I put 1 star but really should be zero. The pharmacist is playing doctor with their Good Faith bull. I find only a couple of girls working the register is friendly, but not the pharmacist. If your prescription is filled your lucky. One you must check yor prescription because there will be some in there that you don't use anymore and they will not refund you for it. The Walgreens pharmacy should just closed down for good and get a good pharmacy in town.

I have never had anything but bad experiences with Walgreens pharmacy. I switched to the Brookshire's Super one in Breaux Bridge. Now I find out they are switching to walgreens. I'll give them a try, but I don't have much confidence about the matter. If the service changes for the worse, I'll amend my review......4/3/24.Amendment to my post.IMO walgreens still ain't what it should be. The previous Pharmacy in super one was efficient.

Pharmacy department.. sorry I will personally never use this pharmacy again. I called to ask why my daughter's medicine was one price then when my daughter's mother went pick it up it was $97 more, I was asked what the name of the medicine was. I said I didn't know of hand the name of the medicine, the woman rudely responded "whenever you actually know the name of the medicine, call back "...Like really, I'm just trying to find out why one minute the price is this, then when it's time to pick up its something else.Or there's always "something wrong with the insurance ".The same insurance that always seems to work at herbert's pharmacy with my other children....

Worked here and I can agree with most of the disappointed customers. Pharmacy is horrible and most have attitudes even the pharmacist. If you are looking for a convenient place to fill your medications I suggest else where. Management in front store is ok but some of the employees are horrible. Leaving some of the employees that actually do their job with a work load. Overall bad experience

Wasn’t greeted when walking in, go wait at the checkout and got ignored while there’s two older women gossiping in the middle of the makeup section instead of coming to check me out. When they notice me standing there they ignore me and then tell me that someone is gonna come. Got one girl working in the photo department by herself and she comes up to check me out since the other two women wouldn’t. When she walked up she doesn’t tell me hello or anything, when I said hello she just stared at me like I was a nuisance. If y’all don’t wanna work then why do you have jobs? My kids and I have strep throat we have been waiting on our antibiotics since around 5 . I called three times last time I spoke to pharmacist rude and told me it would be done in 10 minutes get there 20 minutes later still not ready and they said one of my meds was billed somewhere else finally they fixed it with two minutes to spare because they where closing. Never again!

Absolutely horrible in the pharmacy. Not only does it take a long time - medication is never promised when ready even when it says ready on the app. Medications have been duplicated. Most recently it was an entirely wrong medication in the bottle and I only noticed it because the medication was in an individual pouch. The .25mg caught my eye (because my doctor said she was giving me 50 mg). When I looked at the medication name on the label - they had given me SEIZURE medication instead of what I supposed to get!

the people working here are obviously playing around with peoples lives and medication. When I call to see if my doctor has called it in because the hotline says it’s being processed why would you feel the need to hang up on me repeatedly....... I’m just trying to find out if I can get it filled now.. and the rudeness from the pharmacy techs... the looks they give you.... yea I’m switching pharmacies

They might as well close this pharmacy down they have horrible customer service and they always messing up people prescription like filling them at the wrong time which is against the law. Then they want to act like its your fault.

The store Part is ok . But the Pharmacy is horrible WORST PHARMACY EVER . If You need to fill meds I’m the BB area don’t come here . I suggest Super 1 pharmacy or Hollier's Family Pharmacy they are both fast today was my last day dealing with Walgreens pharmacy in BB

Pointless to send in a script for refill. You show up after they tell you to be there and then want to start putting labels on your medicine boxes. Will be changing pharmacies.

Worst customer service at pharmacy - say ready in 2 hours, come back and told another 20 min , wait in line for 30 minutes to get told it will be another 20 min - very poor management
