Came in looking for a kennel for my dogs for outside to play in. Maranda came out took me to the kennels and gave great advice and helped me shop for one that’s perfect for my dogs. She got me signed up for neighbors club and the credit card and got a great limit to purchase said kennel with no interest for a year! Very helpful and very nice. Thanks Maranda!

Great place. I love shopping here the prices are decent and they carry pretty dependable quality products. The staff was friendly but didn't ask if I needed assistance. When I did get their attention they were more than helpful.

Check out is always fast. I even buy clothes occasionally. I get my dog food here. And love the Iowa beef Jerky covered wagon, bought many people that as gifts. Oh and Christmas candles are the best

Well I got this truck for my son for Christmas. He only played with it like 6 times. It stop working 3 weeks after we got it. Tryed to bring it back an they said they couldn't do nothing for me. We even got the 9.99 warranty but they couldn't do nothing for us. So say we have to call the people who makes them. Truck still looks brand new

I stopped by today to get some propane. I used the app to summon someone to help, and it worked. In seconds a friendly guy came out to pump the propane for me and I was on my way again quickly.

I purchased a can of black paint and tried to use it and it didn’t work, I threw away the receipt before trying to use it ,and a couple hours later try to apply it ,No spray came out .when back to the same cashier and they would not exchange for one that work. I will never spend a penny at Tractor Supply again

It's a large building well stocked with a lot of stuff. Basically anything you need for your home or farm. Very clean store. Employees are very helpful and friendly. Large parking lot.

Tori was extremely helpful over the phone. Ran to find 2 items for me that other locations showed availability online but not in stock. Apparently this location has a better managed inventory. Drove from Crowley to shop here.

It really depends on who is working when you visit this place. Some of the people are friendly and very helpful. Usually the ones who are working the register . While the ones who are working the floor seem to be there just to collect a paycheck . They can care less about helping a customer when they are in need of help.

Had to find someone to help me. I was looking for short sleeve Henley shirts. Ya'll DID NOT HAVE ANY IN STOCK. I ask a lady if they had any she said yes and she showed me regular t-shirts. I told her I wanted the Henley .

Ordered a 18' gate from this store. Was told it would take around 4 weeks for it to come in and they would call me. Called today for an update (5 weeks after placing the order) and was told there was no order in the system with my name.

Customer service was much improved and spot on today (got my truck loaded!) AND they actually had at least one of everything I needed in stock. In some cases they only had one bag of something but at least I have enough to tide me over. 4 stars because they do still have an issue where this particular store is getting sent feed with mixed date stamps. For example on the Producer's pride rabbit they had feed milled in April, March and Feb hot off the truck still on the pallet. I took the most recently milled bags, anything older than 3 months just looses too much nutrient value to be of use. Still baffled that they do this to this particular store, the one in Opelousas gets all new feed but fast moving items like hay bales and cubes are almost always out of stock. Seems like I will still have to visit both stores to get what I need.
