We brought one of our Senior rescue Alumni for a groom with "Parker" and he did amazing! Very calm and great with our Bella. She's a miniature schnauzer. She was getting prepped for surgery the next day and had lots of lumps to navigate around when grooming. I had requested a certain type cut. He did a great job. She looked so pretty. We will be returning for sure.

I’ve known and worked with the owner, Susan, for years. She runs a tight ship and her first priority is the dogs in her care. I wouldn’t hesitate to board one of my pets with her.

I have gotten all my dogs groomed at YPB and Parker is amazing! Susan and her staff are always so nice and you can tell they take good care of the dogs. I always see the same customers there dropping off their pups at doggy daycare too!

When we got Lucy Mae, we were her 4th home in a year's time. She was afraid of people and other dogs. We knew she needed socialization, and since our previous basset hound loved doggie daycare, we set out to find a spot for Lucy. We took her for an intake review at a daycare in Shreveport, but they took her to a room and then let huge dogs come barreling in. Lucy was terrified and growled and tried to hide behind a worker. She was declared "unfit for daycare." Our next stop was Your Pet Butler. Susan, the owner, sat on the floor to greet Lucy. Lucy (who does NOT like sitting in laps) climbed onto Susan's lap. We knew we found the place for our baby girl. That was almost 5 years ago. Since then, Lucy has become a weekly regular at Your Pet Butler (as well as an occasional boarder), and we know she is so well-loved and well-cared for by Susan and her staff. We are grateful for the time, effort and love provided by Your Pet Butler. Lucy Mae is a happy, well-adjusted puppy dog, thanks in large part to the dedication of Susan and Your Pet Butler.

The owner and the employees make all of the furbies feel like they’re family. I left 3 furbies for 4 days and was extremely satisfied. I have a 2 y/o Walking Tree side Coonhound, 2 y/o Shitzu and a 16 y/o mixed baby. Susan was so professional and understanding that my older dog has anxiety and barks and cries often. She made him feel so comfortable there. I will definitely bring my furbies back in September.

They took great care of our Kitty. We stayed at a casino that did not allow animals. I would recommend this place to board your furry baby. It was very clean and our minds were at ease that our Kitty was in good hands! While we were there we saw some babies in their rescue program💖💖

What a wonderful place!!! My babies get so excited to go to daycare and see Ms. Susan and her staff! Not only has Susan watched over my dogs but has treated them like family and you can see just how much they love her when they see her! I love how caring this staff is and I will never trust any other place of business with my dogs as much as I trust Your Pet Butler.

Susan and her staff especially Parker are amazing. Any negative reviews left here that suggest animal abuse are absurd. I have a goldendoodle that absolutely loves coming to doggie daycare everyday. Susan loves each pet as her own. She takes in strays that need love. My Hazel was there yesterday playing in the light drizzle in very reasonable temperatures and I can assure you no dog would be left shivering outside. It is a shame that people post such ridiculous things. Susan thank you for the love you give my Hazel!! We love Your Pet Butler ❤️

God strike me down if this is not the truth!Owners, if you have your pets at this place, please keep a very good lookout on them.When I questioned the owner about our pup being out in the cold 48 degree falling rain, I was told that if it is a hard rain or storming, they are brought inside. She also said that when the temp gets to 32 degrees, they are brought insideHaving my pup out in cold rainy weather, with no shelter whatsoever is animal abuse. And then waiting until it’s 32 degrees before bringing them inside!! What kind of dog care facility does this!?!As I questioned the owner, her attitude completely changed and I could tell she wanted me gone. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

I drop my furbaby off for doggie daycare or boarding and have complete and complete confidence that he will be taken care of and loved on every single time! I just booked my pet for boarding next week. I believe it was Ashley? who was more than happy to let me in although the sign said closed from 1-3 (I got there at 2:40). She was very friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy. Although my dog has yet to stay here I wanted to make sure I don't forget to review the great customer service I got in the beginning. Will update after her stay! Thank you! Just picked up Lego Marie! This was her very first boarding experience in her 8 years so I was nervous. Nothing to worry about though, It appears she had the time of her life! She came home happier than ever! I can tell she had a great time and the staff is soo friendly. Let me in to pick her up during closed hours. The entire experience with them was great. I definitely recommend trying them out for yourself. I believe previous reviewers were just difficult people. I can't imagine having a bad experience. And Lego cried on the way home, I don't think she was ready to leave her new friends! Definitely makes me consider the daycare! Also the Best rates I found in Bossier! W/mil discount, friendly staff, grooming was very well done! Thank you Thank you thank you!

Our dog Nylah was just there while we took a family vacation. We just picked her up Tuesday and she has been acting different. She smells bad. She has been constantly throwing up and diarrhea everywhere. She has not even barked Like she normally does. Her personality is not even the same. I’m not sure what has happened while she was there but we definitely will be investigating. What is going on with her. I’ve been saving the poop and throwing up in bags so it can be sampled possibly. This place was recommended by a coworker but now I’m not sure if it was a good idea. Theses guys there was nice but something definitely not right.

Aside from previous employee hiring experience 2 years ago, which was the most ridiculous and judgmental process I’ve been through getting hired at any job, Multiple members of my family have brought their animals here and will never do so again. The place is disgusting, the workers are not treated well and I’ve been told by previous employees some of the dogs aren’t either, based on the owners relationship to them. The owner is very much unprofessional and has been for years. I’m honestly surprised this business is still open. There are other fantastic places for your babies in Shreveport/Bossier, however I would not bring them here!

I have been searching for a good, reputable place to bring my large dog and after doing my own research I felt the need to leave a review solely to tell anyone looking at this establishment: DO. YOUR. RESEARCH. I would never send my dog to a place that replies to customers and employees on a public forum the way the owner of this establishment has. The unprofessional attitude that’s displayed for ANYONE to see is enough for me to not choose this place of business as a place for my furry companion. I hope in the future the owner learns how to speak to customers and doesn’t attack people for their honest reviews. A quick Facebook search also reveals many other concerning, unprofessional behaviors. How this person has any business after the things I have read is BEYOND ME.

So thankful for Your Pet Butler!! As a overprotective Pet parent, I have never left my pets with anyone, even my parents, until Your Pet Butler. During an emergency Hospital stay, I contacted Your Pet Butler's owners, the Treadwells and asked if they could board my Boxer, Addie. Paige listened to my fears of leaving my baby for the first time, she calmed my nerves and assured me, my Addie would be loved and cared for. I was able to check on Addie daily via phone. My only fear was that she wasn't going to want to leave Your Pet Butler! Addie had an amazing time. Prices are more than fair, boarding area and daycare area is always clean, the pets are happy, safe, and always eager to return. Thank you Paige & Matt for being the amazing animal lovers that you are! I will always be a faithful customer!
