Called about 8am to see if they could fit my Wire Fox in, they got me in at noon.I normally groom him myself, so I very hesitant to drop him off. But I'm so glad I did. They did an amazing job! Kept his mohawk, his nails look great, and his coat is so soft! Definitely bringing him back.

I don't know how they do it, but they are able to cut down the nails on my 8lb. viscous chihuahua without getting bitten. I'm his owner and he bites me for a lot less than that.

Well I took my babies. I called first they said yes they could accommodate . I was happy. My dogs are very kind little dogs. A mixed chi about 12 years old and my latest chi boy about 6 months 5lbs). I explained they weren’t use to baths by others and Buck never had a bath it will be his first time. No comment no reassurance that they will be cared for. The drop off went like this a young woman with black hair took my dogs like she was bothered but she took them. I didnt expect her to pass out at their cuteness but I would have liked her to at least welcome them. I left feeling a little sad that it was so impersonal. They told me they would text me when my dogs were ready for pick up around an hour or so they would be ready. I arrived before the text and was willing to wait in the ac till they were ready. I never indicated I was in a rush and explained I could wait no problem. A young man and that woman that took my dogs each had a dog on the table. They looked at each other and I assume the woman was in charge and the guy went to get my pups. While waiting I got the text they were ready. My dogs were handed to me.period. End of story. No when we got in the car the I tried to adjust the bow on my older pup and the minute I touched it she yelped I could see it was tied in a tight knot…..I needed to cut it off. I will never go back! 40.00 bucks will go to groomers that like their jobs or at least like dogs. Maybe they weren’t cute enough, maybe woman was having a bad day. I don’t know. I thought about calling and complaining.but maybe this will shake things up and others will have a more positive experience. It’s a tricky situation money for service. These are my best friends and my money will not go to someone who puts money before animals.

We have a "spicey" terrier mix that doesnt like things close to his face or his amputated back leg. Bella's took the time to gain his trust and has given him multiple great cuts and washings.

I'm overly impressed with the outcome these ladies know exactly what they are doing my husband and I told them what we wanted done and they did more than we expected but it was for the best now my DOGhter is a beautifully trimmed and soft girl thank you so much y'all have a forever customer. and on top of that she was never groomed or anything before. I took my girls to Bella’s new location in Franklinton today and I have nothing but good things to say. We needed another option for professional, friendly pet grooming in Franklinton; the options we’ve had before do a great job, it’s just always so difficult to get an appointment. I was very pleased with the service we received today and my girls really took to Jackie right away. We are now permanent customers at Bella Pet Spa.

I emailed Bella's through their website and got answers very quickly. Did all the scheduling online. The visit went well and my dog looked wonderful afterwards. He is close to 100 lbs and had a bath and de-shed. The price was affordable and the service was great. Thank you!

I visited the Franklinton location. I messaged them via Facebook on Sunday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday morning. I’d gone longer than usual for my Shih Tzu’s grooming; however, they exceeded my expectations. They have him super dapper just in time for Thanksgiving! The prices are VERY reasonable, especially for the quality of service. Zuki Lou 🐶 and I will be returning.

Beyond disappointed. Dropped my dog off for full spa service in the morning, picked her up in the afternoon. She was a different dog. Didn't recognize me (I bottle fed her from 2 weeks old). Acted strangely for hours. Took her to the vet two days later, had to be muzzled for exam. Can no longer take her out to Tractor Supply she cowers and is visibly distressed. No longer trust her with strangers as she snapped at someone she had allowed to pet her minutes later. She was social, friendly and outgoing prior to her appointment here. Even her breeder who was with me when I picked her up was shocked and remarked on her personality change.

Worse place ever, i picked up my dog 6 hours after i dropped her off. She was not brushed, she was shedding worse before i dropped her off. 35 dollars she should have smell great but she dont . After we got home she ate and drink so much food she made herself sick, afterwards she went to her inside kennel and really hasnt came out. I will not go there again and i will tell everyone not to go there. I hope they shut down . The person that runs the place told me that they give thier employee a raise and they work slower. Oh there was one thing i cant wrap my finger around when you call in while your animal is there you can ask to rush the grooming service . No, your dog needs to wait thier turn. First come first serve every one has some where to be . Again my dog was there for 6 hours 9am to almost 3pm. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Very disappointed in the way my poodle was cut.. they shaved his ears down to the skin and had his ear bleeding. When I called and said something the girl had no remorse . This is not the first time they have shaved my poodle down after being shown a PICTURE. Needles to say I won’t be returning
