I took both of my dogs here today for the first time. I was a little nervous due to some of the reviews, but she did a great job. She did everything I asked and she was super nice. As far as them getting dropped off at 9 and being there all day, untrue. I dropped them both off at 9 and they called me right around noon to pick them up. They smelled good as well. I will definitely be returning again.

Digger has been there a couple times in the past 2 years. The groomer says bring him in the morning, but doesn't call you to pick up your loved pet until after 3PM.Brought Digger Thursday July 1st, when I picked him up I hadn't looked at him up close. Made my payment and left, when I was driving down the road apologizing to him for being caged for so long. I saw his left eye and asked him what happened, it looked puffy. When I got home I had seen that Digger had been sliced what looked to be from a razor blade or sharp scissors.You would think that the groomer would have told me. Couldn't bring Digger to the vet on Friday, because was at the Cancer Doctor with my mom. Digger is 13 years old and is more than a pet, he's family!

My regular groomer is down a number of staff right now and I was thinking of possibly trying to find someone more convenient, so I called SharLee’s yesterday to get availability and pricing. I was told $45-50 and she could take him today. I brought him by 8:30am to a storefront that reeked of stale smoke…lots of it. She had groomed him before, but I reminded her that he can be a little snappy and his triggers are his ears and tail. She called back at 1:50pm. (Yes! Over 5 hours). I picked him up and immediately noticed that his cut was pretty choppy at best. She proceeded to tell me how snappy he was and that it took 2 of them to do his cut. She asked me where he usually goes and I shared the info which got an immediate eye roll. I gave her my card and she ran the charge. I looked at the receipt shocked to see $65. I said “you told me on the phone that it would be $45-$50” to which she responded, well I know where you bring him and how much you pay there. I responded that I was still quoted an amount. So she said that since he was so aggressive it was $10 more. At that point I just left. Clearly she’s as bad at math as she is at grooming dogs. Do your lungs and your dog a favor and stay clear of this place. Zero stars was not an option.

Horrible, my dog was trembling when I picked him up and covered in fleas like just random fleas jumping all over my car. My dog does not have fleas my dog smell like smoke and he was so skidish after his “grooming” session with them. Her dog came out looking disgusting. The business itself looks dirty and disgusting. I’m never ever taking my dog there.

I was very disappointed with the service we received & our fur baby will never go back to Shar Lee’s. We took Scout to Shar Lee’s one morning for his scheduled grooming appt. They know full well that Scout is my seizure dog and I really can’t be without him for long. Despite knowing this, they keep him ALL day then called that evening and said we needed to pick him up and bring him back the next day because all they got to do was wash him. Scout had been there stuck in a cage since 9am. I was upset but we really needed him clipped so I brought him back first thing the next morning. They didn’t finish him until almost 4 pm and when we picked him up he looked terrible. My beautiful MaltiPoo’s hair was butchered and so uneven. I had to recut him once he was home just to straighten it out. Not only that but Scout came home limping. We thought he was just sore from being stuck in a cage for 2 days. This dog has never been caged in his life. He continued to get worse so we brought him to the Vet and found out his entire knee cap was completely dislocated and he may need surgery. I should mention they also charged my credit card twice but I was so upset I haven’t even called them. The next month we brought Scout to another groomer who clipped him in literally 1 hour!!! That’s all it took and he looked amazing. It should never take 2 days to clip any dog much less a service dog.

We have taken our Yorkie-Dachshund to Shar-lee's for two years. She loves to go. She looks great and is clean when she comes home. Shar-lee is very sweet with the dogs and treats everyone of them like they are her own. Our dog runs in there every time. They are not a fancy place. But they are great pet groomers and are reasonably priced.

I was a little skeptical with the really bad reviews this grooming salon has gotten. I have a 2 year old maltipoo who is still very hyper and is constantly getting into things he should not such as much and so forth. Due to this he had a few tangles (mats) in his hair. Shar-Lee did a great job cutting his hair and he is looking great once again. Super friendly staff! Def. recommend and fair prices

You can't believe what you read on these sites.. most the people that post on here are ex groomers that were fired for their own wrongdoings and make fake profiles and make up stories. If you look at the profiles they only have gave a review of one business.. Sharlees... This place has been there for almost 20 years and has served this small community and surrounding people that come in just for the great service. Making the animals comfortable while making them beautiful and clean is top priority here.

Extremely unprofessional. Uncouth. Employees smoke inside. Does not know how to handle dogs. Instead of blow-drying your dog they either leash them in front of a fan or cage them with a fan in front. I payed money for a grooming service, what they do is not grooming. I do a more professional job at home. Also priced to high.

I love this place. Donna was awesome. They cut my Dog perfectly. The only thing that was missing was ties or scarfs on the Dog, but the service was excellent.
