Great pilot location for fuel right off the highway.Bathrooms are clean and staff very friendly.Fuel pumps were operational and windshield washers well kept.

There was a huge puddle on several pumps because someone left 2 taps open. The employee at the checkout did not react to the remark. The guy didn’t care at all that the drivers were refueling their trucks in ankle-deep water.As a bonus, not a single shower worked. We also did not hear a clear answer on this matter.

This place is nice size and customer service is great I was greeted as soon as I walked in and there was plenty of options for health foods and low carb options.

I don’t know what the fuss is about with the showers but my shower was good… not hot but not cold. They probably don’t have hot hot water cause it gets steamy and hot once you get out the shower. Parking could be better… be mindful if there’s orange cones don’t move them park somewhere else or they will tell you to move. Seen it with my own eyes and they don’t care what time or how many hours you got on your clock

Beware. Check shower pressure before you get naked lol. My pressure was little to nonexistent. Got worse when others used the shower or flushed the toilet. I had to end up washing up a little. I had shower #4. I gave a 4 star because they quickly refunded me my points without asking when I brought it to their attention 👍🏾

I arrived on a Sunday morning around 7am. Parking was easy to find. Ordered a shower on the app, no waiting. The water was very hot and the shower was clean.

Theres certainly worse truck stops in the south, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. The shower heads dont give you enough water, and theres hardly any food late at night.

There is a mentally ill employe on this Pilot. Had to stop for emergency regen of my engine. All spots were taking. So i took just a spot on a side. Cheez!! The white male employee show up .. start yelling, pretend he is calling cops. Problem was solved after i went and talked to the manager

The men's restroom at night is so dirty you just might get a staff infection. Two toilets have feces that won't go down, floors have pee on them, there was no soap to wash your hands. In the middle of a pandemic that was ridiculous. I wouldn't even want to get food or gas here due to being scared the food might be old and the gas having water in it. Got to do more better at this location

No soap in the men's room. Was a bit on the messy side in there as well. Auto diesel side is very tight and challenging to maneuver in with a large RV or pulling a trailer.

Worst shower experience ever. No hot water it was lukewarm. Barely. And no water pressure whatsoever. I don’t know if it’s just the shower I got into but before even doing anything try out the water pressure. As well as the temperature.FYI. It was shower 6.

Always waiting no one want clean showers pilots are no more pilots now I stop fueling on pilots because when we need showers watching hours then why we we have to get expensive fuel..Corporate system don't want pay to employees and employees don't want work If you don't like your job stay home give chances to someone don't make drivers day bad I Wait for shower around two hours.

Stopped on 8/11/23 to get fuel in my semi went in to get fuel receipt and the young lady working acted like I was bothering her while she was playing on her cell phone. After she gave me an attitude about it she finally gave me the fuel receipt. I spend a lot of money at this place and to be treated that way really makes me upset will not be back to this location

Rewards program mobile app keeps me coming back.The gas is good, not full of water like some/ most of the surrounding gas stations.Truck stop- so they have showers too. The mobile app offers pretty good discounts for truck accessories and replacement parts and products for quick repairs, blinkers, antennas, fuses etc. The basics of any gas station and more.SouvenirsLine of Smokezilla products.Arby's is located inside.Casino connected as well.

PULLED IN THIS PLACE TO PUT DISEL IN MY BUS YESTERDAY WHILE IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN ON 10/5/23 THIS PLACE IS ABSLOUTELY DISGUSTING THE FUEL ISLAND HASNT BEEN PRESSURE WASHED AND IS COVERED IN OIL AND DIESEL THAT TRACKED INTO MY BUS HAD TO TAKE MY SHOES OFF DUE TO THE SMELL OF DIESEL ! WENT IN TO PAY DUE TO PUMPS NOT TAKING CC. GIRL AT THE FUEL DESK IS EXTREMLY RUDE AND HAS AN ATTITUDE. I WOULD DEFINETLY RECRECOMMEND IF YOU CAN JUST GO TO THE NEXT EXIT FOR FUEL !

If you’re going to close the mens room, for any length of time, you should be prepared to offer an alternative. There is no valid reason to close the mens room if a man is cleaning it. Maybe it is a petty complaint, but it demonstrates contempt for the customer.

Dont expect to get a shower in a timely fashion in the early morning. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes for them to clean one of the many that are unoccupied.

Most congestive travel center I have ever seen. Told one lady that they needed to go out and block through truck lane because it was out of order and drivers were trying to go thru to get fuel. She actual was stocking and said not my job, told cashier and she could careless, too many workers and nobody doi g anything .

Checked in for a shower at 8:50pm. It is now 10:10 pm thiers 5 showers open but nobody’s cleaning them 11 guest waiting. Never waited so long for a shower at a pilot before.
