Love this restaurant. At the bottom of the receipt they put a scripture verse. I ordered 2 bacon, egg brioche sandwiches and they were both made with no cheese (allergic to dairt) made them perfectly.

I ordered the Hawaiian roll chicken club sandwich. It was smooshed, cold and gross. It had so much sauce that it was dripping through the paper and falling apart. I also received Luke warm fries and ordered a red bull slush. The red bull slush was good. I ordered a caramel sundae for dessert and it was good also. Hence the 2 stars. I will probably avoid that Sonics for a while. ☹️

Best to leave a review here where you can’t be silenced by the owners and their friends. You never know what to expect from this location. Will they be open? Probably not. Half the time they’re already closed by 5-6pm.The app is disabled for this location more often than not so you can’t even order. Conveniently they always have it disabled when there’s an app only deal that they will not honor when you are forced to order at the location. When you are able to order it’s a gamble on if your food will be done correctly. The only thing reliable about this location is that they will always put tomatoes on my burger even though I asked for none…

Worst Sonic experience ever. Chili cheese coney & tots with cheese was the meal I ordered. The bun was hard. The chili had to have been cooked a few days before. And the tots had been under a heat lamp so long that they were baked as hard as a rock. The fountain drink wasn't even full. This Sonic was horrible. I wish now I had taken pictures.

This has to be one of the worst Sonics! The lady taking our order was rude & was obviously bothered by the fact we were placing an order at 8:55pm...eventhough they do not close until 10pm. The carhop actually apologized to us bc she heard everything. She then told us the manager is always like that & is just tired & ready to go. She said they actually start closing at 8pm...?? Chicken strips were burnt & hard. When asked about the white gravy that comes with them, we were told they're OUT per the manager! Or maybe they just put it up for the night!?!? Increasingly disappointed with each trip!!

I've gave this place so many chances and still want to and don't want to leave a bad review, but this time was made easy. My husband just stopped to order us some breakfast, got mine ordered and was cut off and sent the payment options before he could even order for himself?! These kids need to be taught to stop over talking and listen! This place is getting worse and worse, no wonder they're closing so early now. No one wants to work or eat there from what I'm hearing. And now I'm done with it to!

What happen to Asia? I know I spelled her name wrong but I think she was the manager before Jessica! Since Jessica has been opening the store it’s not been worth going, she’s not too nice she doesn’t even sound friendly over the intercom, which makes sonic different from other places they’re always friendly. Tiffiany is amazing she always is fast sweet and professional. They’re driveways are coned off in the mornings, so glad I didn’t order on the app because they’re weren’t open even though the app depicted they were… Jessica must not be able to get up there on time… if she’s the owner, love you got some people skills to work on

This is the third night this week that we have attempted to come grab dinner on the way home from work and at 6:02 we’ve got 6-8 cars being told their already closed. People can’t even get off work and drive straight there. If you now have banker hours you should definitely update your hours of operation!

Stopped for lunch in Benton. Waiter on machine sounded like she was stressed or aggravated. I assume they are short handed like everyone else. Service was good. Food was good. The poor girl that was there was running all over the place.

The establishment is ok but sonics food sucks. Buy a large popcorn chicken and out of a good 30 or so pieces only 3-4 will have any chicken in em the rest are burnt crispy breading and no chicken. I personally hate sonics food. But benton location has a good crew, when they re open.

I love the car hops on skates! It reminds me of "Happy Days". When you order from the menu, which has a good variety of food/drinks. You may watch on the menu board and see your order is being prepared, when order is being delivered to your vehicle. Great customer service. I love they help the schools with their FundRaisers.

Evidently this particular Sonic likes to surprise its customers with rotating hours of operation. I tried to order at 6:40 pm tonight (Friday) and was told "Sorry we're closed" with no further explanation. More than once I have tried to stop for breakfast there at around 6:45 am and they were closed then as well. If anyone wants to open a burger/breakfast joint in Benton, LA please do! You will do lots of business!

Reminds me of the drive inns I had as a kid. Except, when I was young you could get out of your vehicle and visit!! Telling my age. LOL. Just the push of a button and they take your order. Sonic has a great selection of fast food. You can see your order on the screen to make sure it's correct. Then it gives you an option, pay cash, credit card or app order already paid for. You select how you're paying, if credit card they have a card reader and you can go ahead and pay. What's cool.. it shows when your order is in the kitchen and when it's ready to come to your car. I love it when the car hops deliver your food with skates on. They're always having specials. Download the app and they will send you a text of all the specials. Benton has one of the best Sonics because your order is Always right. Ice cream is soft and yummy.

I love this place at Benton they know who I am and as soon as I drive up they have my order ready. Everyone is so nice and friendly they all make my day. And I love the Lady manger in the morning she's the best she comes out of her busy day and says hi gold 🌟 for her.

I would say I stop here 3-4 times a week. May it be for a drink, snack, or dinner for the family. It's always great! And always great customer service! Best sonic I have been to hands down! Thanks, Yall!

Okay, I have legitimately given this Sonic so many chances before being negative and wanting to leave a review. But this is probably the sixth time the food is horrible. (Not many places to choose from in Benton) chicken is always burnt and flavorless, tator tots burned to a hard crisp, chicken strap not complete with toast or onion rings…. This is ALL the time.

This is a great example of what a Sonic should be! Drive-in style with a really friendly touch! Fast and friendly service with fresh yummy products! I usually have their big cheeseburger, the number 1, but my sweetheart has discovered their grilled chicken, number 9 I think. Yummy and low in fat while high in taste!!!!

Breakfast before church. Sausage burrito always do me good with some salsa, my daughter got the bacon burrito she tried the salsa on her for the first time. She said it was good and she lived it. Forgot pics was in kind of a hurry for church this morning.

This is the third time in about a month that my order was wrong at this Sonic. Having been going here for years. Mostly on a daily basis. Today at around 7pm I ordered a small orange float blended. The server could not hear me and I had to ask for them to come to my car so I could tell her my order. You really need to fix or replace your ordering system. You can holler and they don't understand what you are saying. She was very through and repeated my order. After being delivered I checked my order and my blended float was a light brown and tasted like coke. I called on the intercom and of course they couldn't hear me. A different server came out and said this was an orange blended float. I told her I have these often and have not had it be this color or this flavor. She continued to argue with me and I had to insist on her taking it back and making me a new one. Never had this happen before. A different server brought out the second one and it was orange and tasted like orange. She apologized for the mistake.
