They are good about not getting the job done the right way. Between the doctors and a Nielsen's it took me 6 days to get my blood pressure medicine. Because the doctor of would send the refill and Nielsen's would say they did not get the refill. Then my GI doctor sent a medication to Nielsen's yesterday right in front of me. So I waited and waited for Nielsen's to call or text me that it was ready to be picked up. So at 10 am this morning I called to see if they had it ready. They tell me oh yeah we have received it but it is on back order and that we need to call around and find another Pharmacy to see if they have it. Thank God I call Nielsen's because I would be still waiting for them to call me.

I HAVE KNOWN THE NIELSEN'S FOR MANY MANY YEARS , AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL , AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THEIR JOB , AND THE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL !

Really should be taught some manners towards customers. If a customer or more than one remarks your tanks are leaking possibly then maybe you should look into it instead of ridiculing a customer for mentioning it and then proceeding to treat them badly. I don't see how you are still open if you treat your customers like that.
