My daughter and I was checking out at Walmart. She checked out first and then me. Took a while since we both had a good bit of stuff. The cashier, Rosalyn, was steady talking on her cellphone. Very rude. Must be nice to get paid for talking to your friends

I have called so many times to ask if a particular item is in stock. They never answer the phone, doesn't matter, if it is morning or late in the afernoon. It's the same as the Baker store.

on December 9, 2023, checking out at self check out, which were the only registers open. The young lady who were there supposedly watching over the self check out, was actually gossiping with another worker. I scanned something and decided that I no longer wanted not to purchase the item and need it to be removed. I said excuse me to the young lady she totally ignored me and kept running her mouth with her coworker, so when she did decide to assist.. I had explained that I scanned something, and I decided not to get it, the young lady stated I’m trying to go home you scanned it so buy it, I politely said no I don’t want it, damn she had the audacity to say and it’s raining and you were here in the rain and I’m trying to go home, all this with a funky attitude, so she finally removed the item all with an attitude and took her time.. She walked off, saying something smart went to another worker and made the comment that they think it’s Dollar General prices in here. Long story short she was rude and nasty didn’t want to do her job so with that being said I will no longer shop at that location. This is not the first time I have experienced a bad interaction at this Walmart I had another issue at customer service a month ago with the manager also very rude and nasty he/she didn’t want to do their job.

I was in this Walmart 12/06 I requested cash back 40$. I forgot to get the money and went to customer service to see if someone turned it in. There were two persons at the CS the manager I was told to address her about it, she looked at my receipt and started making phone calls. The last time she left and got back she waved me to the end of the counter and reached under the counter and handed it to me. They both knew the money had been turned but stalled one hour apparently waiting for me to leave empty handed. Stanley Steele

Always do pickup, it’s great haven’t had any problems, they always notify you if an item is out and they offer you a substitute. It’s easy, simple and no waiting in the checkout line.

After closing down to supposedly sanitize weekend of July 31st 2021, I go in store Monday at 9 to see, in the children’s department, a mask just sitting there and all those toys just all over the place. Makes one wonder what have they been doing, because the whole place didn’t look sanitized or restocked or tidied up.

The parking at central location is horrible. Either someone steps in busted concrete and twists ankle or knee or the wheels of buggies get stuck.

I've been a life long Walmart shopper, from coast to coast, north to south, and of all my Walmart's this one takes the cake with the friendliest employees and customers.It's a joy to shop here, even my family will pass one or two stores to shop at this one!Special shout out to my gals, y'all know who you are 😉 Janice and company. 💖💝💖

This Walmart is definitely better than most in the surrounding areas. They keep it nicely stocked and most people will usually have very little issue getting what they come for. As usual though they have way too few cashiers and the self checkout, while convenient, has its own issues. For one, there appears to be no way to enter multiple of the same items without scanning every one of them. They seem to have worked out most everything else though.

We use the pick-up a lot and never had a problem! The employees are always quick and nice. BUT every time I’ve gone inside to get a money order I am always met with an attitude and a dirty look. It’s been twice now that I’ve tried to get one and the money order machine is “down”. Yesterday me and my fiancé tried getting a money order to pay rent and were told with an attitude that it was down and as we walked away heard the 4 employees that were just standing around laughing. It takes literally 2 minutes to print out a money order. People have bills to pay. Stop being lazy and fix your attitudes if you’re going to work in customer service.. it’s really not that hard.

It's Walmart what can we say? For the most part, the store is clean some of the employees are wonderful and some of them are horrible. It just depends on the day. I'm not sure what thought you might have on the matter but my way of thinking is that Super Walmart would have a much larger and better selection of items I wanted when the Walmart Neighborhood had a better selection. So I guess big doesn't always mean more. Lol

The team at the Walmart optical is extremely nice; however, they messed up my glasses 3 times and didn’t take accountability for their mistakes. When I brought the problems to their attention they didn’t take me seriously at all! I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years I think I know how my glasses are supposed to look. They seemed to take a really long time understanding even after I explained MULTIPLE TIMES. I picked up my FINALY fixed glasses and they had the nerve to ask me to leave a good review. NO WAY. I hate to be a Karen. One mistake is understandable but THREE TIMES is inexcusable. I am extremely dissatisfied. I hope in the future they figure out to take accountability.

No reason at 8:30 on a Saturday morning should you only have the small self check out lanes and the tobacco line only open!! Took me longer to check out than shop.. it's a shame!
