I had the pleasure of visiting Tractor Supply on Hooper Rd for the first time. The atmosphere was very inviting. Ms. Elizabeth was of great service. (👍👍) She greeted us with a smile and an abundance of information about the plants and fruit trees. She took time out to educate us and that alone was worth the trip there. I will definitely go back and purchase a fruit tree. The flowers should be in by then.Thanks TSC for great customer service

I had called before to see if they were busy. They said no one was there at the time. They are not supplied with shampoo other than sensitive and no conditioner. When I asked if there was any more shampoo or conditioner, they said they didn't have any and they could give me a refund. I had called before and if I would have known I could have brought my own supplies. The sensitive dog shampoo pump was broken so I had to pour the shampoo on my dog. The sensitive dog shampoo did not pull the smell off my dogs. The nail clippers kept locking while using. They should definitely start keeping a sign up sheet for dog baths so that everyone is going in order as they pay. Also customers can see how long until they're able to bathe their dogs.This is my second time bathing dogs here and I was not impressed this time. Maybe next time it will be better but I will check the bathing area before I pay. It definitely seems like no one working there today had any idea of what they were doing or what was going on. This place is definitely gone down since they opened.

Drove 30 minutes to use the pet wash and couldn’t because their systems are down and they can’t ring anyone up. A national chain. What a joke.

Very poor customer service I called the location b4 even leaving home was told the dog was was closing at 7 just to walk in 20 min after call to say they were only taking the last two pups which was at 4:30pm which was a few hours b4 closing hated I drove all that was for no reason at all 🤯
