I love this place because I have a garden. I love love plants and flowers and they have too many choices to choose from and I like that… I bought my grill from there and I am always outside.

For the most part, if you walk in here to grab a small item and you’re aware of where that item is, then no issue. If you have a question however on where something is located, from my experience, nobody wants to help. I’ve had a few issues with this location.First one being, I was looking for masonry items, and couldn’t find someone to help me. I walked over to the customer service counter to ask the lady behind the desk. She was on the phone (very obviously not work related, as there was tons of giggling and obvious conversation with a friend) and I stood there for about 5 minutes quietly waiting, while I also had my infant with me. All she did was heavily sigh at me and give me the side eye like she just wanted me to go away and not bother her.Second issue I’ve now been experiencing was, my husband and I bought a standing washer and dryer there. The best and highest priced ones they had. We had a delivery day set, but was never given a time. We got a phone call that day at 6:50am that we missed (because we were still asleep) from the delivery people, which I have never heard of any company doing, that they were on the way. Clearly, we had to reschedule because that was in my opinion asinine and just not cool. We had our deliver rescheduled for the following Saturday around 9am. When we checked in this morning about our delivery, we were told that our washer and dryer had been delivered the day before. We had no delivery attempts and no contact with anyone the day before, and did not have our units delivered. We are now having issues with getting a response about what’s going to happen or how this will be resolved. We believe that the third party delivery people may have stolen our units. My suggestion is that you go to another home depot location. This one is not good.Edit: it has been over two weeks since scheduled delivery and still not set date and time after the last one was blown off. No solutions or communication from the business, further suspicious our units may have been stolen by 3rd party delivery service workers. I have therefore reduced my generous two star rating to one star

Helpful. Polite. The item wasn’t in stock like the app said, but it arrived about a week later. Thankfully I hadn’t open the nail gun I bought the day I was there for more! Wish they’d told need it was coming via shipping. I even spoke to a manager🤷🏼‍♀️ she just said she couldn’t price match to get it that day

The customer service is terrible at this location. Specifically, Lisa, is very annoyed every time we’ve shopped here. She huffed and grunted when we had clearance lumber today. She insinuated it wasn’t the price we told her, which the manager came and confirmed. It was also clearly stamped by the lumber associate. She then became more irritated because we had to run and grab a card because they don’t accept tap. We also visited customer service and another thin lady with long braids was annoyed by us for getting a price check. Everything clearance in the store had a paper taped in the area but the items rang up regular price so a manager had to come price check. It was annoying for us just as much as the employees but it wasn’t our fault. We felt very unwelcome and won’t return to this location.

Came in to rent a carpet machine. The ladies were so cheerful and seemed happy to see me! As I left with it through the self-checkout another employee wished me a good day. When I returned it later, the young man that checked it in was very cheerful and kind. I don't shop here often, but that is going to change after today's experience.

Went there to get some paint and Mr.Toby was such a pleasure to work with! He had such a positive attitude when helping me figure out which option would be best for my project. The women at the register were really helpful as well.

I’m an artist who understands how base tone works. I’m working on a project and had some paint I wanted to tint, and was asking them what Color would they have to go get off the shelf to make the color that I wanted to make ? The paint manager (so he says) kept telling me it wasn’t gonna work. I asked him if they ever made the color that I needed before. He told me they made it hundreds of times in their store and I asked him what color paint do you go get off the shelf ? Instead of answering me, he kept telling me it wasn’t gonna work, I understood it wasn’t gonna work. I wanted to start all new purchasing brand new paint because we both understand what I had couldn’t work with a white base but it wouldn’t matter because it’s primer which I have tinted many times. I also unstood that no primer was ever going to work according to this guy. I understood that but he refused to move on and help me purchase what I need so I called Lowe’s paint Department. I explained the entire situation I was in. We both thought you were an idiot. Again I understood it wouldn’t work but he also said that shermanwilliams are paint Specialist and May have the equipment to do what I needed. He told me how his computer would behave and I told him that I just wanted it tinted and I was going over it with the actual paint so that wouldn’t matter what color it came out. He didn’t get that part of it. I tried. The paint department at Lowe’s was an actual conversation because he was willing to listen. I was able to understand what I needed to do for my project. When I told the Home Depot Paint Manager at Home Depot on Coursey blvd. that I was gonna call corporate he told me good luck. He said he was the manager over the paint department, and he knew that corporate wouldn’t do anything to him so he could basically not work he refused to work. He refused to listen to me all he wanted to do was keep saying the same thing over and over again how it wasn’t going to work and I kept saying I get that ! can we move on ? forward ? and you listen to me ? but no he couldn’t do it . I usually don’t do anything unless it’s truly necessary about giving bad reviews most of the time I really love Home Depot, but this time the paint department doesn’t even deserve a star. Need people who are willing to work.

This store has the worst CS. I even asked for the manager and it didn’t get any better. I guess the staff are just following their leader. I will never go back to this store. It’s a wonder it still in business, I had a horrible experience. The manager need leadership training. Home Depot if you’re reading this, please invest in getting your employees and management CS training.

Employees are helpful if I ask something but do not go out of their way to greet customers or ask if they need help. Product selection is great- just as good or better than other locations. Love the many options for light fixtures they carry. Got the ones in the photo and the warm white light bulbs and they look amazing!

Not my department is the most common frase I hear at depot,Lowes and Wal-Mart but this home depot has a couple young black men who really should get a raise.These two guys both listened and focused on what we were looking for and discussed between them looking on the computer to find answers so I applaud you depot for hiring at least two good workers.

i went in to buy one singular plant, the lady greeted me and when i went to check out she locked the gate and told me i would have to walk all the around. i specifically parked at the nursery because i am 9 months pregnant and it would be a quick transaction, i knew exactly what i wanted. the lady proceeds to tell me i would have been better off using self checkout inside while my card is in the reader…? she could have unlocked the gate so i could easily carry my plant to my car RIGHT outside while holding it pregnant. it was 4:20 pm what was the rush in locking the gate while knowing someone was grabbing a plant? ridiculous and highly aggravated.

On November 13, 2023, we paid $40 to have someone come out and measure our front door to start the process of replacement. We went into the store on December 2 and paid for the doors. We spent almost 2 hours with the CSR and assumed everything was correct. We were assured that within a couple of days we would receive a call because the doors were in the store. ON December 4 we received a call that the measurements of the door were overlooked, and the CSR ordered the wrong doors. We had to come back into the store for another couple hours and order new doors. Not only did we have to full return of the incorrect doors we were now faced with ordering door over $1000 more because of the customization that was needed. Had we been told this in the beginning obviously it would not have been such a shock. There was no choice but to move forward because the supplies were already purchased, and money was already spent. We explained over frustration to the dept manager who assured us a discount would be applied. We received a call a couple days later to say the most that could be done was $100. Now keep in mind we are now almost a month from the original date, obviously this was unacceptable, and the date given to now wait for the doors to come in was mid-January. We filed a complaint and received an additional discount, however our military discount that was on the original order was now suddenly unable to be applied. We received a call at the end of December to say our doors were in and the installer would be reaching out to us. Well, we found it strange and of course the next day received another call to say never mind that was incorrect. We called the store to check on the doors on the day after the expected date of the main door delivery, they said there was a delay, and we are now pushed a week back. At this point we are in the week of January 15 so now two months passed the original contact date. The door finally arrived, and the installation was complete January 31. My husband reached out to Yolanda who was our point of contact on January 29 and explained the frustration of this entire process being close to 3 months. Her response was simple, it was not our fault it was the manufacturer and you have already received a discount so you will not get another or a refund. My husband responded by saying we are not looking for anything we simply are making Home Depot aware of the problem. This has simply left a terrible taste in our mouths and will never use Home Depot for any other projects we have in the home, nor will we recommend them. The attitude and irritation in her voice were completely unnecessary because I am sure if it were her house, she would have had the same argument so to be rude was completely unnecessary. This process was supposed to be a simple door project of the main door and storm door, simple was no where near what this was.WE DO NOT RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT FOR INSTALLATION SERVICES!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service! You all need to upgrade to tap its 2023!! The workers are old and grouchy! I would have gotten her name that’s if she didn’t walk off and leave me at the register. So then I turn to the lady everyone was calling Ms Lisa! Short with short hair! Why do you all have self checkout with old women bagging for you?! They are too slow! This is a sad establishment and I’ll never be back!

The absolutely LOVELY miss Anika is heaven sent. I am an independent contractor and I go to tons of Home Depots for delivery, but THIS experience by far was the best. Normally I have to cancel loads or wait an eternity when my order isn’t ready. In this case Anika was EXTREMELY helpful and even with a line out the door, I was in and out in around 15-20 minutes. Can someone say promotion?!!! Send her to the highland location to fix their mess

I got to tell you that I had a great experience with Chelsey who works in Garden over there as well as Will who works in plumbing. They each took their time to explain a number of questions that we had and Chelsey even lifted some heavy pots for us because I am just getting over back surgery. :-)

Store manager doesn't make homeless people leave . They hang out by store entries and stay in the shed some times. There is trash in the parking lot. The management doesn't try to help get the community clean up. Trash behind store on vacant lot. Home li ess and drug uses hang out there. People living in storage building out front. Update. Store manager still have not done anything about the homeless people living in storage shed.
