Went here to buy propane tanks and drove all the way home, 20 mins away, just to realize I did not have the proper fitting to connect up. I drove all the way back in town and this Home Depot closed 10 minutes early. Will be reaching out to corporate. 10pm is 10pm, not 9:50. Would’ve taken 5 minutes for me to purchase and leave. This is exactly why I spend most of my money ordering from online instead of shopping in person.

I’ve been shopping at this Home Depot for years and have always had a great experience. Today I went in to buy a lawnmower based off a price I saw on the app. Unfortunately it was a higher price at the register and staff refused to match their own price.I then went back and grabbed a different lawnmower that I found a lower price on. The cashier called the manager who refused to talk to me and refused to match any online prices.I have enjoyed shopping at Home Depot 17 times in the past 30 days and appreciate their military discount. I would have happily paid the advertised price that I made a special trip to the store based on, but they don’t honor their advertised prices.

My husband and I went in the store on Saturday afternoon to buy a new mower. Once we picked the mower we wanted it was very difficult to get assistance and answers about delivery from several staff members. Once we were finally able to purchase our new zero turn mower that we paid cash for we were told it would be delivered on Monday sometime between 6am and 8pm. On Monday my husband called the store to let them know it was ok to just leave the mower without someone signing for it. He was informed delivery had been changed to Tuesday. Although no one called to inform us. Then Tuesday they delivered a regular riding mower. Not even close to what was ordered and paid for. I waited on hold 20 minutes trying to speak to a manager. Hung up, called back and spoke with Danielle, she was very nice, understanding and apologetic. I waited another 10 minutes to attempt to speak to a manager. Then was told the managers were in a meeting. So still have not spoken to one. Will be getting my cash back and going else where.

I called the service desk to speak with someone about an online order. I spoke with Arty and she was so personable. She answered all my questions. She was polite and even worked on finding answers for me while I was waiting to call back.

If you know what you want and where to find it, great. But if you need assistance or advice. Your in trouble here. Very difficult to find someone knowledgeable and wanting to provide customer service.

I made two visits to this location. On my first visit I was not impressed with the customer service. On the second time one of the managers made it right! I made a major purchase and could not access my military discount. I had to submit a trouble ticket via online. I then returned to the store with my military discount and was able to get a refund for the difference. One of the assistant managers also assisted me with reprinting my receipt since the copy I had was not readable. He also introduced and enrolled me into a program that would benefit me in the long run for all my future purchases…now that’s customer service!

Really? It's a Saturday and the line is a mile long and you have one check out lane with a person and only two self check out lanes. Just hire a few more checkout employees. Lord knows you can afford them.

Ordered items online after the holidays with my Home Depot Christmas gift card. Once the items came in, I went to this Home Depot location to pick up. When I approached the customer service desk and asked the Home Depot representative to assist with my item pickup she was rude and definitely carrying around some negative energy from the holidays. I further requested help to get some lumber cut to which was also met with a lack of support and motivation to actually “work” and help customers. My 30-min interaction with (3) unsat Home Depot representatives was lackluster and demonstrated the deterioration of quality work staff at this location. Happily taking my business a mile down the road to Lowe’s.

Love the home Depot and we always get great service. The quality of some of the lumber could be better but that might be a sign of the times not necessarily Home Depot. I got everything I needed and cheaper than the other store

Had to get a few fittings for a treatment system sprinklers. Was surprised they were relatively cheap still. Had a fair selection as usual and store was well laid out with online map. That is a big help locating things in a big store.

I found exactly what I needed on web. When I clicked to buy, put in cart, the price jumped up $20! I tried again on my computer. Same thing. I was disappointed but needed it. I was pleased that it arrived the next afternoon although I live outside the immediate area.

One of my favorite places, I want everything! Great deals! Just went to garden area in Home Depot!Their selection was not great but what they did have looked very healthy and was beautiful! Time to make America beautiful, again!Highly Recommend!

They have the worst customer service ever. I went for paint and the guy working there was training a young lady and he was very rude with her and grilling her about what I wanted. Me and the young lady barely got our hellos out of the way when he started talking down 5o her. He then asked her which type of finish I wanted, but she didn't know because we had not gotten that far. She said she didn't know and he told her you have to talk to these people,meaning me, like they are 5th graders.I also bought a stove there,over 1200 dollars, paid for removal and installation,extra,and they told me I had to move the old one out myself before they brought the new one in to install. Never again will I spend my money there.

This is one of my go-to places to shop when I need supplies for those DIY projects. Compared to other businesses that offer similar products, HD prices are a little less expensive. However, I've found that most times, HD exterior standard wood/boards have many defects, causing me to spend a lot of time picking through the various stacks for better quality.

I bought a new john deer riding mower last week, was told it was a 2023 model, not true,2022. Tim told me he would clean seat and check everything, not true. The seat was dirty, deck uneven and just a mess. Customer service nothing but lies. This review will not do anything because they could care less. This is my second review of this mower. It's still not cutting right and I've complained to the store but no action, not even a phone call. Do not buy from tim in mower dept, he will lie to you.

Another terrible experience at this store. I bought a product off the shelf for $250. After getting home and opening the product I realized it must have been a returned item, because it was missing major parts to complete the instal. I live 40 minutes away from the store, so I called customer service. They offered no help or solution, and after telling me they have no other products in stock they proceeded to hang up on me. I do not recommend shopping at this store, there is a Lowe's down the street that will provide much better service.

I have been coming to the Home Depot for a decade and have for the most part received exceptional customer service. The exception being a recent visit. I had a negative experience with a returns clerk named Carolyn. That was rude, short with me, and walked away in the middle of a transaction. After I removed my card from the signature pad that transaction was completed, and I collected my own receipt as she had walked away.I would Recommend visiting this location as almost everyone out on the floor is very nice and helpful. I would recommend avoiding the returns counter as you may potentially reach some rude individuals

At first the customer service was the usual, "I DON'T KNOW" when asked a question!!! However, when meeting this gentleman named Demetrius changed my opinion and was very kind, helpful, and you could tell he truly enjoyed his job and was happy to help me! People as Mr. Demetrius is what keeps my hope alive

I was told that I would get a quote within 48hrs of measurement and product decision, after 5 days I decided to give a call back. I was told again I would receive the quote within minutes. Home depot in bossier city louisiana, basically stole 25 dollars from me to get a quote for flooring and installation that was never received. I went to lowes and LL flooring and received my quote within minutes. Home depot in bossier is by far the experience I've ever had.Added after initial post: Lies and more lies am I being told. This store should be investigated
