Never have I ever been DENIED service over a damn $20 bill......... that was literally the only $20 bill I had and I was just trying to get gas so I could go home. They better be happy I had my mom with me who had an extra $20 she could lend to me cause I hate asking strangers to exchange money. Money is still money from what I can remember.To the lady (you know who you are) who refused to check me out once I came back in...... that was literally unprofessional.I would advise to put up a sign that's VISIBLE to the customers that y'all can't take torn up money because of the new rules that you have to follow that we are NOT AWARE of. Last time I checked...... y'all use cash registers not a machine.Will I do business here I again?!?! Yes, but not with cash.

BEWARE OF POLICE TRAP. The Love’s itself is a decent gas station. The staff is very friendly and the bathrooms are a lot cleaner than most, so we stop here on our trips to see family in another state.Cops hide about 50 yards away waiting for people to coast in from the 4 way stop. They will follow you into the Love’s parking lot. The one that stopped us yelled at my boyfriend to exit the vehicle instead of walking up like most do and was extremely rude and condescending. They’ll give you a ticket (on a first offense) if you’re from out of state because they know you won’t show up for court. As we were leaving, another one had followed a woman into the parking lot and was searching her vehicle.When we came back a week later from our trip, another one had someone else pulled over. This Love’s is obviously a police trap, and it’s a shame Boyce’s police department has no real crime to fight. Be careful stopping here unless you want to contribute to these lazy cops’ quota.

This Loves was 100% better than the one on Lobdell, LA! The employees greet you as you come in! The store was stocked & organized.The restrooms were very clean. If you’re traveling on 49N, this was a great place to stop for your needs!

The store is set up as a typical Loves but as a truck driver I find this to be the best Loves I have ever been to. It has 1 typical cramped parking lot set up for too few trucks however across the street are 2 additional parking lots. Very nicely set up with a sidewalk connecting them. Very clean and peaceful place not typical rat race cramped. Not enough parking Loves.

Drivers BEWARE!!!If you park in lot across across the street make sure you use the cross walk!!! Local PD sit at loves and watch waiting for a driver to “jaywalk” and will stop and write u a $150 ticket!!!Clean store but shame on loves letting local PD use their parking lot to set up traps

I’ll be the first to admit I stop at Love’s 99% of the time over Pilot/Flying J. Personal preference, probably. The Love’s Travel Stop in Boyce, LA is a clean but small facility. They have 5 showers which were very clean and smelled nice.The staff was above average friendly and conversational, but they only have 6 diesel fuel bays and only 53 parking spots. 53 feels like a little on the high side because truck parking is LIMITED. Probably the smallest truck parking lot I’ve encountered at Love’s and the parking lot doesn’t flow well as you leave the fuel pumps to exit.One caveat is on the other side of the interstate is a rickety truck stop with a HUGE gravel lot so after shower/meal you can usually find parking over there.One petty complaint:I love the slices of lemon and birthday cake they sell at every Love’s and this store was out of BOTH. So I had to be healthy and get watermelon slices. 😇

Staff is very friendly and for the most part it's kept pretty clean. ICE and coke Machine has been broken over 6 months!!!! Gas pumps are either work or don't it's 50/50. Card readers say's invalid sources, making you find another working pump if you're lucky.

Nice loves of course. I seen a person talking about getting a ticket for incomplete stop at the stop sign buy loves. Think it was a car but still they do watch that so make sure you do a complete stop.

The gas station itself is a wonderful place with great staff but the Boyce police literally sit in the parking lot poaching customers, lighting up around 3 cars in an hour at times. The same officers that pull over vehicles do NOT pull over truckers who don't stop at the stop signs.

Can't say enough about the relief Love's offers those taking furbabies on the road with them! Another Love's with a dog park. Muddy entrance (but it's Louisiana, let's be real.) Some ant hills, but it looks like they are all on the perimeter, and treated with granules, so make sure to wipe paws down after a visit. Poop bags stocked.

By far the laziest workers I have seen. And we have been to loves across the states. All coffee was empty, asked if could make some. Out of 4 she filled one and customers had to wait as lady went back to doing nothing.Bathrooms and store were decent. Parking for truckers is very small.

Went to three different gas stallsAnd the card readers did not work. Had to wait in long line because only one register open for the really busy store. Came back a week later and the same thing.

I asked the employee, Heidi at Arby's to pick out which Arby's Wrap she thought I'd like based off my personality and she was so fun with great customer service. Love's was clean, the staff was friendly, and a great start to a morning. This is coming from someone who travels a lot.

Parking is like the rest of Loves no room seen bigger rest areas and service plazas. Arby's sucked no gravy biscuits and the chicken biscuit. The chicken would break glass hard as a brick . So sad what we are expecting to put up with day after day and no one cares 👎

Loves store in Boyce, Louisiana does not honor the first responder discount. I was getting a free fountain drink any size but for the last week I have had to pay for my drink when I know I get them free and when I say that I don’t usually have to pay for my drink they still make me pay. I am not coming back to this store anymore and I have told my coworkers about this and they said they will not come either.

BEWARE OF POLICE HARASSMENT!! This is how the town of Boyce funds their government--by writing bogus tickets to out of town travelers! Love's may have the best fuel prices around, but it's not worth the hassle. Keep on driving! Don't stop here...it's a trap!

**POLICE TRAP, do not roll the stop sign after coming off the interstate. In my last time there to fill up and run in to stretch and get a drink and use the restroom, two folks were pulled over in traffic stops in the parking lot. I've not been a victim, but have seen this just about each time we've stopped here going through, enough to mention it.Clean bathrooms, friendly cashier, and average gas prices. I mean, what else could you ask for.Love's really should see what they can do to curb this obvious police abuse. People are rolling off the interstate probably really needed to take a leak pretty bad with the slim selections for miles and technically yes I'm sure they're rolling the stop. But seriously this police department needs to stop preying on travelers.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. We stopped to eat at the Arby’s connected to the store. Overall nice facility, but the bathrooms could have used a little attention. Some paper on floor but in general toilets were clean.
