Don’t even waist your time trying to do a mobile order pick up from this location. Not only do they never have it done on time (no matter how early you put the order in), they don’t give you a call ahead of the scheduled pick up time to let you know it’s gonna be late. For example, I had my pickup time for 4 today, they called me at 4:30 while I was already in my spot waiting to let me know it was gonna be another hour before I could pick my order up. This happens EVERY time I try to do pick up from them. Definitely never doing it again. And the staff doesn’t care it inconveniences you, and they don’t try to make your experience better. Horrible customer service and work ethic.

I've found myself shopping at Kroger quite a few time and the only good thing I can say about Kroger is that it has a nice atmosphere but that hardly makes up for the problems I have there. Their prices are always way more than what I would spend shopping nearly anywhere else, but my biggest complaint is I've never had a decent checkout experience here. I spend more time checking out than I do actually shopping every item scanned is another error and had overall made every experience I've had shopping here an absolute pain.

Older employees are nice and work hard.The nice tiny lady who made the regular intercom announcements and added a "woo hoo!" at the end seems to have left. I hope she's well.

Mrs. Latonya took my order over the phone. It was for a plain and simple birthday cake. I picked it up the next day and they made it extra nice. Great service

I stopped in today to return something. The lady at the counter did not say hello. I tried to return an open item. I did not know Kroger did not allow returns for open items. The lady was rude about it instead of just explaining that they don't allow returns on those items (some stores do allow returns for open items.) Having an experience like this makes me want to shop somewhere else.

Awesome store. Great variety of everything. It is a bit messy and smells in the fish/meat area. Some expired items on shelfs.

This store has serious problems with selling past due food.I’m currently puking up a sandwich I bought from there today.I previously tried to buy sliced watermelon there last week but when I opened up the container to eat it the smell was putrid and disgusting.

I’m not sure if Kroger is just desperate for money, actively wants people to become ill, or they just don’t really care. I had an order for pickup that included fresh produce. My order was delayed a day as per normal by this location. Outside of the usual out of stock and general mishaps. The “fresh” mushrooms resembled a colony of slugs (both containers), the bell pepper had mold growing on the inside, and 3 out of 6 apples (which are my kids favorites) were half way rotted. I never have seen such disregard for food standards and or safety ever. I made a mistake in trusting their “convenience” for quality and care. Please do not make the same mistake. I think my family and yours deserve much better

We've been shopping at this location for years (min 30min drive)but after today we will just go to the grocery store that is closer to us. Not only has the quality of fresh items gone down, they constantly have heavily expired items in the dairy section. They are frequently out of stock on a lot of items. And now they have the body wash, deodorant, laundry detergent etc in its own area where you have to pay for those items before going back into the rest of the store to continue shopping. This is a HUGE inconvenience, like I was shopping today and I normally get my hygiene items before food items for obvious reasons and having to pay for 2 items in that blocked off section just to then have to pay again for the food and other items at another register is ridiculous. Not only am I having to pay twice the state and parish taxes but that's now 2 different charges on my card. The employee said it's because those items are frequently stolen....but seriously this is ridiculous and won't truly stop someone from stealing those items. It just inconveniences the customer and makes more work for the employees who are already short staff and overworked. So today is the last time we will shop here.

The store itself might be big and nice, but the management here is doing their best to drive it into the ground. One manager in particular, Reese, routinely treats customers (and, as I understand it, employees) in an openly hostile manner unprovoked. I used to shop here for everything, now I just pick up my prescriptions here and then shop with competitors for my groceries and other sundry items.

By far the worst store shop at. When you first walk in your not greeted with smiling faces no just the smell of piss as if someone pissed on the carpet and no one has clean it now if you can handle getting past that and you remember to get buggey from outside because none are inside. Now your in the store the fun can really start you have your list and they don't have hardly any thing you need now time to go oh what luck there one cashier getting hit on by the other cashier now affair hearing way to much information about there love life it time to leave oh wait a one few things that you paid for didn't make in your buggy oops no big deal unless your overweight white person then your trying steal a stuff that you clearly paid for and if was going steal something from them you would go for high dollar item not the cheapest thing there. So save yourself time and money go to Walmart

They always have Checkout Cashiers and don't try the "undercover tactics" to force a shopper to use the self-checkout. I never use self-checkout; I will walkout buying anything.

So the store opens at 6 but the cash registers don't open til 7:30? There's a plethora of workers everywhere so there's absolutely zero excuse why the cash registers shouldn't be open. You permanently lost my business to Walmart.

I wrote my original review below after visting the store over a three day period and witnessing the chaos. Went in today and they finally finished except for changing the signs at the aisles, but I'll cut them some slack as long is that is done by my next visit. Changed from a 2 to a 5.Kroger is currently revamping the presentation of their merchandise. Their execution may be the worst example of management that I have ever seen. Empty aisles hopefully waiting for the new stock, items moved to obscure locations with no update in the app to tell you of the new location, and no one able to tell you where it went.I feel so sorry for the employees trapped in this madhouse.Unless there's a miracle, it will take weeks at this rate.I'll see you in a few weeks, Kroger if I still remember you exist.In the words of Jed Clampett:Pitiful, just pitiful.

I visited the store on July 13,2023 I was at the self check out . I witnessed an encounter with an employee and a customer. The employee was very rude to that young mother . The young mother accidentally didn’t scan an item and the employee got very rude and nasty with her. I hope this not how all the employees are .

Very disappointed in the bakery! The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I do love to shop here.Monday sep 12th at 10 am I spoke with a lady about ordering cupcakes. She inquired when I needed them and I asked her if they could be ready later that evening before the bakery closed. She said that it had to be 24 hours. So I thought fine, I’ll run back up there the next day in order to take them to my daughters school. I mean really, I can whip up 24 cupcakes and put icing on them in an afternoon if school didn’t require them to be purchased. I picked them up the next morning and ate one with her. SUPER SUPER SUPER DRY!!! There is no way those were fresh at all!! They were definitely old. Next time I will go somewhere else!
