North Airline Animal Hospital has been so good to us through our first year with them. It has been a particularly trying year for us regarding our pets because we usually have no issues. It was especially hard losing my cat of nearly 14 years a few months ago. Today, my kiddo scraped her knee on the way in and they noticed and kindly offered supplies to clean her up without me asking. I am truly grateful for everyone being so kind and patient. We’ve had appointments with all of the doctors there and have encountered many members of the staff and they are all wonderful.

When I worked at another vet as a receptionist, a coworker once said “Have you ever noticed we never get clients from North Airline?”And that stuck with me. You know that a vet is really good when they keep their clients. No one is leaving this place and going to other vets. There’s a reason for this and that alone should convince you to go here.My sisters cat fell ill recently and the vet I worked at was booked up. I remembered what my coworker said along with someone in the past telling me how compassionate they are with cats and decided to go with her here.I get it now. I know why no one leaves. I won’t go into details because they’re personal. But I will never stop recommending this place to everyone I can.And all I can say is thank you. Thank you to the three vets we saw and helped try to save Moriarty. Thank you to Laura, who I spoke to on the phone. Thank you to the compassionate receptionist that cried with me. Thank you to the tech who cried while getting his paw print and bringing him out to us. Thank you to Dr. Brent who hugged us tight before we left. As sad as today was, you were helping us heal before we even left.

This was my first visit to the clinic and everyone from the front desk personnel to the Dr. made Caden and I feel welcome and taken care of. I appreciate how thorough, knowledgeable, and informative Dr. Hoanie was with us. We were there right before closing time but we were not rushed in any way. I have two other dogs that will be switching to this clinic at their next need for an appointment.

We started using NAAH when our beloved Boykin, Jake, developed IMPA. Dr. Honea made it his mission to help us keep Jake health and happy as long as possible and thanks to his love and care, we had Jake for nearly 12 years! Now we have a little rockstar, Jax, and he loves Dr. Hannah. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about North Airline Animal Hospital!! We moved to the area in August 2021 with two healthy (yet older) dogs and within a few months, they both were diagnosed with different types of cancer 😢 Dr. Brent and his entire staff took such wonderful care of both dogs as they went through their various surgeries. He also helped me get through this trying time as well, with his empathy and positivity. The entire office is SO clean and the prices are very fair considering the wonderful care you receive. We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our 15.5 year old, Trixie, a few months ago but our 10 year old, Joey, is thriving and cancer-free all thanks to them! If you love your pets as much as I do, go see Dr. Brent at NAAH - I know you will love the entire staff as much as I do!

Great service. Personalized attention to each specific pet. They spend time getting to know them, watching Matt Honea sit on the floor to get love and give love to my shelter babies on their first visit made my heart full and meant so much to my fur babies.

Although I was warned about a busy schedule, I was still seen within 10 minutes of being called back. The staff had a tangible love of animals which helped calm my already nervous dog. They heard my assessment of my dog, treating me like an expert of my pet, while offering multiple options for her future care.

Dr. Brent is the best! So caring, kind and compassionate. When we had a cancer scare with our dog, he was very thorough and got her into surgery quickly to remove it. He did a wonderful job excising the tumor and saved our baby girl! We appreciate him and his team so much. Would recommend to any pet parent looking for a fantastic vet!

Not only did these people go above and beyond to make sure my dog was taken care of they also offered a more cutting edge, better recovery time AND more cost effictive solution for my dogs knee surgery. 10/10 would recommend these people to help your animals. I have always had great experiences at this vet. I’ve taken my dogs and cats here. They were seen immediately for serious issues and tended to greatly. My issue came after our dog was diagnosed with an issue at the emergency vet. On a Monday, we brought him in and he was seen and cared for. On Tuesday, his condition took a drastic turn and we had to put him down. The staff was great through all of this and I appreciated that. However, we left him at the vet for heavenly acres to pick up. There must’ve been an issue somewhere because he was never picked up. I called a few weeks later thinking they had just forgot to call. I was put on hold for the front office to check. As it turns out, he was never picked up. My question is how does that happen? How is NAAH not aware they have a dog sitting at their facility for that long? All that was said to me was I’m sorry, we dropped the ball. They quickly messaged heavenly acres and got it taken care of. Which I appreciated. It was just very upsetting to know my dog had been there the whole time while I was waiting. It was very upsetting to hear about this occurrence. After finding this out, we’ve just decided to switch vets. Overall, I do believe they have good intentions. I just have a hard time wrapping my head around the situation and feel disappointed that my dog sat there in that manner for weeks.

When you’re a military family, finding reliable pet care for each new place is a struggle. I sifted through many reviews and landed on North Airline. They took such great care of our senior dog and now our senior kitty. If you’re like me, my animals are my world and I want the same type of care when we go to the vet. The vets and vet techs do an amazing job of treating my babies like their own. The front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. I won’t go anywhere else while I’m here.
