Selection of products is not as much as some store in more populated areas. Most departments are clean and well organized. Seems it can be difficult to get an employee for help. The PAINT department never has anyone to work it and mix paint mixer is always out of order DONT GO HERE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR PAINT. other than that it's ok.

Its a Walmart. What else can be said. Loss Leader items are best deals. So be smart get the small buggy and only get the essential. keep an eye out for close-outs/discontinued items.

Not a fan of Walmart and normally go there for a specific item only like this time. Just needed super glue after 10.00pm and I'm rarely in Bogalusa. Usual experience looked all over a huge store andp finally found more than I needed at higher price. Didn't realize super glue is only a automotive item. Upon checking out I asked the cashier if they might have a smaller one around check out and she hardly looked at me. No answer at all.

sucks as usual . dirty store , customer service is so bad I thought I was in McDonald's or Lowe's for a minute. only one or 2 cashiers working with a store full of people, and they are always out of something . I feel sorry for the people who work there. doesn't seem like a good place to work

Very nice and genuinely hard working, employees who by all aspects were helpful and really down to earth. The store was spotless had an awesome clearance section so was wishing I had money!!

Not only do you have to check yourself out now you need to clear carts to be able to use handicap parking and mgmt can never do anything about it no matter the issue in this store mgmt can't do anything

This Wal-Mart is definitely a super center! Lots of items on sale. Clean restrooms as well. Employees are nice and helpful. The plant center has lots of flowers right now. Also, did you know the return policy for plants at Walmart Supercenter is awesome. As long as you have your receipt you can return or exchange live plants for 365 days, even dead plants.

Not too crowded but it's clean and well stocked. There's no automotive department here but you can buy oil and other items for do it yourself. The hunting and fishing section is also small and no one is ever working in this section but I guess what was formerly the best thing about Walmart, the outdoors section, isn't as busy since Walmart decided it was their responsibility to prevent law abiding adults from owning firearms that the communist democrats don't approve of. Because nothing will prevent psychopaths from murdering innocent people more than making sure the murderers are the only ones armed. Thanks Walmart and woke communist, you've made the world a more confusing place through ignorance.

It says online that the money center is open at 6 a.m and I get there and they say they open at 7 a.m they need to update their hours online

Love Wal-Mart,but the customer service sucks. Asked multiple people to unlock or get someone to unlock fragrance case to purchase cologne and everyone I asked says that would but never made a call and I waited 30 minutes and no one ever showed up.didnt get my Cologne.

I ride a bicycle around town. I carry a backpack on me in order to carry groceries in different things in it to the house. I have one issue one time with them telling me to leave my bag up front. I don't see a stack of purses upfront. My backpack holds my medicine, my phone, my wallet, extra inner tubes for my bike and tools. It's basically my purse.After shopping and going through self-checkout. I yelled to the lady 15 ft away from me. After paying for all my items. Now that you see I'm not trying to steal anything can I please have my bag back to pack it? Haven't had a problem since..

I generally do the pick-up since I don't like going inside and being around alot of people. Obviously, we have issues from time to time but its never anything major and they fix the problem asap.

Self checkout needs better care. I was accused of stealing items when some things weren't wrung upa and some were wrung extra. I did receive a refund and given the items that were purchased. While in the loss prevention office I offered to pay for the items that didn't scan and was told that wasn't a option. The police were called and I got a summons for court. I scanned every item at least I thought I did the machine beeped but I was unaware of what really happened until I got in the office

Just a little disappointed that I can never get my hands on any of those little fifty cent pecan pies anymore. I love those!! Other than that, everything is good!!UPDATE: WITH PRICES GOING UP EVERYWHERE, SO DID THOSE LITTLE PIES. NOW THEY'RE. 74¢ EACH.

I only write good reviews for good customer service although the other workers were horrible ! I mean horrible ! There was one worker who went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me. Her name is Juanne. She was a very kind and pleasant lady with a vibrant, joyous spirit. She’s was a breath of fresh air in a toxic, dead environment she oozed life.I can tell the other employees were jealous of her because of her good work ethic and pleasant demeanor. She is proof that one bad apple (in this case *many* ) doesn’t necessarily spoil the bunch. Juanne is an example of that.If you need proof go to the Bogalusa Walmart and you will she is a shinning example of not letting others subpar work attitude stop her. One of the three bad apples (workers) literally, I mean literally ,acted as if she was going to help me by walking me to gather my item and didn’t. I turn my head for a spit second and she disappeared. She walked off ,never asked me to follow her or even had the decency to check and see if I was behind her. She was HIDING ! I know this because I later found her on the other side of the store. Why would she be in the grocery aisle when I ask for a bow tie? I ask Juanne and she helped me. She helped me not one but multiple times.She even walked me to each section of the store to help me gather my items since I’m not from the Bogalusa area or even state of Louisianan and I appreciate that. Never once did she flirt with me or become inappropriate. It’s sad I have to mention that but I do because she is a woman and I know being a woman comes with certain challenges. Accusations are the first thing mudslingers, haters and naysayers will do to discredit women like her. I fluent in reading body language and I noticed not once did Juanne become angry or irritated when I asked her for help She was in fact the opposite. She enjoyed helping me ! Juanne is her name. She is an kind ,middle aged ,white lady. And please don’t demonize me, for mentioning the fact that Juanne is white. Her race or complexion of her skin doesn’t matter. I’m just describing her features so all will know who I'm talking about. She loves her work even if it’s at Walmart. I won’t put the other bad apples names on this review site because I’m sure they all have families to feed and they all could be going through something or they simply just had a bad day.But I will acknowledge Juanne’s excellent customer service. If you reading this thank you Juanne. Keep being you, you never know who’s watching, you going places and when your other sorry coworkers try to tear you down remember this “You have a kind soul and good spirit and unfortunately that will be an irritation to others people’s demons. Pay close attention to who your energy increases or decreases around. That’s the Universe, God, Source, Holy spirit, or whatever name you feel comfortable calling it. I personally call it vibes and energy. Don’t and I’m sure you won’t let others drain you or bring you down. Keep fighting a good fight. Thank you Juanne.

I was happy with children's uniforms for public school attire. Best prices I was able to find,only slightly more expensive than the second hand stores.I was very unhappy with the fresh fruit. Apparently shipped too green. It rotted before it ripened.
