker.” I stated she needs to pay attention to what she is doing and the lady on the phone agreed and repeated what I said. Can’t get anyone to understand that although it was delivered to me and has my name on it, it still isn’t what I ordered. So you delivered my groceries to another person with my name on the bag in so many words. She was still lying and still chose to have no understanding of what I was saying. I decided to bring the groceries back to the store. The lady I spoke with over the phone never made it to the pickup area to speak with me when I arrived. A lady was called to speak with me who said she is the manager. I returned the 4 bags with all the contents she delivered. Again explained to her what took place. She was very apologetic and took the items from me. Let’s ponder on this, I called customer service to get a refund and the rep was very nice and said my refund would be back in my account within 10 business days. Awesome! What if that’s all the money I had to buy groceries? So I’m left with nothing but a 10-day pending refund and no groceries while someone has the luxury and entirety of my order including half of their order. Good job you guys.

Great and friendly service. The people that work there are always helpful and knowledgeable especially the front greeters and front office people that run the store, even the grocery pick team is always nice and courteous. This Walmart is the closest location for while for me and it has a wide variety of products to choose from to the food, garden, electronic, and home sections. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the area and in need of a really well kept and put together Walmart. Keep up the good work guys love this Walmart location.

Nice and clean store. Well laid out and almost all items are in stock. They rely heavily on self checkout as I went on a Saturday after lunch and it was very busy. All self checkouts were open (around 10) and then there were only 3 lanes open for associate to check you out.

That’s how Walmart respects their customersi found those but when I scanned the price was different the cashier wasted my time 15 min after that the sheren manager said we not gonna give them that priceI Said already checked that’s same barcode was $7.48 and now it’s $2.62 but she said no that’s $7.48 then I said those are markdown and after all those I don’t have time to go back and get something else that’s not my faultBUT SHE SAID I DON’T CAREthat’s how they respect customer#customer_service #waste_time

Did a grocery pickup today. Didn’t get the rotisserie chicken I ordered but they charged me for it. Telling me I need to bring it back to the store in order to get my refund!!! Every time I do a pickup there is a problem. Either the produce has mold or bags of flour is busted. I ordered microwave chicken rice and I get cauliflower. Y’all need to do better!

Was at Walmart today and I can say the employees were fantastic ... we had an issue with our payment and it took 4 cashier's 3 shopping carts and 45 minutes but they did not give up until our issue was resolved .... thank y'all ... way to go the extra mile guys

I’m heading out of town to go visit an old friend and bring a nice bottle of whiskey, along with other groceries. I found the first employee and they immediately called the manager and then said to me I think they’re in the office .I waited over 20 minutes for someone to unlock the liquor cage. I have ask two employees ,I have seen 6 employees that never said a word to me. I called the store and talk to the manager., she. said she was coming. She never came .Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry.. The service personnel for other companies commented to me that it takes forever to get liquor because only one person has a key. An employee finally asked me if I needed help and immediately took action which in total took about three minutes. I shop here often and spent $300 today. I will be changing my liquor purchases to super one where there is no wait.

You can expect not to find enough cashiers at any given time, and showed up 15 minutes before close to grab 2 things but they won't let you in. I do my best to avoid this place because you can usually expect to be let down.

First visit to this Walmart in a few years.Even though it was Christmas Eave, the store was easy in and out.I usually look in the hunting section, and when I did, I found a good inventory.Actually, they had 3 brands of crossbows in stock!I will visit again and check on a crossbow for purchase!10/18/23: 😞Unfortunately, today, I tried calling the store for some information that is not available by using the Walmart app.I called and tried every option available to talk with a person to get the needed information on a product I was looking to buy.I only got 2 calls where a person answered. This got me on hold listening to either a wait message or a hang-up!My drive was an hour round trip with normal traffic. I arrived at the store and found the item and went to customer service for assistance!The worker laughed at me and my situation with calls and expense and time. Worker at register agreed that people don't answer the phones and if they do they hange up.I got the feeling that it wouldn't help talking to a manager in the store.

I'm sure everyone in the area is used to the layout, but I was running up and down looking for camping trip items. It was more than backwards it was like it was put together without looking at a basic layout. Overall I found what I needed, just not where I would find it in a Walmart. Sorry to expect a basic layout of your stores within 150 miles. I'm sure you have your reasons, but customers are lost and there's no one to help.

Clean. Organized. Well stocked. Driving cross country and had car trouble. Found items for vehicle. All our snacks and even delicious broccoli beef and orange chicken microwave meals for under $3 each we had at our hotel.Lots of parking. Employees very helpful.
