Wow half of the reviews that I've seen here I agree with unfortunately I don't think the location should be shut down cuz it's literally that convenient cuz it's on the bus line and that makes sense but hiring a new staff Might cut it but who they pick they literally have to be careful now they're supposed to be a survey after the end of the call just like on the receipts and they put you in a contest for 3000 that'll be good money if I could win it

I called a few times to speak with a pharmacist, and they keep picking the phone up to hang up. This is RIDICULOUS!!! No wonder Walgreens are closing down.

this pharmacy need to be shut down asap!! No customer service at all, always have bad attitudes and it takes forever to get a prescription.. if you call on the phone they never answer phone just constantly rings then suddenly hang up.. not even worth 1 star 😡😡😡😡😡

I am hoping and wishing this Walgreens pharmacy location gets closed down permanently one of these days. The pharmacy employees are so horrible and should be out of a job considering their horrendous attitudes and non-existent customer service. It shows in how they carry themselves that they’re only there for a paycheck and couldn’t care less if the customers get their medication in a timely manner if at all. They are lacking in so many things that a pharmacy staff member should obviously not be lacking in and it’s embarrassing that these incompetent lackadaisical beings were put in a position that could possibly put so many people’s health and well-being at grave risk.

My Walgreens on plank road where all the ladies work so hard in the pharmacy department and put up with a bunch of people mad and yelling sometimes. Your employees are good and very informative. They know me by my face I've been coming there so long I've been thinking I've been coming at 14 years anywho they all know me by my face and they're all friendly and try to help me the best they can and when my shots are due they let me know.

I always go to this location most of the times for my Uber and Instacart orders. I always try to be nice and polite but the last time I went in there i felt that the lady cashier thought I was stealing. Of course they never accuse you they assume. I saw that she Immediately got on the store phone and paige someone in the back and the speaker said “customer service needed in the candy department” exactly where I went to start shopping for my uber order. What poor judgement and customer service.

The pharmacist (a guy) on the evening shift is very rude. I went through the drive through and called to clarify about medication transfers and instead of him listening to me, he treated me like I was some druggie just trying to get a controlled substance. My primary pharmacy is closed because majority of New Orleans is out of electricity and I understand the rules now about controlled substances not able to be transferred but cancelled and re-prescribed. However his attitude and stereotyping was very unnecessary and unprofessional. Good thing I’m just passing through the city and never have to deal with him nor this pharmacy again. I work in healthcare and it’s people like him who’s the reason our patients hate us and is noncompliant.

Service is extremely slow at this pharmacy, but it's the closest one to where I live. It's a shame that our area has such bad service. One had better experiences at the Walgreens stores in other parts of town.

When calling pharmacy, phone line was disconnected repeatedly. Had to call and ask for Store Manager to get call through. On-line service is preferred but not everyone (especially the elderly) has computer access. Many thanks to Ms. Ingrid for her assistance.

Always on the corner when need it....which is almost daily...for quick pick up items. They have good sales too & their rewards program is great. Tori, one of their clerks, is always friendly & efficient!

I would not rate this pharmacy they have the nastiest attitude the worst pharmacy in Baton Rouge how is it that even during Covid other Walgreens store’s period very nice very well respected this is ridiculous ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

The same problems at this store at Plank and Hollywood I've had the same problems going on 3 or 4 months now and I've had enough they're not going to fix it so I will fix it for me. My prescription will be moved out of that store tomorrow I guarantee you Walmart will get my business.

Normally a good store but I don't like it when employees get to buy discounted items before customers. Should be on floor for a day or 2 before employees can take everything

This store needs to close I was on hold for 30min and they hung up on me and I called again and was on hold for an hour and they on had one tech working and a new pharmacistwho didn't know how to reverse a transfer this store is sad I'm going to transfer to CBS
