Our puppy Willow had been with us for only 4 days, and we needed somewhere for her to stay… and Ben and Lucy’s helped us out and kept her away from the other dogs because she was not fully vaccinated. We have since been back multiple times because Willow loves it here! She is the happiest (and most tired) dog when we pick her up. And I love that when she is there, I get constant updates of what she is doing.

This was our 1st experience with a pet sitter. Lynette was very friendly and nice with Lucy. Lucy even made a new friend (Molly) for the weekend. She kept us updated with some awesome pics of Lucy having fun. We didn't have to worry that she wasn't being taken care of. I was pleased with her pet pad. Clean and very dog friendly. The the absolute best!!! My girl, Rosie, doesn’t want to leave when I pick her up from Ben & Lucy’s. Ms. Lynette loves her like she is her own…. And constantly updates with pictures and videos of her playing outside. I never have to worry about a thing when she is here.

Lynette is awesome with the animals, very Caring and attentive with them. Our Harry sure loved his stay. We had no worries about his allergies while under her care. Harry has a new home when his mom and dad are away and Grandma made an awesome friend with Mrs. Lynette!

Lynette is amazing! We were nervous about boarding our dog for the first time especially leaving for a whole week and she made us feel totally at ease and comfortable. We loved the daily videos and she was super responsive to any questions or concerns. Can’t recommend her enough!

Ben & Lucy’s has been a life saving for me! My husband and myself work a lot, so this place is wonderful for our pups. When I say,” you want to go to Ben and Lucy’s?”my dogs get so excited! I absolutely love that they offer daycare and boarding. I think it’s wonderful that my pups get more socialization with other animals, and since they been going they seem much happier! Also, my husband wanted to go on a little get away and it was no issue for Lynette to accommodate us on such short notice! I can rave about this place all day! Lynette and Emily treat my babies like their own. If you’re ever curious do a meet and greet and you won’t regret it! Thank you Ben and Lucy‘s!

Lynette will do everything that she can to make sure that your animals are safe, happy, and that their stay with her is enjoyable.The animals that stay at Ben and Lucy‘s get lots of playtime and stimulation. Lynette and her staff are in tone to each animal and do their absolute best to make sure that each dog has a lot of play time and gets the love and attention they deserve.I was so impressed by the cleanliness and the way the business is run that I have offered to help out a couple days a week. My dogs are my babies and knowing that they are safe and happy is my top priority . It’s never easy leaving them but knowing that I can bring them to Ben and Lucy’s puts my mind at ease.

Lynette is great with the dogs. She’s very reliable and sends updates often. She has a great play area for the dogs that is well contained and maintained. We had a dog with a lot of health issues and she went above and beyond to keep him comfortable.

I boarded my dog, Chef for 5 days while I went on vacation. Lynette gave me a tour of the grounds and where Chef would be sleeping. She suggested I stay for a bit since it was his first visit there to help him warm up to the other dogs and the facility. I was sent text message updates during my away time, and even photos, and vids. It gave me so much peace seeing him happy and playful! He really took a liking to the ladies and his dog-friends. I’m definitely going to bring him back! Great environment where you know your pet is safe and being well taken care of and loved on!

Murphy and Harlow love going to Ben & Lucy's so much! When I start packing up their food, they know and start jumping around and dancing and barking with joy. My 2 yr old Australian Shepherd hasn’t been able to be socialized because of Covid and hurricane Ida and many more reasons. I decided to bring him to Lynette because her videos looked like the dogs she was caring for were having so much fun. My Vinnie needed that. From the videos she sent me I could see that he was coming out of his shell and was actually enjoying himself. Plus he just fell in love with Lynette. Now I have a place that I feel comfortable leaving him if ever I need to . Thanks Lynette

Lynette is absolutely amazing. We boarded our bassets and have no complaints. She is so thorough and thoughtful about every detail involving our pups. I have had the privilege's to witness behind the scenes at B&L. The love, time and care that Lynette gives each and every fur baby that boards is above and beyond. She caters to every dogs individual needs and treats them all like they are her own. This doggie Oasis is clean and large enough for dogs to play and run with others. They are out during the day more than in the kennel.. and you cant find that just anywhere. Its like a Dog Park everyday! Don't hesitate to book your babies here- they will LOVE it and so will you.

Our 2 pups just had their first stay at Ben & Lucy's. Lynette was very friendly with us and our pups. She has the pet area set up so nice and is constantly adding new interesting features to keep everyone safe and entertained. Daily posts to B&L's fb page let us know how much fun they were having. Our pups enjoyed their stay so much that the next time we left home, they were excited, thinking they were going back to visit Lynette's pet playground 😀.

Very pleased with Ben & Lucky’s pet sitting! I boarded my Labrador retriever Sam here for a few days & she had a great time! Lynette sent tons of video so I knew how Sam was doing while I was gone! I’m so pleased with Ms Lynette & the services offered here. My Fred needs special attention cause of his age & ridiculously spoiled ways. She has gone above and beyond to meet his needs and keep us informed of his progress each time he’s there. I was so nervous about leaving Fred behind for our trips but getting videos and pictures is very comforting. I highly recommend giving Ben & Lucy’s a chance to care for your pet. My Golden doodle Charley has been several times for daily playdates and for an extended boarding stay and I couldn’t be happier! He loves it and gets so excited as we’re pulling into the entrance for drop off. I receive photo/video updates all through the day of the fun he’s having. Lynette dog-sat our dog Gizmo. He is a very nervous dog, but he felt right at home with Lynnette. He wasn’t upset at all. I always feel like our pets are happy and safe there, that gives us priceless peace of mind. I am excited to hear about the doggy day care now too! That’s great for the pup to get out some energy and get more socialized. Love it!

Most reliable pet sitting service I have ever used! I truly felt at ease leaving my fur babies with Lynette. She treated my two dogs like her very own, even having to take one of my sick dogs to the vet for medical attention. She sent constant updates through text, video and pictures which was so wonderful. My GSP stayed here over the weekend and was sooooo well taken care of. Lynette Gautreaux took pictures and videos of Annie’s experience and sent them to us to put us at ease. Lynette is a huge blessing to our pet family. We travel often, and we never have any worries when our fur babies are with her.
