Lady tagging clothes with the purple wig on! Elderly lady was looking they told her they're processing them, she was asking a question. In stead of responding the purple haired women looked at the Elderly lady and said ok bye bye! I left the store bc no one should be treated like that.

Stood in line for 20 minutes after only having one person working the register to find out that surprise, they don't have any gift cards. There should be an option to purchase gift cards without standing in a ridiculously long line, as well as always having more than one person working the register. This is everytime I go into this store.

So attach I’ll have my receipt I would’ve shopped longer but instead I felt very uncomfortable the “loss prevention “ guy was following me around as if I’m stealing at this point I was ready check out I told my daughter let’s go I’m not spending more money here these guys are stereotyping us Hispanics it was not only me an my daughter just another Hispanic family he was following around I don’t know what his problem was but that is not how you treat people when we are the people buying an spending our money at this store! Once I got to checkout line that guy went to the spots we stopped like seriously I watched him look an search as if I stole something what a joke an when I told the lady at the register after I paid my 300plus bill I told her I would’ve stayed spent more but after that guy was targeting us we rather just leave she just shook her head like a “oh well” ! Great I’ll rather spend money somewhere else !

Way too much items in that store. Can’t find anything bc it’s always so packed to capacity. When you do decide to purchase something the line to check out is always wrapped around to the back of the store with only one checker. Much too much time wasted when there are other stores with much less stress involved.

My experience here was great:I went in looking for bathing suits last minute for me and my daughter.I found one for her at the price that I wanted to pay and I pieced me one together and I still didn't pay that much for what I got. I wanted to ball on a budget and I was able to do that.The lady checking us out was so nice so friendly and she had good listening skills and she helped us out very much. By being kind and pleasant.So yes, I will definitely go back to this location if I'm ever in Baton Rouge again.I'm a real stickler for good customer service and she came through in a heart beat.I really liked her customer service and her smile.

Easily the worst Ross store i’ve ever visited. The entire floor was covered with merchandise in every department. I know most Ross stores have merch on the floor, but this one was particularly bad.

Always find good deals. Love shopping at Ross Dress for Less. This store had doo much clothes on the floor with empty hangers on the floor you could not push the buggy down the isle. It was so much I had to pick the majority up before someone fell.

They refused to give me a total refund on a obviously defective product because they can only give me what it scanned for because I didn't have my receipt. The tag was still on the product there was no markdown product price on it. Just Corporate America ripping off the the little guy.

My first visit was wonderful! I was greeted at the door and found some great deals to include a pretty rug for my bathroom ($10) and an adorable sun/moon sequins top ($7)! I will definitely be back!

Ugh. First time visiting a Ross Store.It was hot as hell in that store, that's #1. It didn't smell very pleasant. It was not very organized. Didn't find too much. I found some candles and a couple of doggy outfits, and that's about it. A lot of people were ranting and raving on tik tok about their good findings at their Ross locations near them....I was very disappointed 😞 I may try the one in denham, not really sure. Also, they gave me a huge bag to put my stuff in, He didn't wrap each of my candles in anything. He just placed them all in the bag. And he was rushing to get the next person, and I hadn't even placed my money back in my wallet.Definitely need customer service etiquette. Oh I wasn't even offered help or thanked for my business, etc.

Very conjested due to staff putting out inventory. And uper management were there as well, hard not to hear them brag about themselves to the hard working store manager. She was right there with her staff hustle and grustling. Sorry Idk ur name, but gurl u keep doing you!! Show Em how its done. Hats off to your store. Ur doing a great job from my eye view...

My item selection was AWESOME.There was only one cashier available with a line of approximately 20 plus customers(not good).There is always a shining STAR,today it’s Christy.She was extremely professionally, very efficient, and quickly move all customers through the line with a SMILE.SUPERB customer service!!!Thank you Christy!The 5 stars are for you!

Employees all park in the spots closest to the store, even more ridiculous is they also park in most of the handicap spots as well. It's sad to see the handicap and elderly having to walk so much farther especially in an asphalt topped parking lot in disrepair. It's a matter of time before someone falls. Even the managers park in the closest handicap spots...sad 😢 it's a very bad look.

Don’t waste your time going here! The manager, Islamorada, is lazy and RUDE!!!! She needs to be fired!!!! I heard her yelling at her employees and treating them poorly!I had a small little plastic cart full and I nicely asked her if she would get me a cart from upfront because it was full and I could barely push it and they were about to close and she told me Flat out NO! She yelled NO! Who does that to a paying customer? Corporate will be getting a call! That’s not how you treat people! I have neck and back injuries! Karma is coming Islamorada!!!!!

My husband and I decided to go to Ross today just to shop around and look he needed to go use the restroom so he went to the restroom. No problem but a few minutes later I need to go to the restroom so I walked back to the fitting rooms. When I walked back there, I was going to ask the lady working in the fitting room department if I could use the restroom before I could even speak she yells at me as says “ No!” You are not going to use the restroom so you need to walk away!”I stand there, looking at her stunned, because I haven’t even spoken to her yet so I said OK and I walked awayI have worked in clothing stores before such as Cavender‘s OK, then managedboutiques, etc. and that is no way you should ever treat a customerWhat’s sound me I hadn’t spoken to her yet I didn’t just walk t to the restrooms. I was standing at the front, going to ask her if it was okThen she yelled at me. There was no reason for her to do that. She was too occupied talking with one of her friends that didn’t work thereIt no excuse speaking to speak customers in that way unless the consumer was behaving verry badly She was an older lady of color, and pretty skinny on February 19 2023 @ 2:30 pm
