I have 2 small Papillions They are rotten and serve no purpose in this world. Other than for somebody to love On and I wouldn't have it any other way. They always take great care of them and they come back so happy. I've seen their work on many other customers. And let me tell you what there is No one else in town. I would take my dogs to ....not to say. There are other very qualified people but I always get a feel of happiness when I step through the doors and know that my dogs will be taken care of

We recently lost our sweet Sadie, but Bossier Southland Poodle was her groomer for years. Locally owned and operated, they were professional, reasonably priced, and very friendly. Whenever we get a new furbaby, we will be coming back. Highly recommend.

I brought my 9 week old Peek-A-Poo, Teddy, to see the staff @ Bossier Southland Poodle for his very first groom. He's super dramatic & they were so sweet about him being well behaved. I know they were just being nice. They did a fabulous job & we will be returning.

This is my family’s favorite groomer in SBC. We have a Yorkie, a poodle, and a powderpuff Chinese crested. You can see into the work area and know that your dog is safe and being cared for properly. They are faster than other groomers- does not take ALL day. They do a great job on the actual grooming as well, our dogs will smell good for weeks. The owners are trustworthy people. Plus they carry lots of cute pet clothes, collars and more.

Dropped off our new Shih-Tzu on Veterans Day 2021. It has been 15+ years since I have been there with our other Shih-Tzu that died. But they did an excellent job as they had always done. Very friendly, and reasonable priced. They also have a great little pet supply shop too. Will definitely be back to see them.

Before moving to Bossier, our dog HATED the groomer; after 4 years, he is still so excited each and every time we pull into the parking lot. The grooming is great, and they truly treat the animals like family. Highly recommend this place.

My dog was abused at the last groomer she went to. Because of that she is very nervous around groomers and is difficult to groom. I took her to southland poodle and they did a great job and said she would get used to them and it would be fine. Now they ignore my calls. Not only am I sad that they weren’t understanding of her past abuse, I am disappointed that they ignore me instead of just telling me they can’t groom her anymore. I called several times to no answer, and then had a friend call right after and they answered. Such a shame.

The owner is extremely rude and is a disgrace to the Name of this shop! Yet, I pray for them. I'll not ever forget my experience with them and they ought to be ashamed of themselves! The original owner of Southland Poodles would be unhappy with their behavior and attitude!

We have tried this place twice. First just for trimming nails on both our dogs. They were able to do them quickly. BUT... they were not very nice at all. Really rude didn't say thank you the groomer that did it acted like it was a inconvience. The next time we really accedintally went there thinking we had called them for an appointment but was actually another groomer. BUT...They were very rude. We walked in and said we were dropping them off for grooming and she asked if we called for appointment Being veyr sarcastic and shaking her head no at the same time and we said yes. Then she just started going off about no we didn't etc. Anyway we were very appologetic telling her we came to the wrong place but she still acted rude. I'm sure she dosn't need our business. I don't think she needs anyones'. What in the world happened to customer service. Go to Barbs by townsouth animal hospital. They were very courtious and nice and did a great job.

Discriminatory against certain breeds, & extremely rude on the phone. The guy literally hung up in my face when I politely asked why they would not take pit bulls. Pathetic.
