Haven’t been in this store for quite some time. What I could find was well priced but I couldn’t even walk down 4 aisles due to loaded carts with unopened boxes blocking the way. I would probably have bought more if the inventory was on the shelves. There was only one little older woman working both the cash register and stocking shelves. She had to continuously stop stocking shelves and check people out due to the self checkout register being out of order. At least hire someone to work at night to restock shelves!! Where is management???

Last few times I have gone in you cant get down the aisle due to the amount of unopened boxes and carts. What is on the shelves they r a wreck. I understand being short staffed but it is out of control. Would sell alot more stuff if people know what you have.

What is going on in this store. Why are there carts blocking every single aisle. It's a huge mess. It used to be great a few months ago actually. The stock isn't the best now and most of the stuff you gotta fight their dumb carts. Don't shop here if you can avoid it.

I just moved here and didn't get to see it before it was remodeled but they have always had what I needed and the prices are reasonable. Usually... they're short staffed and the aisles are a little messy/cluttered but generally that improves over time.

The store is good as far as having the essentials. You know, the stuff you dont want to go to a grocery store for. But the isles always seem crowded by stuff that need to be stocked and more that a few times, I've heard employees saying things along the line of "I dont want to be here" or "I hate this place". Staffing could use some help with professionalism.

This is a busy store on Airline Dr. Seems to always be well stocked (except during pandemics/snow storms when stock can quickly drop to nada very quickly). Thisis everywhere tho' so not unusual. Always seems clean, well managed and stocked.

Save the major items for Kroger and get your small things here. Great for running in to grab some bread, a mixer for the occasional adult beverage or frozen pizza for the kids, maybe even done household cleaning supplies. They have an decent frozen section and beats fighting Airline drive for a few quick item

They need more staff. You spend more time standing in line than it takes to grab those 1 or 2 items that you need. We try to avoid this place. It's worth spending the extra few dollars at CVS which isn't too far from Dollar General.

What would we do without our little Dollar General??!! My husband says it is my favorite store! Haha. Love the quick in and quick out. If only they had a bit of produce....friendly folks. But you're in Benton, we're all friendly here in the country. Red, yellow, black or white, we are all precious in God's sight.

This Dollar General will probably be really nice after they finish remodeling. But in the mean time, it's kind of a mess. Some staff members work really hard. Others walk around on the phone talking to family. Usually a long line at the register.

Stopped to look for some Halloween decors. They had a few, but I believe someone beat me to them. Found dog treats I had been looking for. Employees were friendly and helpful. I think they must have been restocking because it wasn't a veryclen Dollar General.

Found lots of specials and had coupons for the items I purchased. The Dollar General on Airline is clean. ( Unlike alot of their other stores) Employees are nice and helpful when you can't find what you are looking for.

This store is a joke, boxes everywhere and the shelves are unorganized or empty. You can’t even get down the aisles for boxes needing unloading.

This DG is close to my house so its convent But Their is ALWAYS aline of ppl and 1 cashier. Older lady which is ALWAYS so rude!. Their was a blonde mgr their that is always in bad mood and was cursing whie she as register one day I went in their and another time she was so demeaning to a deaf guy. I hate going to this DG

The staff is usually very friendly, including today, but the store always feels dirty. There are always boxes in the isles, which makes it extremely hard to get around. And even during busy times, they usually only have one cashier.

We go to this location because it’s close to our house. They’re frequently out of stuff, and it’s not uncommon to be unable to walk down aisles because of stuff in the floor. Frequently, the staff can be heard cursing (in general or at each other) or yelling at each other.

Love love love the dollar general when i have a lil money... They are really cheap and have great products, if you like the monster Java mean bean drink, they have them cold for 2 bucks, vs circle k you pay 2.99$

Rarely have what u need. The carts for stocking are blocking the isles. You can't even see to shop or wall around the store. Always a mess..

Even on Christmas eve afternoon the store was well stocked. Staff was friendly and quickly checked out customers.

Awful! Stock was in the way of the carts. Employee told me to go get a cart from outside. So much stock was stacked in every isle I left without getting what I needed.

This is the dirtiest store and most unorganized sloppy store the floor has years of dirt you can feel on your feet with shoes on there are always boxes unopened product boxes everywhere “displays” of products in the way of the already crowded and dirty store this store is busy always has cars in the parking lot which speaks of lack of quick item stores in the area it’s in but the drive to Fred’s which isn’t perfect but way cleaner is worth it and the employees at this DG seem like they would rather be anywhere but where they are and that shows by the filth of the store

This is a large store and its always tore up they are late afternoon stock shelves that should be done early inthe morning....and one cashier ...and there was a couple of employees doing inventory that where in the way and making a bigger mess...

The store has very lazy worker but two in there efforts to help concern and attention on there customer s needs makes up for the rest of the dip stick .. I try to be there only on week day after 5 and weekends that's when the most traffic's there but you would not have to wait in line or worry to find help

Our Dollar General store is the best! Always have a clean store, well stocked, with friendly service!
