My Mom used Walgreens n Walmart pharmacy close to her home in another city. Hated they took days to fill . Extremely not nice at all . Stock prices are to high. Nearest Cvs for her was across town n inconvenience for her n neighbors to pick up meds. Deceased now.I love my CVS extremely polite , fast service and love savings programs . Clothes definitely buy once a month something new . Using or not my rewards.

This was the RUDEST service I have ever received. I picked up my daughter's meds the night before but it was not the full amount. When I asked her about it she said it was all the dr wrote. So today I had to go back to the dr to get a printout saying what was written. When I went back to cvs and was giving the tech the paper and explaining the situation the girl from the previous night is yelling from the other side that she told me that was all that they had. Which was not what I was told. I restated what I was told and she got an attuide saying that they didn't send that it. I firmly restated what I was told. The tech had to give a refund on the meds already given, and charge for the full meds I was supposed to get. When giving the refund I had my hand out for the money and he slammed in on the counter. He went to mix her meds and then threw in the bag. And laid it on the counter and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional! I will NOT be a returning customer to cvs in Bogalusa La.

Manager does not know how to scan in a UPS package for shipping, nor do any of the employees. Maybe some training for everyone who works here on how to assist with ups shipping since this is labeled as a ups store.

Love the coupons and excellent customer service. I hate Walgreens next door ,poor customer service higher prices. Pharmacy staff excellent at CVS goes out of their way.

The pharmacist and pharmacist helpers are always very nice and they fill my prescriptions very quickly! Will never go anywhere else
