I wouldn't use any other Vet...I drive from S/E Shreveport to take my dog to them. Friendly and courteous from the minute you walk in -as well as knowledgeable, and they take the time to make sure you are happy with your visit. I just love them. If you are looking for a great Vet - I highly recommend them.

Everyone at this vet is very kind and loves animals. They saved my poodle’s life when her heart started to fail and provided her appropriate treatment and medication, so she will continue to be with us for years to come.

I’ve been going to this animal hospital since 2001 and I wouldn’t use another clinic. If you have an emergency when their closed, they open right away and take ur pet. Their great wit ur animals they treat their customers like family. Their prices are great never long wait their just awesome. THE BEST ANIMAL CLINIC IN BOSSIER PARISH.Updated 1-3-19. My little puppy passed and they are so sweet they took care of everything for us and then the whole staff sent this card to me because they knew I was grieving. I thought this was so kind and thoughtful. But if u wnt an awesome animal hospital. Then this is the definitely the vet to go too.

The took amazing care of our old baby after she ended up with a nasty bite to her back leg. She was up and walking in no time, and they even called us on a Sunday, when they are closed, to check up and see how Ashley was doing. Great place and will be coming here from now on.

When Hurricane Laura whipped through, we lost our power--which was fine for the first two days. When we were told it would be another 6 before we resumed power, we decided we all needed pampering. Benton Animal Hospital did just that for our pups, providing them food and lodging (and a/c!). Matter of fact, the doggos were welcomed with open arms by the staff! We were treated with such kindness and consideration that Benton Animal Hospital has earned our love for perpetuity! 💜

Equine practice: Knowledgeable, skilled, current and extremely responsive. I was quite pleased with the diagnostic and treatment skill through episodes of founder and contracted tendons. Routine vaccinations, teeth floated and prescription medications were handled promptly and without any problems. I also found the office staff to be very courteous, patient and professional. Recommended.

Our German Shepard got hit by a vehicle recently and the staff along as the Vet >>herself<< have taken super awesome care of him . All the staff are a delight and the vet has a very very big heart when it comes to the well being of your fur baby !! Boarding is a reasonable rate per night, and our Dog even likes going ! Win win situation ! I highly recommend !**[[CLEAN AND SANITARY ENVIRONMENT ALL AROUND]]**

Prices are up since new ownership anf I was disappointed when we took our dog in as he was in pain and wanted to see a doctor and be with him during exam as we had done so many times before ( past 18+ years, before it was sold). Apparantly, only 1 Dr and she was tied up with 2 surgeries.

They are very over priced and cant tell you whats wrong with your dog!!! I took my dog in because was sick, they had me leave her the day for an iv and when went to get her they gave me a bill for $411 and when ask what was wrong with her they said she had an infection. Duh, we knew that already. they left the iv in just capped it of and said we had to bring her back the next day for more iv. Took her back they gave her another iv (?) and went to pick her up got another $67 and when asked what was wrong with her they could only say she had an infection. Again Duh we knew that...... I wish Doctor Hewlett would have looked at her because he would have told us what was wrong!!! Were looking for another vet to expensive and cant tell you whats wrong with your dog.
