I ordered 2 smoothies online for pickup last Saturday 03/16/2024 @8:00pm. I arrived @8:15pm to pickup and the entrance was locked. I drove through the drive through and was told, “We are no longer taking orders”. Not only that but, when I tried to cancel the order through the app it was marked as picked up and completed evidently charging my card for 2 smoothies I did not receive.

horrible. management needs help also . i went here to get a pineapple surf smoothie with extra pineapples & extra almond butter. the cashier had me repeat my order 3-4 different times & still double charged me for pineapples . The manager came to window stating they had to remake my whole entire smoothie when all she had to do was take off one of the extra pineapples . i don't recommend going here very unprofessional.

The young lady Tracy made my experience at smoothie king very worth while she greeted with a smile & handed me my smoothie in less than 5 minutes 10/10 will definitely be returning I hope all workers are as excellent as she is

My first smoothie was off the take a break menu angel food omg that was so heavenly. Then was the hulk vanilla and chocolate. Hydrated watermelon and today I had impact island omg all of them is heaven I had them and it feel like I was on cloud 9. I want to try all the smoothies.

Awesome near the most AWESOME HBC UNIVERSITY IN THE WOOOOOORLD SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY BATON ROUGE. THE MANAGER WAS AMAZING. Im fasting and I asked if there were any bogo free coupons because my coupons was expired. He accommodated my order and gave me and everyone waiting an additional coupon for next time. He apologized for the wait just Awesome. GEAUX JAGS.

I went there and stood in front of the store for 5 minutes before somebody took my order. When she did take it she had a horrible attitude. The worst service I have ever had at one of the smoothie king location.

Love love love this place! My favorite is the angel food with yogurt and butter pecan icecream and extra strawberries and bananas!!!!! Mmmmmm! I could drink a large everyday, but my husband said I would be as big as a house if I did, so I'll just stick to the $5 large Fridays and stay 110lbs. <3

S.K. on Harden Blvd. is awesome. Government is ok I didn't like the fact that if you order more then 2 smoothies you have to go inside & they did not have the coupons they were advertising.

It really shouldn’t take that long to make a pinapple surf with yogurt no kiwi juice. I waited for atleast 20mins. It wasn’t busy and it was three of you all in there.

It's expensive but the smoothies are pretty good. They also have a drive-thru. It moves pretty fast.
