Took a propane tank to have refilled on Sunday morning. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Was very knowledgeable in the propane refilling area. Also told me my tank was not completely empty. I was only charged for the gas he added to my tank and not for a flat rate of a full tank. Saved me some money. I will continue to use this store to refill my propane cylinders. Thank you tractor supply

DO NOT BUY ANY PRE ASSEMBLED EQUIPMENT!! I bought a string trimmer pre assembled from this store in late May but did not know it was broken until I had to replace the string and realized the bump head was put on way too tight and broke when trying to unscrew it. I brought it back to the store and they refused a return or exchange. Instead I had to have them ship it off for repair and was told when I dropped it off it could be up to 2 months till I'm able to come pick it up

We are so grateful for your associate, “Summer!” We needed hay late yesterday evening at your Bossier City, La., location but I had (3) young kids in the truck with me and one was a infant. Summer volunteered to meet us at the hay trailer in order to make it easier. Summer was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to go the extra mile. I commend TS for making excellent choices in hiring associates.

Oof, been coming to this TSC for the last 4 years. Found out last year we had a TSC closer to home so we went there. Today we happened to be in the area and needed to pick up a couple things so we stopped in. From the moment we got in the door the employees were rude. My husband went to the yard to get fence stays for the fence while I grabbed trash bags. Unable to locate them I asked an employee at the register where they could be. Her response "Uhh, I think hardware" then turned back around and continued eating. I eventually located them and made my way out to the yard to my husband. I helped him pick up the stays then made our way to the checkout. At that point Ms Carol asked where we got them. We stated outside on the yard. She asked who helped us. No one did. The only outdoor employee was filling propane bottles. She said customers were not allowed to get items from the yard without assistance from an employee very rudely. Not sure if she was having a bad day or what but she needs to differentiate between personal and work and no push attitude on customers.

This store is well stocked and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also have high quality dog food, baby chickens, tractor parts, clothes and footwear, tools, truck accessories, home and lawn decor, old school hard candy, etc... Definitely a place to visit and shop for pretty much everything country living!

Went to buy a dog kennel and it was advertised with a roof kit but once I purchased I learned the kit wasn't included I asked a manager about the mix up and they gave me the roof kit free for bringing it to their attention. This place has great customer service and fair pricing. At least 100.00 cheaper than home depot on large outdoor kennels. Will return many times.

Nice job. Needed flame retardant safety wear on a Saturday for Monday. I never even thought to check tractor supply, but someone told me to. Do I did, and not only did they have some, but they also had a selection. And reasonably priced!!

Terrible customer service. I travel to several states for work and visit Tractor Supply stores in several of those states due to the convenience and the they have most of the items I need for my job. I have now been to the store in Bossier three times and all three times the customer service is bad. I know the last two times was from the same lady but I'm unsure of the first. The last two times I have simply asked for her to check and see if they have an item in stock and both times she has told me to go in the back "employee section" and ask them. I ask the question because I have been to tractor supply stores before and was unable to find what I was looking for but when search online and see they was showing it in stock and having to get an employee to help me find it. I will continue to shop at Tractor Supply, but not this one and it stinks because it's close to four of my locations. I'm unsure the name of the lady but I feel she needs to be moved somewhere else in the store where she has no public interaction. I'm sure I'm not the only person that she has treated this way.

I bought shots for our horses from there and thought it was kind of expensive looked online at a veterinarian supply and I can buy the exact same shots for half the price less then what tractor supply charges.

I love tractor supply!!! They have all kinds of things from boots and clothing to pet food (4 health is the best) to great items for decorating. I am there at least one a week for dog food.

I curbside picked-up an online order I placed. I am extremely disappointed that your store representative brought out my order WITHOUT a mask- not even wearing a mask below the nose- no mask at all. Besides this huge disappointment and risk to my safety, I saw multiple people- customers and employees alike- enter and exit the store without a mask.This is dangerous and illegal behavior. I will not be shopping here again and telling everyone I know about my experience.

You can find almost anything you need when it comes to your animals needs . This store is very convenient and clean . People are nice . And their prices aren't to bad either.

OK in a pinch, as in nothing else is open but if you need feed for the farm stay away. You will have to. load it yourself using shopping carts while a bunch of employee stand around read their own posters. Another place where a chain cannot compete with local own service.

This is a very quick and easy place to buy dog food and other pet items. They carry a large selection and even some brands that "big box" pet stores don't carry.
