After my second visit to this Reve location I can very much say that I was disappointed. While the coffee and the service was good, there was a piece of hair in the pastry that I ordered. It doesn’t help that there isn’t a lot of food options either, along with the atmosphere not particularly feeling very good to me either. I don’t think that I will ever be coming back to this cafe again. By the way here is the picture of the pastry that had the piece of hair on it.

If i had to pick my favorite coffee shop in Baton Rouge, i would be spending a long time debating between here (Reve) and Lighthouse Coffee. Amazing pastries. Baked fresh all the time. Amazing coffee. Strong wifi. Friendly service. The one and only downside is, it’s too popular and crowded. It’s hard to find a seat. I would appreciate bigger and non shakey desks but it’s not a problem. A strong wifi makes it up.Parking: Easy to find a parking spot

So very disappointed in this Reve location. We are frequent visitors of the original Reve’s in Lafayette as it’s one of our favorite coffee shops. Unfortunately this BR location is nothing like them. The cappuccino and latte had no froth let alone latte art. Picture 1 is when it first came out and the second is 1 minute later. The espresso had a burnt taste and the temp was too hot. Hopefully it’s just a learning curve for the baristas and they can hopefully bring it up to the expectations of the original Reve.

The NOLA style iced coffee was great and they have a lot of seating which is hard to come by some times in coffee shops. I have ordered other food here before that was good but I got the avocado toast this time and was unimpressed. The bread was extremely hard and it wasn’t very flavorful. I would go back again and try something different from the breakfast menu. This place is a great place to work or study!

The aesthetic of this place is cute and cozy. It was quiet despite it being packed, so it seems like a nice place for people to get work done/to read peacefully.This place has dog bowls outside, so it does seem pet friendly.I recommend that you sit in the patio area since it is properly shaded and contributes to the cozy/peaceful feeling.The baked goods were okay and the coffee was also just okay. I don't think I will order their simple drip coffee again because it did not go down smooth. Even so, I will come back to try their other drinks since maybe they'll be more plesant.

The coffee and drinks here are wonderful! Great atmosphere as well!Only con is that this place is always PACKED, even in the middle of the day on a weekday so definitely not a place you can reliably bring your computer to get work done or sit with a friend. It’s packed for a reason though!Hopefully they’ll expand to a bigger space!

I’ve been going to Reve for about a month now to edit some videos and to simply just catch a vibe lol. The workers there are so sweet ! The ambiance is aesthetically pleasing. The music is very trending and the coffee… the coffee is AMAZING. I always get a white chocolate latte * chefs kiss* and a BLT no tomatoes add turkey. If you have not tried out this coffee shop you’re definitely missing out

My first time there and it was amazing. Friendly staff, strong and flavorful coffee, and good baked goods for a quick bite... And they offer a range of items for the omnivore to vegan people in your group. I particularly liked how the space is conducive for work or social meetings as well. Highly recommend visiting if you are in Baton Rouge.

Absolutely love this establishment! I am so thankful that I get to call this place "my local, neighborhood coffeeshop". From the drip coffee to the craft espresso drinks- always a 10/10 experience. I pray for the day that they are able to expand and have longer hours because I could just stay there forever! Thank you, Reve for always being so kind, cultivating such a beautiful culture, and crafting such delicious coffee and food!

Stood around for a good 5 mins before we were even acknowledged by Jordan at the front counter to have our order taken. I've worked in service industry for 10 years (bartender and server) and if you're busy (which they aren't) at least acknowledge your customers and say I'll be with you in a moment." Which she didn't. Then while taking our order, as my husband is telling her what we want, she starts talking to her friend at the counter cutting my husband off and says "yeah bring us crawfish!" proceeding to miss our drink order. So after having to repeat ourselves by her lack of attention span, we chose not to tip. Then, when Jordan brought our food (which you get table numbers handed to you). Instead of choosing to look just to the left hand side of the door, she auctions off and asks "Adam" searching instead of looking for table #2. Embarrassing display of service.

They play their music too loud, I can hear it over my headphones when my sound is at 100%. It’s basically booming. And they served us cold coffee. I wish they had it set up to where you can put your own cream and sugar in. They don’t know how I like my coffee. You don’t have the option to taste and adjust because they don’t have that available. Disappointing. The only thing that was great was the honey croissant although it was barely warmed. Same with my fiancé’s ham and cheese wrap, his was even less warmed. I also told the barista I wanted ice added to my remaining coffee in my mug since it had cooled and she poured it out and served me with fresh coffee that melted the ice cubes, also with no cream or sugar even though I had asked for it, so she had to go back and put cream and sugar in both our coffees. Poor listening skills. May or may not be back.

Rêve is the coolest, most laid back coffee shop ive ever been to! The staff are always extremely helpful and during the day its a very peaceful place for reading, studying or just having a nice little date! Me and my husband went for a mid afternoon outting and ordered the Esspresso Martini and another drink, Dark Fantasy something? (i cant quite remember the name but its a coffee bourbon). They both were amazing! Please come check it out sometime!!

Absolutely AMAZING drinks here. The staff working are prompt, knowledgeable about their drinks and just delightful. The Hawaii'Five'o is so refreshing with the perfect amount of sweetness. I will be back
